The basis for counting the initial period of WWIII is the creation in 2013 of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL*), which immediately launched a holy war (Jihad) with the World of the West ("rotten Western democracies," which immediately banned ISIL*). *"Islamic State" is an Islamist terrorist organization operating in the territory of Iraq and Syria (abbreviated IS or ISIL, in Arab media — Daesh). IS is recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia (since 29 December 2014). Its activity on the territory of the country is prohibited. By its signs, the creation of ISIL* was pulled by the Planner toward the culmination of the clash of civilizations of the World of the West and the World of Islam foretold in 1993. Thus, simultaneously with the creation of ISIL* in 2013, in the center of Western civilization — the Vatican — the abdicated Pope Benedict XVI, accused in 2012 by sheikhs of inciting conflict with Islam, was replaced by the Jesuit Pope Francis. The deployment of the opposing forces coincided with the completion of the gold trust of the US Federal Reserve (opened in 1913 for a term of 99 years) as the foundation of the old monetary world. Thus it can be supposed that the goal of WWIII is a new monetary world. From 15.03.18, Great Britain with its NATO allies undertook "harsh measures" to repel "Russian aggression." Under the hybrid blow of discreditation in science and sport, arrest of foreign assets, diplomatic pressure, destruction of information infrastructure, etc., fell organs and individuals of the Russian Federation who "use chemical weapons, permitting a flagrant violation of international norms." The strategic operation to ensure universal digitalization, the transfer of contacts to online format, the creation of infrastructure for blockchain technology, quantum communication and the introduction of cryptocurrencies as new digital money was the fight against the covid-19 pandemic, unfolded in 2020-2021 under the name "The Great Reset." The strategic offensive operation to seize the future in the new monetary world is the return of gold to bank assets. This concerns the Basel-III protocol of the Bank for International Settlements, whose development began back in 2012, but the masters of money began the transfer of the status of metallic gold from an exchange commodity to a banking reserve of world money only in 2023. As follows from the 2015 revelations of the mouthpiece of the Planner, the London magazine The Economist, the cryptocurrencies of the new money (stablecoins) will be tied to the weight of gold. In other words, it is precisely the gold backing of the mathematical registries of transactions that will become the stable basis for financing the technological leap of the great power of the leaders of the new era of the information society. In the chain of cycles of capital accumulation — Dutch, English, American — the planner of globalization designated China and Russia as the leaders of the new Asian cycle of capital accumulation. The gold of the Third Reich and the gold of Yamashita "disappeared" after WWII For the legitimate acceptance of the inheritance, those behind the scenes in 2016 endowed the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin with the status of sovereign. For this he underwent rituals of recognition on Athos, at the Wailing Wall, in the Vatican, among the old European aristocracy, in the Islamic world… At the same time, in 2016, V. And in Putin's Long State the pro-Western concept of the "Great Conservative Power" again prevailed, officially announced by Putin at a meeting of the Valdai Club in 2021. Having failed to cope with Russia's turn to the East, V. Putin lost the trust of those behind the scenes and lost the status of sovereign. On 17 March 2023, the International Criminal Court in The Hague issued an arrest warrant for the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The failure of the peaceful change of Russia's political course from bowing before the West to independence and self-reliance in reliance on China was corrected by the Planner with the help of pressure on Russia by sanctions in connection with the Special Military Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Ukraine. The severing of Russia's ties with Europe, by circumstances of insurmountable force, did push the Kremlin into the embrace of friendship with the PRC. By the Chinese assessment, recognized also in the Russian Federation, relations between the countries have become "the best in history."
