On the Norman format of Russian politics

On 15.08.25 in Anchorage, Alaska, an epochal meeting of the presidents of the USA and the Russian Federation took place. There D. Trump and V. Putin launched into the world the Spirit of Anchorage, which is meant to swing the political geography of the new epoch from the East–West axis to the North–South axis.

The aim of the Norman line of global transformation is to divert the Asian cycle of capital accumulation led by China onto a false course, into the ambush of an exhausting struggle for a place in the Arctic.

Hence Russian propaganda about the country's grandiose prospects on the Northern Sea Route and the countering American efforts around Greenland's accession to the USA. For the coupling of the might of the Russian Federation and the USA in the Arctic Ocean basin is meant to create the linkage necessary for the geopolitical preponderance of the Civilization of the North over the Global South (the PRC, India, Brazil, South Africa, the world of Islam). 

Here lies the guarantee both of the revenge of the black international over decrepit liberalism (the blues) and of the success of implementing the Nordic theory of world domination in the new epoch.

An exposition of the ideas of the Birth of the North as a geopolitical cluster in 2023 was given by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V.Yu. Surkov. The point is a project for the integration of the Russian, European and American civilizations — all from the common racial roots of the heirs of Rome. Here R. Kipling's password is also apt: «We are of one blood, you and I».

For D. Trump, the Spirit of Anchorage is, above all, confrontation with China, the detachment of Russia from strategic interaction with China, an awakening beyond the mirage of a multipolar world, the undermining of BRICS.

In V. Surkov's text, the geopolitical hallucination of the promised land of Prester John, as the goal of the expansion of the new crusaders of the Vatican, a developer of truth, the driving force of the great game on the grandiose chessboard — is Ukraine.

For the Russian "hawks" (greetings to S. Ryabkov of the MFA) — the Spirit of Anchorage has dissipated — here you are, good sirs, "some nuts" in the form of a hypersonic Oreshnik missile strike on targets in Lviv 09.01.26

For the peacemakers, however — the special representatives of the presidents of the Russian Federation and the USA, Kirill Dmitriev \ Vitkov-Kushner — the Spirit of Anchorage blows briskly over Miami, Paris and, like a "dove of peace," flies toward Ukraine. 

So has the Spirit of the North from Alaska breathed upon the Ukrainian theater of operations?

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation are pressing on Ukraine. There is now a pretext for strikes also on civilian infrastructure (half of Kyiv's high-rise buildings were left without heating) — "they wanted to kill Putin at Valdai." The aim of the retaliatory strikes is to force Kyiv to capitulate.

Trump is pressing Kyiv with the same aim — to force it to peace. And he is nudging Russia toward a correction of the regime so as to present the Z-patriots as responsible for the loss of prestige (the tricolor has tilted), for the jump in prices and housing and utilities tariffs, for the heightening of anxiety and the people's disappointment in their expectations of a bright New Year — 2026.

But here again it is apt to recall the Freemason R. Kipling with his illumination of the design of global transformation: «Akela — he missed».

In the symbols of The Jungle Book, Akela — the leader of the wolf pack — is Romano-Germanic Europe. Russia's salvation (Mowgli) in the struggle against world evil comes from the black panther Bagheera (those behind the scenes in the black hats of Hasidim) and the yellow python Kaa (China).

The chief rabbi of the Dnieper, Shmuel Kaminetsky, related that a durable peace in Ukraine will take shape after 19.01.26. It will be the coercion of Kyiv, by compression from two sides, the USA and the Russian Federation, into a partition of territory:

- The Russian republics of the Donbas are recognized as part of the Russian Federation.

- Novorossiya receives the status of a Jewish republic and by 2028 enters the Union State of "Sovereign Catherine III".

- Galicia, Volhynia, and Transcarpathia join Hungary and Poland as associate members and thus enter the EU.

Little Russia, embittered by the hardships of life without water and light, votes in the hetman elections for the war criminal and terrorist K. Budanov, who has attained the bliss of a peacemaker.

The peacemaker K. Budanov, relying on the people's wrath, bargains at the UN for reparations from the Russian Federation to restore the well-fed life of Orthodox brothers and sisters.

Thus the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, A. Berset, declared: "Holding Russia accountable for its crimes and its payment of compensation to the victims is our priority."

A little about the specifics of information violence of a new type.

The tactic of the war of meanings consists in obtaining an emotional reaction that eclipses rational knowledge and leads to a rash decision in action.

On 29.12.25, 91 UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine flew to kill Putin at Valdai. Not one arrived, but the emotion remained in Russian actions of grievance — an escalation of retaliatory strikes.

03.01.26 in 30 min. the US stole Venezuelan President Maduro – emotion: and what about Russia dawdling in Ukraine for 4 years?

The US seized a tanker – emotion: the flag of the Russian Federation has tilted again.

They struck with Oreshnik – targets hit, but the emotion: this is a hysteric of despair by the Kremlin because neither a military effect is shown, nor is there any explanation of the political component of the strike – empty saber-rattling with a negative informational ending.

The escalation of grievances is needed precisely in the psychological aspect of intensifying military actions, so that the Spirit of Anchorage that has reached the Dnieper leads to relief of anxiety from the expectation of nuclear conflagration, consolation of the suffering, and bliss of the peacemakers.
