On the surrealism of the birth of the new man

The cultural aspect of the Greater Eurasia – Third Horde project defines the flexible, multifaceted, colorful, melodious, truthful and free Russian language. It is precisely this mighty language that forms the ternary-asymmetric type of thinking, capable of paradox, of people who speak and think in Russian.

The capacity of the Russian language to drive thought to paradox pushes consciousness toward the revelation of the new, the unprecedented. But the Russian character stops there — the broad Russian soul finds it boring to clothe the spark of thought in the material forms of producing the goods of an industrial society.

The specificity of the German language determines harmony of thinking (classical German philosophy), natural discipline and German order in the organization of the economy.  

The Chinese, with their concrete-symbolic type of thinking, conditioned by hieroglyphic writing and the isolating grammar of the language, are accustomed to scrupulous, monotonous work according to a template.

From the perspective of geopolitics, these phenomena of the nature of man-the-rational-being determine the success of the economic connection of the continental bloc of Russia, Germany and China: respectively, from the generation of ideas by the Russians, through the translation of the ideas of the new into technological regulations by the Germans, to the production of goods in the factory of the 21st century by the Chinese.

However, the new era of the information society gives birth to a new man:

  • the old man-the-rational-being: «the understanding one», is transformed into
  • the man-the-creator of the new: «the co-creating one».

This function of creation – by the impulse of the new emanating from man – has begun to manifest vigorously in artificial intelligence technologies.

However, for now, AI in digital form is likened to the cognitive function of the human mind, where linear algorithms of analysis are oh so far from the image and likeness of the noosphere of the Universe, in the call of the heart and the voice of the blood of man by replicas of wave resonance that are multiples of the vibrations of the visible Cosmos. 

Let us recall the classic of German philosophy I. Kant: «There are only two things that fill my soul with sacred awe – the starry sky above my head and the moral law within us». 

The function of creation of the new man of the information society opens the prospect of uniting technical and humanitarian knowledge into a sphere akin to the Law of the Universe a sphere of interconnected root meanings of Being. Only the «great, mighty, truthful and free» Russian language is capable of giving names to these meanings.     

A new doctrine of language was advanced in the 1920s by the orientalist, expert on the Caucasus, polyglot, ethnographer and archaeologist, academician of the Imperial Russian Academy of Sciences and vice-president of the USSR Academy of Sciences N.Ya. Marr.

This doctrine, also known under the name Japhetidology (from the name of the biblical forefather of the peoples of the European race, Japheth), explains the development of the languages of the world from the Babylonian multitude toward the world language of the future – the language of communist society. It will be «a new and single language, where the highest beauty will merge with the highest development of the mind». With the advent of AI, such a prospect has become a beacon of return to the pre-Babylonian unity of peoples and races.

In those same years of the Russian avant-garde of the early 20th century, the «chairman of the terrestrial globe», poet and futurist of zaum Velimir Khlebnikov published, based on the «mathematical laws of time», a book of predictions «Battles 1915-1917: a new doctrine on war».

Then, in pre-revolutionary Russia, there appeared fundamentally unprovable, yet also fundamentally irrefutable, in many respects intuitive, not entirely scientific anticipations of the life of the coming century. Only with humanity's transition to the information society did they become hints for the manifestation of Russian thought and the Russian spirit with the daring name of Sky Politics.

It is noteworthy that in 1950 the Georgian I.V. Stalin turned to questions of linguistics, having himself written poetry in his youth and having known about the linguistic works of the Georgian N.Ya. Marr since his time studying at the Tiflis Theological Seminary. Joining the discussion about the essence of language from the standpoint of common sense, Stalin raised language above Marxist philosophy of class struggle, emphasizing the social function of language as the "material shell" of thought.

Be that as it may, Velimir Khlebnikov in his treatise "Tables of Fate" confirmed the biblical thesis of "returning to one's own circles," and in the manifesto "The Trumpet of the Martians" called for reclaiming time from the Universe. Those called to do this are the Creators, who came to replace the nobles, and the "inventors," who replaced the "acquirers." Whereas N.Ya. Marr in his teaching on language nevertheless gave a correct impulse to the development of typology and semantics.

In our time, the doctrine of time in the power from heaven is set out in the books of A.P. Devyatov. And the topology of semantics in the three-volume work "I See Meaning" was created by the demiurge of systemic knowledge V.A. Rubanov.

"Knowledge Base. Semantic Topology" by V.A. Rubanov is a geometric model of the noosphere -"the sphere of reason" in the form of an icosahedron consisting of 20 equilateral triangles.

The hypothetical sphere of the interrelation between nature and society, within which human reason becomes a factor of development, in Rubanov's icosahedron has acquired the form of a closed grid of meanings with Russian names, whose chains of semantic connections are amenable to calculation. And, consequently, also to anticipating the unknown or finding the path to achieving the desired result, if one knows what one is seeking.

The semantic network includes 602 names: 4 – cornerstone vertices (with maximum semantic force). 12 – nuclear vertices (3 in each of the 4 semantic domains). 36 – nodal vertices (they include the nuclear vertices in the network). 100 – faces (25 in each of the 4 semantic domains): 72 – reveal the parameters of the 12 nuclear vertices, 12 – reveal the parameters of the cornerstone vertices, 16 – system-forming faces (4 in each of the 4 domains). 150 – edges (reveal the relations of the vertices and describe processes). 300 – face segments (3 segments in each face).

The icosahedron matrix makes it possible to interpret any situation with the help of a finite set of elementary meanings and to gather into each semantic cell all the necessary information with different subject meanings. For example, to find values in chains of events and to manage them. That is, to generate meanings or, at least, to suggest new meanings.

What is at stake is the main thing in the sphere of information — the metalanguage of human-machine communications and its application in management. That is precisely why the creators of AI based on analytical English ignore V.A. Rubanov's model of the noosphere in the icosahedron.

The inherent advantage in the information field of the creative stratum of people who speak and think in Russian has made the Russian language and their special ternary-asymmetric type of thinking targets for defeat in the war of meanings.

The weapon of defeat in this war is: 

  • the flooding of the Russian language with Anglicisms that block the recognition by consciousness of the root meanings of Russian words; and
  • binary schemes of thought (the third is superfluous, there is no third option) that shield consciousness from the harmonious commensurability of ternary harmony with opposites such as: good \ evil.

The war of meanings on the cultural front is waged by guerrilla methods of Sky Politics in the alignments of the Great Game: we ourselves – our enemies – our allies, relying on the law of change in the linkages of three forces, with hope for a Russian miracle, by the few reasonable people from among the people.
