From slogans to procedures

Yes, in the information society sovereignty has moved from the territorial aspect (the domain of the "holders") to the informational (convictions), cognitive (meanings) and digital (systematization of big data) aspects. And this is the work of innovators in the domain of universality.

However, the main thing for people's vital activity - capital - in the historical process remains in the aspect of the "life-giver" of the Spirit. The sphere of the spirit's dwelling is time.

Time is threefold as duration (Greek Chronos), the order of succession of events (Greek Cyclos) and the favorable moment - the phase of "returning to one's own circles" (Greek Kairos).

In the old world order of industrial society, the capitalization of time concerned only duration. And this was the economy of credit - the sale of the future at loan interest.

In the new world order of the information society, the most far-sighted economists began to speak of the capitalization of time as the order of succession of events – a place in the queue for receiving goods.

Sky Politics is the doctrine of time filled with spirit; relying on the cyclicity of being, it stakes on the capitalization of the phase of suitable tidal waves of the energy of life so that "the whole universe" helps the path of development chosen by the authorities – the construction of the future.

The year 2026 is precisely that very "favorable moment" of a new beginning, when one must not miss the chance of the transfiguration of Rus’ and must "catch Kairos".

How to catch Kairos is substantiated by Sky Politics in two recent books: Devyatov A. "Razianstvo. On the Seizure of the Future of a New Era" and "Sky Politics for a New Era. Basic Concepts".      

However, in order to translate slogans and principles (strategy) into practice (operational plans) of state-building of the Russia that will be, the heirs of the "Long State of Putin" need to create a corresponding "design bureau" of specialists.

The situation at the beginning of the path.

The onslaught of circumstances of insuperable force of global transformation on New Russia manifests itself in the aspects:

  • the coming new energy and the healing of the environment
  • the technological leap of the 4th industrial revolution
  • the demographic crisis, the "brain drain" and the invasion of migrants
  • the restructuring of trade routes and financial systems
  • the hidden violence of a new hybrid type

One's own forces are the person who speaks and thinks in Russian with a threefold-asymmetric type of thinking, capable of breaking out of the algorithms of analytics by a paradox into the sphere of the new, the unprecedented.

And here, as the chatbot suggests, a tragic irony manifests itself:

"The less the state of the Russian Federation invests in people (education, healthcare, freedom of thought), the faster it loses real sovereignty, because sovereignty without a free, competent, motivated society is a facade.

The PRC, despite authoritarianism, invests trillions of yuan in science, STEM education, AI and biotech — because it understands: technological superiority = power!
Russia, on the other hand, even having outstanding individual innovators, in the frenzy of conservatism destroys the environment in which they can grow and remain.

Systems like Gosuslugi, the Unified Biometric Platform, the Digital Profile, online monitoring of social networks — all this is being built not for convenience, but for predictive management and social credit in the Russian style.
A person in such a system is not a citizen, but a data unit whose "loyalty" is measured in numbers.

Russia will face a crisis not because it "thinks incorrectly," but because its model of resource rent + digital control + demographic neglect is incompatible with a future where value is created by knowledge, innovation and human capital.

And if the country does not rethink the role of man — not as an object, but as a source of sovereignty — then the "return of sovereignty" will remain an empty echo in an empty apartment."

This is why Sky Politics speaks of a premonition of "February" as the Socialist Revolutionary–Menshevik variant of liberating society from the shackles of the authoritarian system of bureaucratic state capitalism, into which Russia was led by the perestroika of the command-administrative system of the late Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
