On the harmony of the world of the "reds," "yellows," and "blues"

Chinese characters convey not the sounds of speech, but meanings. If the phrase "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" (中国特色社会主义) is reinterpreted through the meanings of the eight characters of which it consists, its original meaning will emerge: "Union of clans around the throne of the ancestors with hues of the color of the Middle Kingdom." These colors are: red, yellow, and blue (see the colors of the balloons in the photo). 

Color symbols are a purely law-governed expression of the cultural code: the "voice of blood" and the "call of the heart" of the nation.

In the Chinese mentality: red is the color of Confucianism, yellow is the color of Buddhism, and blue is that of Daoism.

In politics: red personifies the communism of Mao Zedong, yellow – the national socialism of Liu Shaoqi–Deng Xiaoping, and blue – the national liberalism of the Kuomintang, Zhou Enlai, the "Komsomol members."

China is a clan-based society of connections: of fellow countrymen, relatives, in-laws, classmates, colleagues. Connections are pulled.

The clans work out the political course and line of the CPC by the method of coordinating interests, aligning responsibility, dividing spheres of activity, and distributing sources of well-being.

In August 2025, the Chinese reds, yellows, and blues, following the tradition of the "revolutionaries of the older generation," unhurriedly, in conversations and tea-drinking, coordinated the country's development program while vacationing on the shore of the Yellow Sea at the resort town of Beidaihe.   

The coordinated program for the current moment will be approved by the 4th Plenum of the CPC Central Committee, which will be held in October. And the next stage of the Chinese people's new campaign toward realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation (实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦) will be proclaimed by the 21st Congress of the CPC in 2027.

The main milestones on the path of this campaign manifested themselves on 31.08–03.09.25 at the SCO summit in Tianjin and at the celebrations of the 80th anniversary of China's victory in the war with Japan and in World War II.

Worthy of attention is the global governance initiativeput forward by Xi Jinping, which, together with the previously declared initiatives on global development, global security, and global civilization, constitute a clear bid by the PRC for the role of global leader in jointly building the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (共同构建人类命运共同体). 

China's ability to fulfill the role of global leader was shown by the impressive parade of the PRC's aggregate might in a demonstration of the spirit and coordination of the troops and their formidable modern weaponry.

At the SCO summit, Xi Jinping called China by the name of its totem – the Dragon (in comparison of the Dragon with the Elephant – India).

So then, on 03.09.25 the Dragon soared in strength and splendor.

It may be supposed that in the triad of three forces: the PRC – the RF – the USA, Beijing is changing the scheme of the cunning monkey above the clash of two tigers (1+1)+0=0, where the linkage turns in China's favor in the passive (0), to the role of the Dragon – China in an active position (1).

And then a prospect opens up before the Russian Federation to turn the alignment of three forces to its own advantage, by going into a passive stance (0) and leaving the Chinese People's Republic (1) and the USA (1) to contend for the place of world leader. In order to go into a passive stance, the Russian Federation needs to conclude the Special Military Operation, wind down the belligerent rhetoric of confrontation with the USA and NATO (Ryabkov's ultimatum of 15.12.21) and attend to internal affairs.

Why is the Chinese People's Republic shifting to an active position of confrontation with the USA? The answer is obvious: China has already received everything from Russia. There, the Power of Siberia too is flowing into China. And from the USA, the Chinese People's Republic can obtain Taiwan in exchange for a share in the new currency world.

By compelling the Kremlin toward peace on the Ukrainian theater of operations of the Third World War of a new hybrid type, China is entering the Great Game with Trump – the leader of the revenge of the black international.

Judging by the intelligence indicators that have emerged, a mutual understanding has been reached between Xi Jinping and Putin on the question of the role and place of their countries in the initiative of global governance.

Thus, the Greater Eurasia project (the color purple), with support from North Korea, has been handed over by China to Russia to manage. This can be discerned in the presence of a purple stripe in the symbols of Chinese policy at the 2015 parade and its absence at the 2025 parade.

But if the Kremlin people miss the chance to go into a passive stance in September 2025, and the "hawks" continue combat operations with the NATO coalition on the Ukrainian theater of operations, then the question will arise before Russia of a new wave of mobilization and the transfer of the country from a peacetime to a wartime footing. And this is fraught with a split within Russia.

Historical analogies are not always relevant, and sometimes are even harmful. Nevertheless, it should be recalled that the nuclear power USA lost the war in Vietnam. 

On the Kremlin's decision to wind down or continue the Special Military Operation will also depend China's decision on changing its position: to remain in a passive stance as a judge above the fray or to shift into active confrontation with the USA. The CPC Central Committee will announce its choice in the resolution of the 4th plenum in October 2025.
