Some explanations regarding the "New Beginning – 2026" construct 

In the book "Sky Politics for a New Era. Basic Concepts" the full text of the 2009 brochure "See and Heed" is provided with a detailed description of the schemes of stewardship over the transfiguration of Rus’.

The term "stewardship" (to know and dispose by right) in this context has a deep semantic meaning — it is not administration in the traditional sense, but the activation of hidden potentials of historical development (the unfolding of the One) through resonance – synchronization with cosmic and historical cycles.

To catch the Kairos for Russia is a single-moment act of fitting into the turn of the cycle of Rus’ history along the Horde wave of 726 years on the tide of the energy of the East (with a return to the starting point in the repetition of the meanings of the rule of the Golden Horde khan Tokhta. See our No.1073 of 14.12.25). Kairos is the favorable phase of the historical wave.

Model of correspondence: khan Tokhta – President Putin acts as the archetypal template for the current moment of Rus’ history.

The analogy of the meanings of Tokhta's rule – is not a simple coincidence, but a synchronization of cycles, where the calibrated point of Kairos – 2026. 

Thus, as a result, in essence, of a civil war, Tokhta in 1299\2025 ravaged Kiev and all of the Middle Dniester region, defeated the Westernizers, and from 1300\2026 became the sole ruler of the Golden Horde.

This historical moment of the phase of change has already arrived as of 28.12.25 during the coordination of the conditions for ending the armed conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations between the presidents of the RF, the USA and Ukraine.

The task of the RF authorities is not to miss the moment and already in February 2026 to jump off the wave of the old world order before its disintegration into chaos, but with the completion of the SMO immediately leap onto the ascending wave of the transfiguration of Rus’ of the new era of the information society.

If the regular authorities of the RF miss the favorable moment (Greek: Kairos) and at the beginning of 2026 do not leap onto the wave of the new beginning, but remain on the rise of the wave of bureaucratic state capitalism, then in that same 2026 at the peak of the rise (the victorious completion of the SMO) both the wave and the state will fly apart into chaos (see the picture). It is precisely this prospect for Russia that the American "hawk" John Bolton argues for. 

The moment from 28.12.2025 to February 2026 acts as the point of phase transition, when the coordination of the conditions for ending the SMO creates the necessary prerequisites for "fitting" into the new beginning of the approaching ascending wave of the historical development of Rus’.

The transitional period to the enlightened dictatorship of the leader-father from 2026 to 2028 is designated by the timeframe announced by the Bank of Russia for the country's transition into the new currency world of digital money, as mathematical objects correlated with an equivalent – the weight of gold. The same timeframe has been designated by the masters of monetary affairs for the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.

Here an analogy manifests, when khan Tokhta carried out a monetary reform, making the Horde economically independent of external forces. This is a direct parallel with the necessity of transitioning to a digital currency backed by gold for economic sovereignty.

The transitional period is necessary for the generational change of the Russian elite and, probably, in the perspective of liberation from the shackles of state capitalism, will resemble the SR-Menshevik "February 1917".

The enlightened dictator, the leader-father – is not a tyrant on a throne, but a sage who has accepted the theory of Sky Politics for execution in order to realize it in practice.

Synchronization with the East – the sky-political aspect of Kairos – is connected with the current tide of the energy of the East.

The Eastern civilizational paradigm, based on harmony with nature, collective responsibility and spiritual values, comes into correspondence with the archetypes of Russian culture. This creates the conditions for a "return to one's own circles" through the restoration of traditional values in a new era.

It is important to emphasize that the grafting of "the energies of the East" in the context of Sky Politics is not a geographical concept, but a metaphysical category denoting the ascending vector of historical development, based on the principles of harmony and spirituality as opposed to the Western paradigm of individualism and materialism.

The psychological aspect. After the New Year holidays and winter vacations, a "window of opportunity" forms for introducing changes, when society is ready for new undertakings and less resistant to transformations.

It is important to emphasize that "catching Kairos" is not a passive waiting for a favorable moment, but an active creation of the conditions for its arrival through the synchronization of internal and external processes. February 2026 is not simply a date on the calendar, but the point of maximum compression of historical possibility.

The mission of Rus’ in the first half of the 21st century, as it is revealed by Sky Politics, is to become the herald of the anthropological transition to the life of the age to come, founded not on violence and the manipulation of power by people, but on harmony with the Cosmos.

Sky Politics has conducted reconnaissance of the future under the conditions of globalism. Now, for the systematic achievement of the goal of the transfiguration of Rus’, it is necessary to develop operational plans for constructing the future, coupled with organizational and mobilization measures to ensure them. For which purpose it is also necessary to create a design bureau.
