ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS On the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations The information society of the new cosmic era of the energies of the constellation Aquarius, in the course of global transformation, will either preserve the human image with reliance on the traditional values of life (the lot of the countries of the East), or will follow the path of transhumanism, artificial intelligence, the genetically modified human-cyborg and total digitalization (the lot of the civilization of the West). “East is East. And West is West. And never the twain shall meet till Judgment Day,” predicted the prominent Freemason R. Kipling. The governance of society in the pre-industrial era relied on religious doctrines. In industrial society, ideologies replaced religious doctrines. The information society brings ethics to the forefront of interethnic and interconfessional coexistence. Ethics is what ought to be, what may be, and what may not be. The liberal society of the industrial era rested on the triumph of the law on the rights and freedoms of the individual. The transformation of the civil society of nation-states into a family of peoples is one of the paths of globalization, possible for the countries and peoples of non-Western civilizations. The family, however, lives in ethics. According to the foretellings of seers, before the anthropological turn toward what the biblical narratives call “a new heaven and a new earth,” Rus’ is destined to be transfigured into a “kingdom of truth – the realm of the white tsar.” The time of the turn is the middle of the 21st century. The transfiguration of Rus’, according to the prophets, must take place in the next two to three years. On the internal contour, the Transfiguration of Rus’ takes place along the path of a Eurasian union state of the USSR-2 type. On the external contour, the framework of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations (Chinese, Russian, Islamic, Iranian, Indian) is the SCO – the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. In the 13th–14th centuries, the peoples of these civilizations (with the exception of India) were part of the Unified State of Genghis Khan. It is important to note that the ethics of Confucianism in China, the ethics of Islam in the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Iran, and Orthodox ethics in Rus’ are non-contradictory and can constitute a single code of norms for joint coexistence. The BRICS countries can also be brought under this universal moral code of non-Western civilizations. 12 commandments of piety of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations: - Devotion to the common cause, love for the Motherland. - Conscientious labor for the good of society. - Care for the preservation of nature and the augmentation of culture. - A high consciousness of public duty, intolerance of violations of justice, the ability to forgive. - Collectivism and comradely mutual assistance, generosity. - Humane relations and mutual respect between people. - Honesty and truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and modesty, decency, restraint, knowledge of proprieties. - Mutual respect in the family, care for the upbringing of children. - Intransigence toward hypocrisy, envy, acquisitiveness. - Friendship of peoples, compassion, magnanimity, intolerance of national and racial hostility. - Intolerance toward traitors and enemies of one’s Fatherland. - Fraternal solidarity with all the peoples of the world. With the beginning of the new era of Aquarius, the focus of cosmic energies has shifted to Russia. And now Russia’s lot is universality.
