On the economy of the transfiguration of Rus’

An intelligence indicator of the imminent announcement of the RF’s victory in the Special Military Operation on the Ukrainian theater of operations is the weakening of the ruble and a 33% rise in the retail price of gasoline. This means that there is not enough money in the RF treasury to finance combat operations, and the market economy increasingly demands peace.

A historical analogy. During WWII, the economy of the Soviet Union, firmly relying on its own forces with the support of external supplies from the USA under Lend-Lease, overcame the economy of the Third Reich, which relied on the potential of all of Europe.

This happened because of the superiority of the planned economy with an interbranch balance of production chains in the USSR over the economy of state-capitalist corporations in Germany.

The National Socialism of the German Workers’ Party, structured as a rigid vertical pyramid of management closed on the Reichsführer of the nation, yielded to the network structure of management of the Communist Party of the Bolsheviks with the supreme ruler at the center of a horizontal web.

The modern economy of the New Russia of democratic choice represents a vertically integrated economy of state-capitalist corporations: in monetary terms, with prices on the commodity exchange and trade statistics in US dollars.

The tasks of financing the SMO under conditions of the RF’s strategic solitude, sanctions by unfriendly countries, obstructions by friendly ones, and the impossibility of borrowing from abroad require tightening the authorities’ monetary-credit policy with a growing financial burden on the population.

Politics cannot fail to dominate over economics.

Hence the rise in inflation, the weakening of the ruble, and the rise in prices, as necessary measures by the regulator to keep companies from bankruptcy and absorption by transnational “market sharks.”

The Stalinist socialist economy, with accounting, control, and feedback not in money but in natural units (pieces, tons, cubic meters), linked the solution of political tasks of building up the country’s aggregate power to quantitative growth of output, mainly through scientific and technological progress: electrification, mechanization, chemicalization, land reclamation, etc.

Hence the possibility of lowering retail prices for food and industrial goods, carried out during Stalin’s lifetime after the war annually from 1947 to 1953.

In the new era of the information society, the computerization of management opens the prospect of a digital economy with coordination of cost, expenses, interconnections, and risks of any number of chains of material production. And here the application of cybernetic schemes and mechanisms of the Stalinist economy of natural things guarantees unconditional success!

However, in the information society, while the supporting position of the material sphere of existence is preserved, the intangible factors of creativity: invention, design, and technologies for producing the new, the unprecedented. That which is called goodwill (good will). And here the factor of the financial indicator of profit of the capitalist mode of production is replaced by the social factor of the communist common benefit (共享) of the Asian mode of production.

Historical note. The Asian mode of production arose from the needs of creating irrigation structures. At the same time, the construction of a protective dam by the method of labor conscription under an Eastern despotism turned into a state benefit of saving the harvest from the disaster of flooding for all strata of the population. Costs – there are. Common good – there is. Profit – there is none.

To organize public works, an extensive bureaucracy was required, which, together with a two-circuit monetary system (separately: circuits for infrastructure construction and for the consumer market), constitute facets of the Chinese specificity.

Whereas in Nazi Germany the Führer's roads – the Reichsautobahnen – performed a political function of infrastructural binding of the country's disparate regions simultaneously with labor mobilization and ideological indoctrination of the masses in the spirit of unity, the nation's rebirth, national superiority and the greatness of the Reich. The construction of the autobahns proceeded not through bank credits, but through the savings of Germans and subsidies. This demonstrated the advantages of the Nazi corporate-state economy in propaganda.

It is quite obvious that the forms of fascist and communist totalitarianism are similar, whereas their content is multidirectional.

We return to the current moment. 2025 has been declared by the Kremlin as the "Year of the Defender of the Fatherland." This is yet another intelligence indicator of the supreme authority's intention to victoriously conclude the SMO no later than the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Soviet people over fascist Germany in the Great Patriotic War – 09.05.25.

The conclusion of the SMO opens the prospect of the cherished transfiguration of Rus’ from a corporate state into a state of enlightened dictatorship of the common good: "the kingdom of truth – the realm of the white tsar."

The transfiguration must occur as a force majeure of global transformation within a single cosmic hour – three years (2025-2027).

In 2028, the heirs of the Unified State of Genghis Khan and of Stalin's Socialist camp will, quite probably, be living in a new state: the Union of Free Sovereign Republics – USSR-2 (the "Greater Eurasia – Third Horde" project).

The state of enlightened dictatorship of the common good of the new era of the information society will acquire great power in the digital economy through the intangible assets of goodwill: the realization of man's boundless abilities to create the new, the unprecedented.

The paradoxical type of thinking of people who speak and think in Russian ("Russia cannot be understood with the mind," "to any cunning Russia will respond with unpredictable stupidity") in the economy of goodwill gives an inherent advantage both over the analytical abstract-conceptual thinking of Europeans and over the concrete-symbolic (hieroglyphic) thinking of the Chinese.

The unit of account of the new capital will become one year of life. And the accumulation of capital will proceed in the intangible form of goodwill. For it is impossible to formalize property rights to extraordinary creative abilities, owing to their inalienability from the bearer, and to sell them. Goodwill can only be contributed as a share to the common cause of mutual guarantee.

Regarding this audacity of the Sky Politics theorists, the heavyweight of those behind the scenes, David Rockefeller, once said: "They believe that economics is the domain of economists. But this is not so. The world economy is run by psychologists, philosophers and players."
