On the prospects of the Greater Eurasia – Third Horde project

The history of the future should begin with a characterization of the epoch.

From the perspective of Sky Politics — and Sky Politics is a doctrine of time — the planet, on cosmic grounds, is seized by tectonic processes of global transformation, the political essence of which is the uprising of Asia.

With the completion of the American cycle of capital accumulation of the departing industrial society and the beginning of the Chinese cycle of the coming information society, the center of the world's business activity has shifted from the North Atlantic to the Pacific zone.

Globalization of the Western type is collapsing. The Chinese Community of Shared Future for Mankind is expanding, growing stronger and gaining power.

The first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan N.A. Nazarbayev was a champion of the idea of Eurasianism and wanted to include Kazakhstan in the already existing Union State of Russia and Belarus, transforming it into the USSR-2 (Union of Free Sovereign Republics).

The second President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K-J. Tokayev follows in the mainstream of the Chinese strategy "Belt and Road" with the inclusion of Kazakhstan's resources in the Economic Belt of the New Silk Road.

Tokayev's biography: first secretary of the USSR Embassy in the PRC – Deputy Secretary-General of the UN in Geneva, by the natural course of things embeds the policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan into the China – Europe axis.

If one asks the question: "Can the idea of Eurasianism be combined with the practice of the Chinese 'Belt and Road'?" — then Sky Politics gives a positive answer. The peoples of China, Russia and Central Asia in the 13th – 14th centuries lived for 200 years in a single United state of Genghis Khan (Turkic: Yekhe Mongol Ulus). The first Great Horde of the peoples of the East.

Today the political framework of the Great Horde: the ulus of the Great Khan (China), the ulus of Jochi (Russia, Kazakhstan), the ulus of Hulagu (Iran and Transcaucasia) and the ulus of Chagatai (Central Asia) is the SCO – the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

And the symbols of the Horde foundation of the SCO are: the capital of the PRC — Beijing (Khanbaliq, Dadu) founded by Genghis Khan's grandson Kublai in 1264; the bright name of the Russian holy prince Alexander Nevsky – sworn brother of the Khan of the Golden Horde Sartak and the Church of Alexander Nevsky in the city of Wuhan (阿列克桑德聂夫堂); the places of the spirit of the East located in Kazakhstan: the tomb of Jochi (the eldest son of Genghis Khan) and the tomb of Yasawi – the founder of the school of Sufism of Central Asia (the mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi built by Timur).

The economic and cultural-historical foundation for the conjunction of Eurasianism with the practice of building the Economic Belt of the New Silk Road is laid by the Xi'an Declaration of the China – Central Asia Summit of 2023, which proclaimed the "Community of Shared Future" of the peoples of China and Turkestan of the new epoch.

The specific feature of the new epoch of interrelations among the peoples of China, Russia and the countries of Central Asia is the transformation of the cultural foundation of a shared destiny. Namely, the weakening of the role of ideology and the strengthening of the role of ethics, which in the Islam of the heart, Orthodoxy and Confucianism are non-contradictorily conjoined into a single code of piety of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations:
1. Devotion to the common cause, love for the Motherland.
2. Conscientious labor for the good of society.
3. Care for the preservation of nature and the augmentation of culture.
4. A high consciousness of public duty, intolerance toward
violations of justice, the ability to forgive.
5. Collectivism and comradely mutual assistance, generosity.
6. Humane relations and mutual respect between people.
7. Honesty and truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and
modesty, decency, restraint, knowledge of proprieties.
8. Mutual respect in the family, care for the upbringing of children.
9. Intransigence toward hypocrisy, envy, acquisitiveness.
10. Friendship of peoples, compassion, magnanimity, intolerance toward
national and racial hostility.
11. Intolerance toward traitors and enemies of one's Fatherland.
12. Fraternal solidarity with all the peoples of the world.

The liberal society of the industrial era rested on the triumph of the law on the rights and freedoms of the individual. The transformation of the civil society of nation-states into a family of peoples is a path of a shared destiny, possible for the countries and peoples of non-Western civilizations. The family lives in ethics.

In the perspective of the concept of ethics, a civilizational project directed toward the future is born Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.

The second Eurasian horde was Stalin's Socialist camp, where the "Father of Peoples" combined in one person spiritual (Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks)), secular (head of government) and military (supreme commander-in-chief) power. In liberalism there is a separation of powers.

In the SCO framework, the image of the triune leader-father is personified by Xi Jinping: Head of State, General Secretary of the Party, military leader of the PLA (Chairman of the Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee).

In the family of peoples, Sky Politics sees a powerful China as the elder brother – patron, and Russia as the wise elder sister – mentor to the other relatives of non-Western civilizations.

The role and place of China are visibly ensured by its aggregate power.

Russia's role can manifest itself only if, in its self-determination, it calls itself not the civilization of the north, but a sacred power of light from the east, breaks with the practice of servility before the west, and becomes a beacon of the Spirit of an otherwise possible non-digital righteous path into the bright future of the new era of the information society.

Sky Politics places its stake on the acquisition of the Spirit of Truth through wave-resonance technologies of awakening the sense of truth in the human heart. The poet-prophet Lermontov called this moral sense "the holy seed of eternity."

The transfiguration of Russia has begun and will take place no later than 2032.
"The sun of the spirit has poured out, gracious and menacing, across our heavens."

The prospect is bright, yet the dark forces of terrorism are deployed in the north of Afghanistan and, on command from behind the scenes, are ready to set out on a furious campaign against the lands of Turkestan with the further objective of advancing along the Caspian into Russia's Volga region (the Gert – Mary direction).

China, the elder brother and patron of the family of peoples, is called upon to destroy the armed bands of terrorists and religious extremists at the very first stage of their attack on Turkestan.
