Memorandum to the authorities

On 30.10.25, a key meeting of the leaders of the USA and the PRC took place in the South Korean city of Busan. According to PRC Chairman Xi Jinping: "A basic consensus has been reached – many important agreements have been coordinated."

On 03.11.25, Chairman of the Government of Russia M. Mishustin, in the Chinese city of Hangzhou at the 30th regular meeting of the prime ministers of the Russian Federation and the PRC, noted: "Relations between Russia and China are at the highest level in their entire centuries-long history and continue to develop dynamically in all areas, despite various obstacles and the illegal sanctions of the West."

On 25.11.25, Xi Jinping congratulated the participants of the 7th PRC–RF Energy Forum, emphasizing the importance of jointly ensuring the uninterrupted functioning of production and supply chains (of oil, gas, coal) in the global energy sector. The head of the oil company Rosneft, I. Sechin, confirmed: "Russian supplies of energy resources are the most important supporting factor in China's achievement of its strategic goals."

The pattern of the PRC's relations in the triangle with the USA and the RF is as follows:

  • To use successes in "strategic interaction" between China and Russia to bargain for concessions in deals with the Americans.
  • And to use agreements on "constructive cooperation" between the PRC and the USA to pressure the terms of economic partnership with Russia.

Thus, China sets the USA and the RF at active confrontation with each other, remaining in the passive role of a judge above the fray and in gain from the rivalry of challenges, threats, security and the success of their policies.

This is a variant of the law of change in the linkage of three forces – "the cunning monkey from the mountain watches the fight of two tigers." In Boolean algebra: (1+1)+0=0.

The basic consensus of the USA with the PRC forces Russia to raise even higher the already unprecedentedly high level of relations with the PRC, increasing supplies of raw materials and fuel to the Chinese factory of the 21st century, while being perplexed regarding the consensus of interests of the PRC and the USA in the Ukrainian crisis.

If China can exchange the unprecedentedly high level of Chinese-Russian relations for concessions in its trade war with the USA (rare earths, chips, soybeans, etc.), then is there any strategic position that Russia has that could be sold to China in exchange for concessions in the PRC's basic consensus with the USA? 

Remarkable Russian analysts, armed with the philosophy of complexity in a multipolar world, engaged in a simultaneous exhibition by the Kremlin on the "Great Chessboard," cannot even pose a simple question about relations in linkages not of two but of three forces. 

Sky Politics theorists can answer the question of how Russia, from the position of a raw-materials appendage of the Chinese factory of the 21st century, can by the natural course of things move to the position of an elder sister in the family of peoples. The essence: to rise from the level of interests to the level of values and sacred things.

The Chinese Dream of the revival of the greatness of the nation of yellow people is connected with the implementation of the world project of creating a Community of Shared Future for Mankind (构建人类命运共同体) or "Datong" (大同). 

An important milestone of the project – China's achievement of technological independence – the country needs to overcome by 2030. By that time, the Russian Federation, with its natural resources, design base and innovative human potential to create the new, the unprecedented must become a reliable strategic rear (back to back) of the aggregate power of Chinese civilization.

If this historical task on the path of the great rejuvenation of the nation, the "world center of culture and prosperity," is not resolved, then from the state of a moderately prosperous society (xiaokang) achieved by 2021, the country will not be able to move to the next stage of development with the historical name "Great Unity" (Datong) and will collapse into the chaos of fragmentation and civil war (zhanguo luan).

An indispensable condition for the success of the project is the necessity for the nation of yellow people to regain the Grace of Heaven (De), lost in connection with the pragmatism of the society of "small prosperity" (xiaokang).

And since the sacred place of the red idea of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind is Lenin's Mausoleum on Red Square in Moscow, China's acquisition of the lost Grace of Heaven is conditioned by the attitude of the Russian authorities toward this red shrine, which lies at the foundation of the sincerity of the PRC's attitude toward the Russian Federation.

The authorities of the New Russia of the democratic choice have a negative attitude toward the preservation of the ziggurat – the stepped connection of earth with heaven through the embalmed body of Lenin located in the core of this energy machine. In the information field, campaigns periodically arose demanding that the "mummy" be buried.

Under Patriarch Kirill of Moscow Orthodoxy, the ultra-patriots began to associate Lenin's Mausoleum with the embodiment of Babylon, opposing the Kingdom of God as the "abomination of the earth." At the same time keeping silent that Stalin buried Lenin's body in the Mausoleum. And he received not only the education of an Orthodox priest, but also a high initiation into the mysteries of the invisible world.

It should be noted that in the Christian canon the "King of Heaven" is the Spirit of Truth, the giver of life, who breathes where he wills. And no one has ever seen God. In other words, for Stalin the tomb of Lenin in the Mausoleum was the place of presence of the Spirit of Truth with the corresponding ritual of worship and the granite solid of the tribune for the leaders of the world's first state of the red faith.

The banners of defeated Nazism were also thrown at the foot of the Mausoleum.

Now this solid of the red faith is bashfully draped with decorations by the authorities of the New Russia at the Victory parades over Germany on 9 May. 

What a contrast with the sincerity of feelings in the years of the Great Friendship, celebrated in the march "Moscow – Beijing": the unity of peoples and races grows stronger. Stalin and Mao are listening to us!

The historical reunification of the peoples of non-Western civilizations under the aegis of the PRC (a repetition of the unification of the four uluses of the Single State of Genghis Khan around the Yuan emperor 726 years ago) is impossible without the transfiguration of Rus' from a country under the symbol of Rome (the double-headed eagle) into a "kingdom of truth" under the symbol of universality (the red five-pointed star).

The foretold transfiguration of Rus' began in 2008 (according to the code of changes, the state "Toward the possession of the great") and will be completed in 2032 (with the transition to the state "Great Power"). The year of the change of landmarks is 2025.

The heirs of Putin's Long State cannot do without a project for organizing the family of peoples, with the role of the wisdom of an elder sister. Where Russia – the feminine soul – will become a mentor to China in the role of a mighty elder brother – the patron of the fraternal countries of the Community of a Shared Future for Peoples of the new era of the information society.

The Sky Politics theorists substantiated this project under the name “Temple of the Muse of History, Who Grants Glory” — a Museum of Constructing the Future.

The development of operational plans for seizing the future will require the heirs to establish a corresponding institution.

In order to avoid the failure of the plan for organizing the family of peoples within the binary logic of European analytics, the role of consultants from Sky Politics in interpreting the triplicity of the Chinese mentality is hard to overestimate.

And the image of Rus’ returning to its own course will be the Leader-Father of the Peoples of the Union of Free Sovereign Republics (USSR-2), who, standing on the rostrum of Lenin’s Mausoleum, will say in Stalinist fashion – brothers and sisters. And then the people will immediately recognize with their hearts – It is He!
