Dream in the Red Chamber

The conceptual ambushes of those behind the scenes, such as the chimera of a multipolar world and the Special Military Operation in the Ukrainian theater of operations, have led the Kremlin to strategic solitude, and the country to economic strain from sanctions, closed markets, technological backwardness, losses on the battlefield, and exhaustion of spirit through disappointment at the inability to overcome the crisis.

The inertia of success of the parliamentary form of government that came from the West in the New Russia of democratic choice is at an end.

A cunning design of the American "hawk" John Bolton is quietly being carried out to bring "Putin's Long State" to collapse, as the result of a slow strangulation of the country's vital forces with a simultaneous escalation of the combat employment of troops.

If the regular authorities of the Russian Federation miss the favorable moment (Greek Kairos) and at the beginning of 2026 do not leap onto the wave of a new beginning, but remain on the rise of the wave of state capitalism, then in that same 2026, at the peak of the rise (with the victorious completion of the SMO), the energy of the onslaught will be exhausted and the state will tumble into chaos. 

The "hawks" – provocateurs of continuing the SMO to a victorious end, that is, of eliminating the root causes of the conflict (which are irremovable) – are driving toward the realization of Bolton's design to bring the end of the SMO at the peak of the wave of tactical victories of the Russian Armed Forces to the disintegration of the regime into chaos from the transition to peace without a project and image of the future.

Among those not indifferent to the fate of the Fatherland, a concept has emerged for the transition of modern Russia to a monarchical form of government, as a way of correcting Russia's state institutions with reliance on its civilizational identity and the principle of service.

At the same time, the concept does not go beyond European (Western) ideas about the essence of monarchy (on the basis of a constitution with a Duma) and the method of changing the form of government by democratic procedures (elections, referendum). This is about connection with the people on the basis of laws.

The alternative is the Horde form of tsardom each time with the election of a new tsar (khan) from members of the "golden clan" (natural heirs-Chinggisids) at a council (kurultai) of representatives of territories with populations (uluses).

Tsardom is also possible along the female line of natural grounds for reigning, but then not to rule. The Sovereign Lady will be a sovereign with sacred and ceremonial functions, while all earthly affairs of the state will be managed by the chairman of the State Council and the chancellor of the government.

Here an association arises with "Catherine III" (born 1986, younger daughter of V. Putin, candidate of physical and mathematical sciences, innovator, athlete) with the head of the State Council of the Russian Federation A. Dyumin and the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation A. Belousov.

Tsardom (a sacred union with the people) is acquired in two ways: by the spiritual or the military procedure.

The spiritual procedure of sacred connection with the invisible world (heaven) is threefold: election to tsardom, anointing to tsardom, crowning to tsardom. With an oath of fidelity of service to the Orthodox tsar through kissing the cross. 

Non-Orthodox subjects of the White Tsar swear allegiance by kissing the saber.

The military procedure from the earth provides for the oath of that part of the army and administration which "picks up power" from the regime that has signed off on its inability to cope with the crisis.

Oaths of fidelity to the leader of hope by the service class, that is, the security forces and the clergy, and the oath of the ruler himself to serve the people are sufficient for a change of regime. The oath is taken not on a text (Bible, constitution) but through kneeling kissing of the symbol of supra-confessional power, honor and glory — the banner (the standard of heterogeneous forces). 

The founding of a new beginning of power requires the observance of three conditions: it is necessary to change the concepts of state-building and the rhetoric (to correct the names); it is necessary to place a bet on the collective unconscious (to strengthen ritual); it is necessary to foretell the future (to present to the people a captivating dream).

The change of the form of government from the European-style one based on written law (the triumph of law) to an enlightened Eastern dictatorship of the leader-father (a bet on ethics), combining in one person spiritual, secular and military power, will be successful provided that propaganda corresponds to the "voice of blood" (genotype) and the "call of the heart" (archetype) of the family of peoples of a non-Western civilization.

Discernment of the signs of the times allows one to believe that the cause of the "hawks" is heading toward the SMO indeed proceeding according to Bolton's design.

The threat of the system's collapse at the peak of the inertia of the growing wave of combat operations into chaotic disintegration upon the transition to peace will allow the Planner from behind the scenes to cry out: Catherine to the throne!

And then the beneficiaries of the interception of the energy of the Z-patriots will have only to catch Kairos by the following procedure:

"Vladimir the Red Sun" issues a decree on strengthening order, transferring directive functions to the State Council of the Russian Federation (Dyumin) and executive functions to the new Chairman of the Government of Russia, Belousov. The Duma, by the natural course of things, is relegated to a secondary role of democratic decorations.

At the same time, the Supreme State Council of the Union State of Russia and Belarus issues a "Charter" on the establishment of the post of lifelong Sovereign of the confederation of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations – the heirs of the USSR.

To reign on the throne, but not to rule, on the proposal of the Assembly of the Peoples of Eurasia, by decision of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State, the servicemen install "Empress Catherine III."

The Union State acquires its own Eurasian symbols (a purple flag, a union coat of arms, the anthem "Slavsya").

Thus, bloodlessly and quickly, a change in the form of government from Western democracy to the Muscovite Tsardom of a new era can occur.
