On War, Peace and the Technological Revolution

The trouble with the current generation of political scientists is that their judgments rest on the experience of the old world order of a departing industrial society, whereas at the vanguard of the technological revolution the world leaders in robotics, the digital economy and artificial intelligence are briskly entering a new era of the information society.

War as the "midwife" of the birth of a new world order has taken on a hitherto unprecedented hybrid type of crossbreeding of various, mainly non-combat, methods of organized violence in minds, diplomacy, the economy, finance, the humanitarian and other spheres of international relations, pushing the war of weapons down to the level of local conflicts and special military operations.

The Third World War of a new hybrid type, which according to the well-informed Pope Francis began in 2013, is already close to completion – to the creation in 2025 of a new world of digital currencies. And conservative-minded political scientists are still frightening the public with the escalation of the current hybrid clashes between West and East to the level of a Third World War in the image of the 1960s with massive nuclear strikes and the end of civilization.

Sky Politics notes with regret the absence of a clear theory of global transformation. As a result, assessments of the situation in theaters of war lose sight of the political goal of events.

War as a continuation of politics is never without a goal.

The new currency world is precisely the goal of that redistribution of international relations which began with the clash of civilizations of the heirs of Rome with the heirs of the Caliphate in 2013, the year of the formation of ISIS (immediately banned in the Russian Federation), and under the name WWIII of a new hybrid type imperceptibly took the form of a war of meanings of the new era of the information society.

The goal of humanity's transition to the digital platforms of the new currency world, through the diligence of the masters of money matters according to the design of the planner behind the scenes, must be achieved in 2025.

After that, the escalation of conflicts in theaters of military operations to the level of a world war of weapons will become senseless. Hence also the persistent initiatives of influential forces to end hostilities in the Middle East and in Ukraine by forcing the warring parties to peace.

The new currency world will open the prospect of building a new world order. World projects are engaged in constructing the new world order in accordance with the specifics of different visions of the picture of the world.

Sky Politics speaks of six active world projects, which it has seated at the card table of history and whose interaction dynamics in the Great Game it assesses using an original model, copied from no one, of the Command-Staff Political Game on the maps "Bridge to the Future – 2045" (CSPG-Bridge).

The main clash in the battle of world projects is between the creation of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind of the PRC and the transhumanism of the USA. This clash proceeds along the lines of peaceful constructive cooperation, accompanied by belligerent rhetoric around sensitive meanings of human rights, the status of Taiwan, ambitions of hegemonism, incitement of religious extremism, and so on.

The remaining world projects enter into force pairings of the Great Game in the "casino," whose holder is the Solomon Plan of the Jews. The duration of the round until the cards are reshuffled is 4 years.

The new Russia with the conservative doctrine Moscow – the Third Rome so far acts merely as a dummy card in someone else's game.

Sky Politics theorists substantiate for Russia the project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde with which it could enter the new world order together with China, on China's shoulders and at China's expense.

The prospect for Russia of ending up a winner together with China is discernible from the angle of the creation in the PRC by 2035 of a digital economy, with a multiple increase in productivity.

The general plan for building a digital China and a new quality of productivity was proposed by Xi Jinping in 2016 and adopted for implementation by the party and the state until 2035 in 2023.

This concerns a new model of development, digital security, key basic technologies, the construction of 5G industrial internet infrastructure, and digital support for the transformation and modernization of traditional sectors of the economy.

The creators of the Chinese ecosystem of digital platforms use the concept of "the dynamics of the scales of network cooperation," which is based on: analysis of assortment series (incoming \ outgoing products and services), stages of limits in interdependent industries, as well as calculations of critical masses of consumers and suppliers, during the digital transformation of industries and spheres of life.

It can already be stated:

• The leadership of the PRC is carrying out a "cognitive assembly" of the new economy and creating a metasystem of ecosystems of digital platforms.

• According to the plan, in the PRC by 2029 a "new theory of high-quality development" will be formulated and they will begin teaching it to other countries.

• The socio-economic contour built on the metasystem of digital platforms will with certainty pull ahead of the rest of the world in the scientific and technological revolution, with a multiple increase in productivity by 10-20 times.

• It is impossible to compete with the metasystem – one can only integrate with it on its own terms.

The hieroglyphic thinking of the Chinese has historically made them capable of mathematics – of operating with symbols of number and figure. That is, digitalization is about them. Their time has come.

In the material world, the PRC stands among the leaders in most advanced technologies in the spheres of defense, space, energy, environmental protection, artificial intelligence, robots, biotechnologies, cybernetics, quantum computing and communications, new materials, and in 2019-2023 it has on the whole already overtaken the USA.

According to estimates of the Australian Strategic Policy Institute ASPI of August 2024, the USA in the period from 2003 to 2007 led in 60 of 64 critical technologies, while China only in three. Now, however, the PRC leads in 57 technologies, whereas the USA only in seven.

Even if this is not entirely so, the general trend of building up the PRC's aggregate power in key technologies is obvious.

Over the past five years, China has pulled ahead in the technologies of designing and manufacturing advanced integrated circuits, advanced aircraft engines, robots and drones, radio communications, electric batteries, and solar energy conversion photocells, but it still lags behind the United States in natural language data processing, quantum computing, and genetic engineering technologies.

Russia will not be able to catch up with China and the United States in the high technologies of the visible world – it has fallen behind forever. However, for the Russian type of consciousness, there remain the technologies of acquiring grace and of managing the spiritual sphere, which is precisely what the system of views born in Russia with the audacious name Sky Politics (power from heaven) deals with.

Sky Politics theorists have developed a number of technologies of the spiritual sphere:

• Those relating to the acquisition of spirit according to the law of change by bearing the probability spot on the reference and signal waves of history, developer Andrey Petrovich Devyatov.

• And those relating to managing the behavior of large masses of people, relying on the color dynamics of the soul of peoples, developer A.V. Kashansky.

As for the solid humanitarian foundation for the strategic interaction of Russia and China on the path to a new world order, this foundation lies in the problem of acquiring Grace (De), as a necessary condition for the feeling of happiness and joy of life.

Digitalization, in itself, does not lead to happiness.

The point is that in the Confucian tradition, with the country's achievement of "moderate prosperity" – a moderately well-off standard of living (xiaokang) the pragmatic Chinese people loses its connection with the Way of Heaven (Dao). And for society's transition to the next cycle of the "Great Unity" (Datong) it needs an inoculation of the Spirit of Truth (Shen).

According to the Law of Change, only from the East can China, which occupies the Center of the Celestial Empire, receive this inoculation and attain Grace.

This concerns the spiritual sphere, in which Russian Orthodoxy (Chinese: Eastern correct teaching) is linked with the Light from the East. That is precisely why Xi Jinping, immediately after ascending to the post of supreme leader of the PRC in May 2013, invited the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill, to Beijing. However, at that time there was no understanding on the part of the Russian Orthodox Church of the reason for this event.

The delay with the inoculation of the Spirit of Truth is connected with the difference between the dogmas of present-day synodal Orthodoxy with its pro-Western doctrine of Moscow – the Third Rome, and the pre-schism Orthodoxy of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations.

The difference is visible in the icon-painting images that entered the coat of arms of Russia.

In a 12th-century fresco in Staraya Ladoga, Rus’ in the female image of Princess Olga leads behind her the symbol of China – a Dragon on a string. At the same time, the symbol of the triumph of Christianity, St. George the Victorious on horseback, merely accompanies Holy Rus’. Whereas on the coat of arms of Russia since the time of the empire, St. George the Victorious strikes the Dragon with a spear.

And now the CCP does not include the Russia that exists in its project of creating around Central China a Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体). However, without acquiring Grace (De) the Chinese world project with the historical name Great Unity (Datong) will not take place. One way or another, the Chinese will have to mass-convert to Russian Orthodoxy in its pre-schism form of a family of peoples. Where China will take the place of the elder brother – the patron, and Russia will become the elder sister – the mentor.

On the coat of arms of the USSR, the globe with the symbols of the working person – the sickle and hammer – is in the rays of the rising sun – the Light from the East. And the first Soviet spacecraft was called Vostok (East).

“Look – in the East a new day is dawning. Yet you stubbornly look backwards with the back of your head,” wrote the poetess from Ulan-Ude, Svetlana Daurskaya, on behalf of the Sky Politics theorists, to our Westernizers.

That is, in order to ride the tidal wave of the energy of the East and obtain power from Heaven for the Russia that will be, it is necessary to return from the status of a country of the North to the vanguard of the red idea, seizing the time of the new epoch from the date line in the East.

The prospect of such a transfiguration for Rus’ will be opened by the victorious conclusion of the Special Military Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the Ukrainian theater of operations of the Third World War of a new hybrid type.

On the scale of the clash of civilizations in the Battle of world projects, the victorious conclusion of the bloody operations of the war of weapons will be the prevention of the escalation of conflicts in individual theaters of operations to the level of a world nuclear war.

It is precisely in this vein that the warring parties, under the auspices of the UN Charter and with the help of influential mediators, should move to negotiations for peace.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God
