Sky Politics on RF–PRC relations without cover legends

The ancient Chinese strategist Sun Tzu divided the art of war into
four levels:
■ Stratagems (military cunning).
■ Diplomacy (dexterity in negotiations).
■ Tactics (to win not by numbers, but by skill).
■ Frontal assault on fortresses.

The pinnacle of the art of war is victory without the use of weapons.

War is a never-ceasing Way of cunning; and the actual overcoming of the enemy is accomplished not so much in wartime as over decades of peaceful construction.

The art of war rests on the official military doctrine of building the armed forces, methods of waging war, and preparing the country, army, and navy for combat operations.

In the PRC, military doctrine acts as a function of the leading role of the CPC: "the rifle gives birth to power," and not nationwide elections at all.

In 1993, the Military Council of the CPC Central Committee adopted the secret doctrine "Three Norths. Four Seas" (approved by the 3rd Plenum of the 14th Central Committee).

At the same time, in 1993, planner of the US National Security Council Samuel Huntington substantiated the prospect of a "clash of civilizations" between the world of the West and the world of Islam, which began in 2013 in the form of a Third World War of a new hybrid type.

The outcome of WWIII will be an exit from the world crisis of the industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital, which has run up against the "limits to growth" in fossil resources, ecology, and debts on credit. The exit from the crisis on the victors' terms will be first into a new digital currency world (in 2025), and then into a new world order of the information society (by 2037).

On the doctrine "Three Norths. Four Seas"

The Four Seas are the scale of Beijing's claims to dominance between the Arctic Ocean in the north, the Indian Ocean in the south, the Atlantic Ocean in the west, and the Pacific Ocean in the east.

And the three norths are the North American United States, the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO), and the North of Eurasia (Russia beyond the Urals), which the Middle Kingdom of the yellow people (PRC) in a "new campaign" must overcome with its aggregate power, peacefully, without the use of weapons, by 2035. And then "the 21st century will become the century of China." In the CPC, the party program is not set out in writing.

China's aggregate power is both its geopolitical position, and its enormous human and natural resources, and a strong regulated economy, and an independent financial system, and great military strength, and advanced science and technology, and sophisticated intelligence with subtle diplomacy, and an overseas diaspora, and full conceptual self-sufficiency, and cultural immunity, and a healthy way of life. At the same time, conceptual self-sufficiency and cultural immunity are the guarantee of Chinese victory. And the main type of ensuring the hidden growth of aggregate power in China is strategic camouflage and strategic disinformation.

The choice of the North as the object of overcoming is determined by cosmic foundations: cycles of the destruction of forms and the growth of chaos, where, according to the Law of Changes, the Center occupied by China overcomes the North.

China's ally in solving the tasks of overcoming the North is the international of "financial super-lords" (the financial oligarchy of the "Sons of the Covenant" with headquarters in the City of London).

"He who knows the cycles of change has attained enlightenment" – teaches Chinese wisdom. And he who thinks in terms of linear progress is far from understanding the Way of Heaven (Dao).

In 1987, the doctrine was augmented with the concept of the PRC's strategic border in three spheres: on land, in the world ocean, and in space, boldly moved beyond the country's national territory.

In 2012, the design of the doctrine "Three Norths. Four Seas" received the name "Chinese Dream" of the revival of the greatness of the nation of the yellow people, the best of the best.

The fulfillment of the design is clothed in the form of "jointly building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind" (共同构建人类命运共同体).

The achievement of the goal within the country is pursued along the path of building socialism with Chinese national characteristics (Chinese national socialism), and on the international arena – in the form of the New Silk Road (from the "dragons" of the PRC to the "Teutons" of the FRG), splitting into the land-based Economic Belt of the Silk Road and the Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century (one belt, one road).

Since out of the 16 countries of the New Silk Road Economic Belt, 12 are Islamic countries, the Chinese belt de facto supports the world of Islam in its clash with the world of the West (the legacy of the soulless state tyranny of Rome, adopted by Russia in the doctrine of "Moscow – the Third Rome"). In other words, China, without participating directly in the clash, has already won strategically by standing above the fray (the stratagem – the cunning monkey on the mountain watches the tigers fight in the valley).

On relations in the triangle of the PRC – the RF – the USA

In the ternary formula of Chinese politics: "we ourselves" (the PRC), "our enemies" (the USA) and "our allies" (the RF), "we ourselves," remaining passive, win through the hands of "our allies" at the expense of their active confrontation with "our enemies" (as a result of the battle of the RF with the USA and NATO). Such is the Law of Changes in the linkages of three forces.

That is precisely why, in overcoming the Main North, there is no harsh confrontation between the PRC and the USA. But there is "constructive cooperation" with growing trade turnover and purely external, resounding, propagandistic militant rhetoric, which serves as a cover for a real political collusion between the PRC and the USA against a liberal Russia of democratic choice.

After all, we ourselves (the PRC) win at the expense of and on the ruins of our ally (the RF). This corresponds exactly to Brzezinski's formula: "The New World Order led by the USA (Trump's slogan 'make America great again') will be built against Russia, on the ruins of Russia and at the expense of Russia." The new territories of the Donbas and Novorossiya have already become a "ruin" requiring restoration. And since the autumn of 2024, the Special Military Operation, launched by Russia on 24.02.22 in Ukraine, has spilled over into the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions of core Great Russia itself.

Regarding a peaceful settlement of the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations, it is noteworthy that the PRC categorically does not recognize the accession to the RF of the Republic of Crimea and all the other "new territories" from the composition of Ukraine.

Let us recall the endless path of cunning. Do Russians want to hear about the Chinese love for Pushkin and Lermontov? The Chinese will tell you about them in the name of the first person. And to the Americans they will tell what will caress their ears.

The Kremlin wants to show close relations between the leaders of the RF and the PRC – the Chinese side will organize such a demonstration before media cameras at the events celebrating in 2025 the 80th anniversary of the victory of the United Nations in World War II.

If we now assess the current moment of US – RF – PRC relations from the strategic height of globalization in the Chinese manner (the building of a "community of peoples of a shared destiny" — Datong), then the unconditional impending onslaught of the Trump administration on Putin and the entire Russian elite is the prologue to the victory of the Chinese project, scheduled for 2044. This is what the Law of Changes will ensure.

As for the timeframe for China's achievement of the historical Dream of transition to a Datong society, Mao Zedong once said that this great undertaking would require 200 years from the Opium War (1842 + 200 = 2043).

As a cover, however, the correct timeframe presented to Western analysts is taken to be the year 2049, the 100th anniversary (Roman format) of the founding of the PRC.

In other words, Trump's impending noose, against the backdrop of the global crisis of the US petrodollar, as the external contour of Russia's compression, in fact drives our "sybarites of power and business" onto the scaffold. The resources of liberalism in Russia are exhausted, and the authorities are capable neither conceptually nor morally of seizing the future; the elites are holding on to what they have acquired, while the external situation only grows more heated.

In the high corridors of power and business in the RF, everyone wholeheartedly wants to avoid collapse, they rattle nuclear weapons, threaten terrorists, try to come to an agreement with the West and hope for China's help. However, the hopes are futile, for the Planner's design is based on cosmic foundations, and toward the cunning choice of 2025 the present elite of Russia is proceeding along the well-worn path of ideological foreign-worship.

As for the Moscow treaty of Putin – Jiang Zemin of 2001 "On Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation," which established relations not at all of an alliance, but merely of interaction between good neighbors, and which was extended to 2026, by its expiration, according to the Law of Changes, there will already be a different Eurasian Russia and a different national-socialist China. The new treaty will no longer be about good-neighborliness, but about the family of our peoples of non-Western civilizations.

The operational disposition of the forces of the Chinese Datong project

Since the front of Chinese economic and demographic expansion is deployed in the direction of Southeast Asia — Australia (ASEAN — APEC), with out-of-system Koreans and Persians on the flanks, the rear of the PRC consists of the SCO countries along the line Urumqi — Astana — Ufa — Samara — Baltiysk.

The rear is where the reserves of the means of war are located: energy carriers, industrial raw materials, technologies, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, the research and design base, arable land and water. The rear is that on which one can lean, to which one can retreat, that which covers the vulnerable organs of vital activity from the enemy's impact.

For China, its strategic front is its coastline from the Yellow Sea to the South China Sea of the Pacific Ocean.

Foreigners in general, and the peoples of Biblical civilization in particular, are still referred to behind their backs in China as "overseas devils." England, France, Germany, the USA, as well as overseas Japan, historically infringed upon China's sovereignty during its period of weakness, primarily through the actions of naval forces, the establishment of a naval blockade and the conduct of landing operations with the subsequent introduction for themselves of a regime of "open ports" and
extraterritoriality.

It is noteworthy that the return of Hong Kong (1997) and Macao (1999) to the composition of the PRC was officially called by the Chinese the final "deliverance from a century-old shame."

The peoples of the countries adjoining the territory of the "Middle Kingdom" by land have always been regarded as "outlying", requiring protection of the country's rear. Historically, such engineering defense structures as the Great Wall of China, the "Wall of Genghis Khan", and the Beijing defensive line served this purpose.

To this day, Russia, Mongolia, and Kazakhstan are regarded in China as a strategic rear, and the supply of resources from their territory to the places of their processing and consumption in China requires the construction of oil and gas pipelines, increasing the throughput capacity of border crossing points on railways and roads, and increasing the possibilities of transshipment of cargo in ports. Therefore, it is precisely the routes for delivering energy and raw material resources from their sources to China that, owing to the vulnerability of the communications, will become the priority objects of Western counteraction against China. For the PRC, meanwhile, the raw material and fuel resources of Siberia constitute an object of the peaceful overcoming of the doctrine of the "Three Norths. Four Seas".

On the communications of hybrid war

A naval blockade of China by the United States could easily become a form of competitive struggle for fossil resources. According to the well-tested procedure of sanctions that maintain the regime of punishment for "international terrorism", a regime of detention and inspection of tankers sailing from the ports of Saudi Arabia, Iran, Angola, Oman, Sudan, Australia, Venezuela, etc., with confiscation of cargo in favor of the US-led coalition, is easily introduced in the straits.

The countermeasure to this is the program for deploying six aircraft carrier strike groups of the PLA Navy, intended to ensure freedom of navigation for the PRC's merchant fleet in the strait zones.

And in land theaters, the regime of control by US military bases over the territory of transit of oil and gas to China from Central Asia can easily be converted into a regime of blocking transit routes by methods of igniting regional conflicts. On China's border in Xinjiang, the first-echelon combat-ready reserve is Uyghur separatism, while on the border of the Central Asian countries it is the militants of "holy war" concentrated in northern Afghanistan.

In a situation of the clear superiority of US sea power in controlling "international terrorism" on the communications of the PRC's front, the protection of land routes for delivering raw materials to China will become for it an urgent necessity of guarding its rear.

Under the slogan of ensuring the sovereign right to security, China, in the manner of rendering "good-neighborly assistance", may well present just demands and introduce its rear-guard troops onto the territory of Mongolia, East Turkestan (above all into Kazakhstan), as well as the Primorye and Amur regions of Russia. Exercises involving the entry of friendly troops and PLA forces into the border theaters of military operations of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation have been conducted since the formation of the SCO.

The conceptual trap of Russia's self-identification as the North

Russia's special military operation in the Ukrainian theater of military operations, with the conflict demarcated clearly into two sides (a lone Russia against the collective West), led to the squeezing out from the information field of the chimera of a multipolar world slipped in by the Planner and its replacement by a nature-like scheme of a bipolar political geography: the Global South \ the Civilizational North.

At the same time, the North \ South axis imperceptibly pushes aside the traditional axis of confrontation, East \ West: "East is East, and West is West, and never the twain shall meet" (Kipling).

The champions of including the New Russia of "Putin's Long State" in the civilizational North are Kabbalist Jews – bearers of the three-thousand-year-old Solomon Plan. For according to the biblical prophets, the Battle of the End of "this world" (the completion of the old world order) must be initiated by a strike on the mountains of Israel by "Gog from the confines of the north with a horde of Persians with him". It is for this role of the "king of the north" – the heir of Rome (Moscow – the Third Rome) – that the planner behind the scenes appointed the President of the Russian Federation, Putin. Who in 2015, with a strike by the Russian Aerospace Forces on targets in Syria, drew himself into a trap, according to the stratagem set up by the Planner.

Methodologically it is clear that if there is no Final battle of the two, then there will be no victory of one of them either. And since the defeat of the "king of the north" in the Battle of the End is foreordained, the enlightened adherents of globalization have imposed on the New Russia the status of the North.

And in order that the concept "Russia is the North of the ancient oikumene", and not some modern Eurasia-Azeopa, should take root among the people, the champions of the heritage of the pagan ancestors, at the prompting of the friends of the USA, exert all their strength to influence the collective unconscious of the peoples with corresponding symbols and references to antediluvian history.

For if Russia is the mystical North, then the Christian "Light from the East" is automatically replaced by the magic of neo-pagan Rodnoverie. And where there is occultism, there too is the bogeyman of Russian fascism (read the Black-Hundred philosophy of I. Ilyin and A. Dugin).

Also noteworthy is the sea geopolitics of the American Admiral Mahan, who called for keeping Russia pinned to the Arctic Ocean and not letting it go south beyond the 40th parallel.

To understand the essence of the Planner's conceptual trap, one should recall that Stalin, in a conversation with Mao Zedong in January 1950, noted: "You and I represent the peoples of the East. And the East recognizes only force."

The role of Rus' self-identification as the ontological East

From the law of changes it is known that only the East overcomes the center occupied by the Chinese. In the Chinese picture of the world with its under-heaven orientation, if one stands with one's feet on heaven, the ontological East is occupied by Russia. That is why the pre-schism doctrine of Holy Rus' in China is called the "Eastern correct teaching" (Orthodoxy).

The symbol of sacred power in Rus'-Horde sounds like this: "By the power of the Pre-Eternal Heaven, by the will of the Highest Trinity, my khan's word" ...

What is Holy Rus’? The state in those times was built on the basis of moral principles. We know this from the "Sermon on Law and Grace" by Metropolitan Hilarion of the 11th century — "to you, Latins, law; to us, Orthodox, grace." Grace is the gifts of the Holy Spirit, one of which is the fear of God. That is, the understanding of what one must not do, otherwise there will be punishment. On law is built either a corporate state or the soulless tyranny of Rome.

But on grace, on moral principles, a family of peoples is built. Motherland-Mother. Leader-Father. Brothers and sisters, elder and younger — the same also in relations between peoples. What was the ethics in the Horde?

At its foundation are the principles of "five above": the spiritual above the material, the common above the private, justice above law, service above possession, power above property. Plus the 64 points of Genghis Khan's Yasa — the punishments for violations were severe, mostly the death penalty, but these 64 principles sufficed. And in Roman law? Volumes are written in small print...

If Russia takes the path of the "five 'above'," places in the paramount position the ethics of the family of peoples, the ethics of Genghis Khan, the ethics of justice, that is, becomes the bearer of the idea of the East, then by soft power it will overcome China. Since, according to Chinese conceptions themselves, the East is mentally stronger than the Center.

And the Center of the picture of the world is China itself, the Middle Kingdom. So Russia, as the ontological East, has cosmic grounds to occupy a worthy place in its relations with China.

In the middle of the last century Mao Zedong himself called the USSR the elder brother. The elder brother in the socialist camp, which Stalin built not as a corporate formation but as a family of peoples, a repetition of the Horde. Trotsky and Bukharin called Stalin Genghis Khan — and he was one. Now Russia occupies the place of the wise elder sister with the unique experience of building and of the pogrom of real socialism: one must consult with her, about her
one cannot fail to care, she cannot be abandoned. This is a worthy place.

And the Sky Politics theorists over 20 years created an original doctrine, copied from no one, the doctrine of the New Horde – Greater Eurasia from sea to sea, and they have an understanding of how, with the Light from the East, to bridle the Dragon (the East – the civilizational code of Russia 3 and 8 – overcomes the Center of the Celestial Empire occupied by China – code 5 and 10).

A prophet is not honored in his own country

For the transformation of Rus’ foretold by the prophets into a "kingdom of truth" (what this is, the seers did not say precisely), of that Russia which exists, in the fateful war of meanings, and this is the essence of the transition from the old world order of industrial society to the coming information society, the Kremlin (for it is precisely they who stand at the levers of governance of the RF, and not at all the well-wishing Rodnovers) needs to overcome the tandem of the Solomon Plan and the Chinese Community of Shared Future for Mankind (where the planners of the "Long State of Putin" do not call one to go).

Sky Politics is engaged in reconnaissance of the Chinese-Hasidic doctrine of the universe: the world projects of the Great Unity (Datong) of countries and peoples around the PRC and the Solomon Plan of the Sons of the Covenant (B'nai B'rith).

Reconnaissance by function is engaged in uncovering the designs of opponents.

Politics is not the subtleties of Greco-Latin etymology (here in Russian science an instinctive veneration of the West manifests itself), but — the question of power in the formulation: who is the enemy?

And who else, besides Sky Politics, consistently and in detail exposes the state of affairs in the world projects, including the Chinese-Hasidic tandem?

After all, in the corridors of power and in the Russian media, Chinese studies are not honored — as a system, it does not exist in the RF. Beside Putin there are only Americanists, and there are no Sinologist advisers (Stalin had them).

And is reconnaissance to blame for exposing the bitter truth of the success of the Chinese-Hasidic tandem in implementing their projects?

Sky Politics is open to criticism, however, where are these interlocutors?

Time and again one has to point a finger at the Chinese specificity, which the European mind does not see and does not accept, perceiving it as a "programmed mantra."

After all, nothing but the rejection of all things Chinese — "no, and that's that" — is heard from the patriots...

It is precisely such a victory over that Russia which exists that the Chinese-Hasidic tandem is achieving. And this is galling.

When Sky Politics tells what needs to be substituted in the game and shows how to do it, the heart of the patriot, in the shackles of Greek meanings, Roman principles and European culture, rejects Sky Politics. The Slavic "mir" is hard to bring to reason. It, like a hobbled horse, kicks and neighs menacingly. That is why back in the "Short Course" of 2005
the Sky Politics theorists clearly said that changes in the form of power in Rus’ would be driven by force majeure, and not at all by the clever ones from paleogenetics and other legends covering the conceptual impotence of the Rodnovers and Z-patriots.
