On the results of the visits to Beijing by the leaders of the USA and the Russian Federation – May 2026

In the opinion of the utterly wise of the old epoch of the industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital: whatever the serious conversation may be about, ultimately it is about money.

The main characteristic of the new epoch of the information society in the matter of monetary affairs is the creation, by the end of 2028, of a new currency world of digital money, the introduction of the high technologies of the 6th mode of economy, and the intensification of the struggle of world projects for global leadership amid the anthropological transition of the mid-21st century ("when the invisible world becomes visible").

In the vanguard of change are the world's largest economies, the USA and the PRC, whose long-standing constructive cooperation, dating back to 1979, now requires strategic stability under conditions of global transformation.

The initiator in the matter of improving global governance is the PRC, which has undertaken the creation of a community of shared future for mankind, as the realization of the Chinese dream of reviving the greatness of the nation of yellow people (中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦).

The core principle of the reform of global governance in the Chinese manner is sovereign equality in multilateral relations, relying on international law and UN mechanisms.

For the English-language audience, this is about multilateralism, which allows the PRC to occupy a superposition in the linkages of three forces and to emerge as the beneficiary of confrontation in binary "chess" schemes: USA\RF; EU\RF; CA\RF, etc.

For the Russian-language audience, this is about the Kremlin-friendly multipolarity, which allows camouflaging Russia's strategic solitude in WWIII of a new hybrid type.

In the scheme of mutually conditioned multilateral international relations, the key linkages look as follows:

For China, the main issue in relations with the USA is Taiwan. The Americans have hung this question on the nail of Ukraine's fate.

For the RF, the main issue in relations with the PRC is the sale of energy carriers. The Chinese have hung this question on the nail of the Power of Siberia-2 gas pipeline

For the USA, the main issue in relations with China is the preservation of the USD as world money for another three years. The question is hung on the nail of central bank cryptocurrencies (CBDC) by the masters of monetary affairs, in a stretch-out of the elimination of the root cause of the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations, which is irremovable without the partition of Ukraine in favor of New Khazaria (historical Novorossiya) under the control of Hasidim.

The essence of the linkage of three forces: Trump on 13-15.05.26 links the question of removing obstacles to Taiwan's return to the bosom of the motherland with ensuring that Xi Jinping on 20.05.26 presses Putin with the volumes of Chinese purchases of Russian oil, gas, and coal, so as to force Russia, no later than the end of August (SCO summit in Bishkek), to end the SMO on the Hasidim's terms.

An intelligence sign of the art of winning of the masters of monetary affairs – the notorious Spirit of Anchorage, unpleasant to Russian Americanists Lavrov, Ushakov, and Ryabkov – has again cut through in the report that, as a result of the Beijing agreements, the Hasidim Vitkov (Witkoff) and Zyatkov (Kushner) are traveling to Moscow for negotiations on Ukraine.

A missed opportunity for the diplomacy of the RF's Americanists is the Chinese refusal to change the formula of "good neighbors" relations to a strengthening of obligations of military mutual assistance. For another 20 years, between the RF and the PRC there remains the formula of strategic interaction (without the coupling of operational plans) and trade partnership (without allied obligations).

Trump's visit to Beijing was accompanied by a sacred act: the acting Son of Heaven of the Old World (Eastern Hemisphere), Xi Jinping, first led the leader of the New World (Western Hemisphere), Trump, to the Temple of Heaven, and then held private talks with him at the headquarters of the highest organs of power of the PRC – the Zhongnanhai complex.

The effect of the unconscious construct at the basis of the new strategy for stability in PRC–US relations could have been broken by another sacred act – by Xi and Putin visiting the mausoleum of Mao Zedong. This would have taken no more than half an hour, on foot, for the mausoleum is on Tiananmen Square, a hundred meters from the Great Hall of the People, where all the events of the visit took place.

The unconscious effect of Xi Jinping and Putin jointly visiting Mao's mausoleum could have been built into a Eurasian line of China and Russia as the heirs of the Single State of Genghis Khan (the First Horde) and Stalin's Socialist Camp (the Second Horde). After all, the continuer of the work of the Father of the Peoples of non-Western civilizations was Mao Zedong, not Khrushchev – Brezhnev – Gorbachev.

The secondary status of Putin's state visit to Beijing compared with Trump's state visit was emphasized by protocol. Trump's visit was crowned by a ceremonial dinner in the Great Hall of the People. For Putin, however, Xi Jinping arranged a working breakfast at the Diaoyutai residence for foreign guests. And instead of a ceremonial dinner in the Great Hall of the People, there was a "tea drinking" with a conversation on current topics of Ukraine, Iran, and the USA.

The truth is always bitter.
