The characteristic of the current historical moment should be brought under such definitions as: tectonic processes of global transformation; the information society of a new epoch; a Third World War of a new hybrid type; a new monetary world. The triumphant completion of the Russian presidential elections in March 2024 – 87.28% of votes "for" V. Putin – placed all responsibility for the country's future on the elected leader. By the natural course of things, the question of the "own game" of Putin's Long State in the Great Game at the card table of history has become acute. First of all, what is meant is a civilizational project of its own, directed toward the future, for Russia's exit from the world crisis of industrial society, which has run up against the limits to growth. The playings out of all previous card layouts in the Battle of World Projects have shown that Russia, whether in the "Moscow – Third Rome" variant or in the "Greater Eurasia" variant, on those cards that fall to Putin's Long State, even with two jokers capable of breaking the calculations, has no game of its own.
