Once again on the specifics of power from Heaven in the year of the "red horse"

In a situation where Russian political science has become thoroughly confused in the multipolar philosophy of complexity, an original system of views, copied from no one, with the bold name of Sky Politics assesses the current moment and the prospects of the outcome of the tectonic processes of humanity's transition into a new era of the information society in the simplicity of the law of change in the linkages of three forces.

The specificity of Sky Politics is revealed in comparison with classical European "Greco-Roman" political science:

- political science in the Russian Federation is analytics. Sky Politics deals not with analyses of details, but with assessments in the wholeness of the world picture. 

- political-science analysis is purely scientific. Sky Politics is, in essence, not scientific, for it is engaged in intelligence, and intelligence is not a science but an art.

- Sky Politics conducts reconnaissance of the future under conditions of globalism with reliance on cycles of change, and not from the perspective of linear progress.

- Sky Politics — about power from heaven, and not from people — is connected with the spiritual sphere of being: I believe — because it is absurd. Hope dies last. Love is evil — you'll fall in love with a goat too.

- regular power is only the visible part of world politics; the invisible part of the "iceberg" is made up of those behind the scenes.

- those behind the scenes are manifested in such organizations as B'nai B'rith, the Bilderberg Club, the Round Table, Bohemian Grove, etc. And how much does official political science know about these organizations?

- those behind the scenes are called that precisely because they are not documented for the science of political science, but are kept in secret. Secrets are the business of intelligence. Intelligence never reveals its sources.

- Sky Politics proves nothing, but points — and not to interests, but to values and shrines, lying at the foundation of the CONSTRUCTION OF THE FUTURE BY WORLD PROJECTS, which analytics does not notice.

- in Sky Politics, international relations are multilateral, whereas war is always a clash of two sides (coalitions), and politics in the Law of Change is the linkages of three forces: we ourselves — our enemies — our allies.

- as Nobel laureate in economics Douglass North said long ago: "No economic theory of the West is capable of explaining what is happening in China." Sky Politics explains: the Chinese specificity in economics is oriental despotism and the Asiatic mode of production with a dual-circuit monetary system.

- analytics does not want to see ethics as the binding principle of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations. And Orthodox ethics, the ethics of the Islam of the heart, and Confucian ethics are mutually non-contradictory.

- Sky Politics calls no one anywhere. It merely shows the path of least resistance to the circumstances of the irresistible force of global transformation, which are what drive the changes.

- engaging in reconnaissance of the future, Sky Politics, through the voices of the reasonable among the people, points to conceptual ambushes, into which the Kremlin has fallen through the efforts of those behind the scenes, and these are, above all:

  • the chimera of a multipolar world (which has led the Russian Federation into strategic solitude),
  • being drawn into the biblical Battle of the End in Syria (Syria has fallen) and in the Ukrainian theater of operations (where the war is waged not for victory, but for the exhaustion of the Russian Federation),
  • the Northern Sea Route and the turn of the Russian Federation's policy from the East — West axis to the North — South axis (with the Nordic racial theory of the Aryans).

The success of Sky Politics is determined by the Will of Heaven, and not by analytics from great intellect.

The Will of Heaven is triune, which determines not digital but wave technologies for researching the future.

Sky Politics, by original methods of direction-finding the spot of probability in the coming perspective along three waves of historical cycles, illuminates the points of predetermination on the ruler of Gregorian dates.

These points are — 2025: the beginning of a new monetary world, — 2037: the beginning of a new world order, — 2049: the anthropological transition (a new heaven and a new earth). Then — "the life of the age to come."

Sky Politics views world politics not as the Great Chessboard, but as the Card Table of history.

In order for Russia not to lose outright the Battle of world projects in the 2025-2028 endgame, the Kremlin, instead of extending the current Treaty on Good-Neighborliness with China, should urgently sign a new Russian-Chinese Treaty on the Family of Peoples. 

THESES of the new RF-PRC Treaty "On the Family of Peoples":

- The peoples of our countries of non-Western civilizations are the heirs of Genghis Khan's Horde and Stalin's Socialist camp.

- Our countries act as a strategic rear for each other, "back to back." The rear is that which is never surrendered.

- In the new era of the information society, relations between the PRC and the RF will be bound not by doctrine or ideology, but by ethics.

- The cultural belt of the Great Tea Road will bind the family of peoples of our countries with the ethics of what ought to be, what may be, and what may not be, above material interests, ideologies, and doctrines.  

- Our countries and peoples will build relations on the principles of the "five above" (the spiritual above the material, the common above the private, justice above the law, service above possession, power above property) and a code of piety, for relations in the Orthodox, Muslim, and Confucian family.

- In the family of peoples, China will have the function of the elder brother – protector, and Russia – of the elder sister, a mentor through the wisdom of the Eastern correct teaching.

- And may the leaders who betray the common cause for the common good of the peoples be visited by the curse, contempt, and reproach of their descendants.
