Political geography – geopolitics – is about power in the force lines of the Law of the Universe: North – South – West – East and Center.

Now the geopolitical pair of navigation of the old world order: the Collective West – the Traditional East those behind the scenes have substituted with the ontological opposition of two poles of force: the Global South – the natural North, while for the simple-minded doctrinaires of the New Russia they slipped in the chimera of multipolarity.   

As a result, the imagined picture of a multipolar world, which has no natural foundation and is justified only by logic from the mind, has led the New Russia – we are an independent pole of force – into a position of oppressive strategic bewilderment and dismal strategic loneliness.

The history of wars and military art convincingly testifies that war – is always a clash of two sides (coalitions). Therefore the concept of a multipolar world makes the Kremlin (we ourselves) an outcast in the force linkages of the genuinely multilateral Great Game of world projects (of which there are in reality six).

The Third World War of a new hybrid type for the place of leader of the new epoch of the information society, which according to the well-informed Pope Francis has been going on since 2013 and is now close to completion, is being waged by two coalitions: the USA and the PRC, where the USA is the side of the North, and the median China occupies the Center.

US President D. Trump has headed the worldwide revenge of the black international (against the liberals), trying to retain world leadership in the American (Euro-Atlantic) cycle of capital accumulation through transhumanism technologies.

Whereas the PRC is creating around itself the Community of Shared Future for Mankind, trying to seize leadership in the Asian cycle of capital accumulation of the new epoch of the information society.

But Russia of Putin's Long State has been removed by the stratagem of the Planner of the new world order (and these are Kabbalist Jews) from the scheme of the energy of the East and is being pushed into the geopolitical position of the North.

Hence the unrealizable and highly costly bet-ambush of turning the Northern Sea Route into the "Suez Canal" of world trade of the 21st century; the line toward uniting Rus’ with the "Teutons" of Northern Europe and the transhumanists of the North American United States (the impulse was given by the meeting of the presidents of the RF and the USA in Alaska on 15.08.25); a fresh reading of the Norman theory of Russian statehood.

Dugin, assign Russia to the Global South (within the framework of the association founded in 2009 of ten states: Brazil, Russia, India, the PRC, South Africa, the UAE, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia and Indonesia – BRICS).

Whereas in the force lines of the Law of the Universe the place of Russia in the new epoch of the cosmic energies of the constellation Aquarius should be not in the North – South stretch, but in the coalition of the spiritual East.

This a coalition of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations and it is that Russia which will exist after the completion of the Special Military Operation of the weapons phase of WWIII on the Ukrainian theater of operations that is called upon to create it.

Sky Politics holds that the tectonic processes of global transformation have cosmic foundations. Namely, the arrival on Earth of the energies of the constellation Aquarius with a focus in the band of Russia's greatness from Valdai to Altai, which since 2013 have fully displaced the energies of the stars of the era of the constellation Pisces, whose focus for two and a half thousand years was in the band of Greater Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates.

For Russia the time has come to take upon itself the energies of the East of the new cosmic era and to change its picture of the world, adopting as the starting point of the calendar count of this era of Russia's greatness the date line (the Sunrise of a new day on Earth begins in Russia, in Chukotka), leaving to the countries of the sunset of the old world order the meridian of 0º longitude of space (which passes through Greenwich in London). 

In the spiritual sphere, which will become the main one in the information society of AI dominance, it should be recalled that the primordial ancient Orthodoxy from the Apostle Andrew in Rus’ was called in Chinese, and is still called, the Eastern Correct Teaching (东正教).

It should be noted that all the major Masonic organizations of Europe were also named after the "Grand Orient" as a source of spiritual light and wisdom (those of France, Belgium, Spain, Russia, and others). 

In order to ride the oncoming wave of the energy of the East, so that the entire Universe may help the efforts of the authorities to transform Rus’ into the foretold "Kingdom of Truth," one must "catch Kairos" — the right moment (phase) when the old order begins to crumble into a spray of foam and the "ship Russia" must manage to leap to the beginning of the rise of the next 12-year "beast" cycle of the clock frequency of the Chinese lunisolar calendar (see figures).

The wave of world history by odd dates of changes from heaven:

2001 – the creation of the SCO – the tide of the energy of the East began

2013 – the beginning of the Third World War of a hybrid type (the "Battle of the End")

2025 – the new currency world of digital money

2037 – the new world order

The pitch of the screw – 12 years – along the earthly wave of the history of Russia's development:

1984 – "Decline" (according to the barcode of changes – situation No. 12)

1996 – "Initial Difficulties" (situation No. 3)

2008 – "Toward the Possession of the Great" (situation No. 14)

2020 – "Great Power" (situation No. 34)

2032 – "Not Yet the End" (situation No. 64)

2044 – "New Beginning" (situation No. 1) of the next great period.

In world history, the year of predetermined changes is 2025. This is the year of the "green snake" of the planner's wisdom. In 2026, the "red horse" will already finish the work of arranging the new currency world.

Russia, however, is destined to be transformed and to enter the stage of the code word "Great Power" from 2020 to 2032. The transformation began with the force majeure of the Covid-19 pandemic and continues with the irresistible force of the war of weapons on the Ukrainian theater of operations. In 2028, Rus’ will live in a different state. By 2031, the transformation of the country, with the state acquiring "Great Power," will be completed with the rapture of victory.

Having determined Russia's present place on the waves of change, one should substantiate the design and reveal the source of the transformation.

So, the specificity of the current moment of global transformation in the matter of constructing the future urgently requires abandoning reliance on what existed before in the industrial society, and instead anticipating with all one's heart and all one's thoughts the way of life of the coming information society — either as "mechanical" transhumanism, or as "biological" new eternal life. 

Be that as it may, the infrastructure of the new era of the information society must ensure the exchange of information, and this is not "big data" in AI computers, but hybrid nano-bio-info-cogno (NBIC) human\machine interfaces.

Anticipating the 7th technological order, which is already "not far off," these are breakthrough technologies of the immaterial spiritual sphere of being.

If these quantum-resonance technologies of the spiritual sphere of being are created on the semantics of the ternary-asymmetric Russian language (English is analytic, good for digits, but not for the resonance of paradox, not to mention the isolating language of the Chinese), then in this way, in terms of meanings, Russia will imperceptibly capture the cognitive base of the new immaterial wealth.

And the Chinese will make the instrument-and-unit part of the new wealth. 

The task of Rus’ in partnership with China consists in spiritually turning the aggregate power of China toward the common good. The Dragon is a force, not an evil. This force must be harnessed, not destroyed.

Such is the approximate scheme of how Russia can overtake the leaders of progress with immaterial goodwill, without catching up to the front-runners of innovation in material machine-building — it is impossible to catch up anyway. The essence is "to overtake without catching up." Here is the source of the transformation.

As for the design of how to realize the transformation of Rus’, here one should rely on the law of change in the linkages of three forces. Namely: the East (Russia of the Aquarius era) spiritually overcomes the Center (China of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind), whereas China (according to the doctrine of "three norths, four seas") will overcome the North American United States with its aggregate power and by 2035 will become the mighty leader of the world.

Russia–China relations must be built according to the scheme: mentor – patron. In the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations, these will be the roles of the elder sister (Russia) and the elder brother (China), where the Father is heaven, the Mother is earth, and all peoples are relatives and in-laws.
