Digital nomads and the new wealth

Reflections on the trinity of time as capital from the perspective of Sky Politics (text No. 1065: "Digital Nomads") contain a deeply synthetic and interdisciplinary set of ideas combining elements of political economy, quantum physics, theology, the philosophy of time and the new monetary theory.

Let us examine in parts the key concepts and their interrelations within the framework of the proposed conceptual framework.

1. The triad of time: Chronos — Kairos — Cyclos

These three categories of time are used here not in an everyday but in a philosophical-ontological sense:

· Chronos — linear, measurable, quantitative time. It is "duration," seconds, hours, months. In a debt economy it is precisely chronos that is capitalized: credit provides the purchase of future time (i.e., the ability to use money before it has been earned). Loan interest is payment for the "rental of time" in a capitalist order where time becomes a commodity.

· Kairos — the moment of possible breakthrough, the favorable moment, the quality of time. It is not "how much" but "when exactly" — the point of resonance, the turning point, crisis/opportunity. In the formulation of Sky Politics, kairos is linked to "quantum resonance": the moment when Subject and Object become mutually determining; when the future is not yet fixed but can be "collapsed" into a definite state through an act of awareness or action. The capitalization of kairos is investing not in duration but in potential, in the event-singularity.

· Cyclos — cyclical, repeating, rhythmic time. It is not merely repetition but a regenerative process, where the completion of the previous cycle generates resources for the next. Cyclos is time as structure, not as flow. Tokens express the sequence of events in a project of the future, that is, they encode order, not duration.

2. The object of capitalization of cyclos: tokens as money of the future rhythm

In a debt economy, money is discounted chronos: credit = future income × discount coefficient.
In the economy of cyclos, the object of capitalization is the capacity of the system to reproduce itself through rhythms, through coordinated events.

· A token in this logic is not merely a digital asset but a right to participate in a definite sequence of future events (for example, stages of a project, stages of production, stages of social development).

· It does not measure "how much time it will take" but fixes a place in the order of succession: "first A, then B, then C."

· This is analogous to emission in the Asian mode of production, where paper money was issued against the cyclicity of the seasons, rituals/harvests/taxes.

Thus, the object of capitalization of cyclos is the potential for sustainable regeneration through orderedness. Tokens are instruments for the capitalization of rhythmic time, where value is determined not by the time of holding but by the place in the cycle.

3. The object of capitalization of kairos: quantum resonance as the moment of the creation of the future

Kairos is the moment of the openness of the future, when different trajectories are possible.
In quantum mechanics this corresponds to a superposition of states, which "collapses" upon observation (an act of the subject).

· Quantum resonance here metaphorically signifies the coordination of Subject and Object at the moment of choice: when faith, attention, intention (subjective) bring about the emergence of a new state (objective).

· A priest serving the liturgy maintains the continuity of Being — he does not "believe," he actualizes being through ritual, like a quantum observer.

The capitalization of kairos is an investment not in duration and not in the cycle but in the moment of a possible leap.
 Examples in the modern economy:

· Venture capital as a bet on the breakthrough moment;

· NFT as the fixation of a unique "today" moment that has future value;

· "Quantum" startups, where success depends not on linear growth but on hitting the right historical/technological moment.

Thus, the object of capitalization of kairos is the potential for a leap, a qualitative change that cannot be predicted linearly but can be "caught" through resonance between Subject and Object.

4. Comparison of three modes of capitalizing time

  • Chronos

Credit, debt, interest

Duration / deferral

Time as a resource (commodity)

  • Cyclos

Tokens, project assets

Order of events, rhythm of reproduction

Time as structure

  • Kairos

Risk investments, NFTs, "inspiring" capital

Moment of breakthrough, resonance

Time as opportunity

5. Conclusion: triunity as a condition of the new economy

The wall of misunderstanding really does exist: classical economics operates only with chronos, for it is built on measurability, predictability, and the representation of the future through discounting.

But the digital economy, especially in its blockchain and AI forms, is beginning to capitalize both cyclos (through the tokenization of processes, DAOs, smart contracts as sequences) and kairos (through speculation on events, viral trends, moments of "quantum leaps" in technology).

If "new digital money is the modernization of wealth out of nothing," then this "nothing" is not an absence but a potential field of time in which:

· chronos — its extension,

· cyclos — its architecture,

· kairos — its moment of creation.

And only by accepting the triunity of time can one move from a debt economy to an economy of the future as co-creation.
