The scarecrow effect in the matter of global transformation

Let me emphasize the main idea – there will be no Great War.

For a devastating war of weapons there is no world political goal. And the goal of WWIII of the new hybrid type has already been achieved: the organization of the New monetary world by the masters of money matters has been agreed upon and the transition period (2025-2028) has begun.

As for the escalation of rhetoric about the growth of military danger, especially in Europe, the reason for the thunder of the "drums of war" is as follows: the European Union needs a scarecrow of threat and this is the RF of "Putin's Long State". Scarecrows are needed, not a real war of weapons.

The scarecrow is needed in order to pull the loose structures of Euro-democracy toward a straining of forces – toward the solution of the tasks of creating the New World Order – the imperative of global transformation.

Only an external threat explains the necessity of forced, heavy structural shifts in order to push relaxed liberalism into the strictness of the coming information society.

This is digitalization, new cryptocurrency finance, new energy, robotics, biotechnologies, genome modification, quantum matters, and so on.

In the vanguard of the peaceful capture of the future by the high technologies of the information society is China.

The United States demonstrates an alternative path into transhumanism.

Russia, however, with its bet on conservatism, strengthens the missile-nuclear shield of the departing industrial society. Which, on the field of the global changes of the new epoch, looks like nothing other than a garden scarecrow.

The use of UAVs during the special operation in the Ukrainian theater of operations is the level of lower-level modernization of the art of war – tactics.

So Russian "hawks" are glad to find propagandistic meaning for their policy: Russia as a "besieged fortress".

And so off it went – the "War of Drums". 

But a scarecrow will remain a scarecrow and will not protect the system from collapse at the end of its driving force. The Russian Empire "slipped away in three days". In three days the administrative-command system of the late USSR also fell. The collapse of the foundations of liberalism in the RF will not be long either.

An important theater of hybrid war has become the information sphere, and artificial intelligence is becoming the "wall-breaker" weapon for breaching the fortress of the civilizational codes of consciousness of elites and masses. 

But artificial intelligence has no feelings. From "brainwashing" by sophisticated logic of judgments and the imposition of decisions by the clever persuasions of AI, consciousness is protected by the gift of discernment of things by feeling. "There is a sense of truth in the heart of man – the holy grain of eternity," observed the poet-prophet Lermontov.

And in the art of war, the combat support of the success of military actions in the new epoch of the information society gives priority to the intelligence of the future through discernment of the signs of the times (signs of essence that stick out above the camouflage nets of fake news and the murky stream of disinformation).

The assessment of the situation by the intelligence signs of the essence of the processes of change of the new epoch comes down to the following.  

In the cycles of global transformation, the energy of the West is at ebb tide.

International institutions – the UN, IMF, WTO, WHO, and so on – created on the results of WWII are experiencing a managerial crisis. 

The philosophy of complexity is at a loss over the tendencies of what is happening. 

Whereas the military-political turmoil of 2022-2025 is the crest of the wave of history of "this age" with the collapse of the model of the old world order of industrial society into the chaos of disintegration.

The wave of the energy of the East is growing. In world affairs the voice of the countries and peoples of non-Western civilizations sounds ever louder. China has led the transition from the American to the Asian cycle of capital accumulation. The strategy of the PRC under the name "one belt, one road" leads to the creation of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体).

For Sky Politics, history is the sum of waves of different periods. 

The signal wave for bearing the "probability spot" of what will happen to the Motherland and to us on the ruler of Gregorian dates is the Horde wave with a length of 726 years. In the papers of the poet A. Pushkin there is a Masonic text in Old French about these 726 years.

By this wave, the "return to one's own circles" in our days will be a repetition of the structure of the "Second Horde" of Stalin's Socialist camp with the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance and the military alliance of the Warsaw Treaty Organization of European socialist countries. 

So now, on the wave of a new beginning for the realization of the future-oriented civilizational project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde," the authorities, in order for "the Whole Universe" to help Rus' escape from the systemic crisis, should urgently concern themselves with building around the Russian Federation a Union State of countries and peoples, the heirs of the USSR, with the strengthening of the power of the Union State by the Collective Security Treaty Organization for all. 

Sky Politics substantiates not the revival of the covenants of a society of traditional values in Russia of the old world order, but [leads] to the foretold transfiguration of Rus' in the spirit of the life of the age to come.
