The direct path of victory is the offensive and the meeting engagement

Sky Politics calls: It is time to occupy summits, not niches. It is time to advance, not to hide in the cracks of security. 

In the information field of the New Russia of democratic choice (Articles 1 and 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation), the central place is occupied by the word security. At the military-political level, the supreme body for deciding questions of military construction and the organization of combat operations of Soviet Russia, once the Revolutionary Military Council of the Republic, in the New Russia is no longer a military council but the Security Council of the Russian Federation. 

Against the background of the alarming drumbeats of a new hybrid-type war, the US Department of Defense is now called the Department of War. Yet the terminology of the military sphere in the Russian Federation is still bashfully tied to the ostentatious peacefulness of the words defense and security.

In the conditions of the technological race of the artificial intelligences of the USA and the PRC with the task of managing people's behavior through digital platforms and AI algorithms, Sky Politics sees the path of victory for that Russia which will exist after it acquires its own game on the world stage in the formation of a new soft power.

Namely, the use by Rus’ of resonance-wave technologies of spiritual offensive in the image of the world leader of the Great march of countries and peoples toward the joyful prosperity of the foretold life of the future age, in a ternary harmony on earth as in Heaven.

The spiritual offensive is called to become the main type of non-combat military actions on the theater of the clash of civilizations of the biblical Battle of the End of "this age," where the image of the transfiguration of Rus’ will be victory in the minds and hearts of people of the worldview of the harmony of peace.

In modern science and the practice of a new hybrid-type war, the combination of cognitive (thinking) and behavioral (will) influence on people in information-psychological operations of manipulating the consciousness of the masses dominates.

In Sky Politics, however, the bet is placed on technologies of "incognito" – of unconscious influence on people, covertly, without identification of friend \ foe. With the original name "color dynamics of the soul."

And these are not digital but wave-based high humanitarian technologies, either of the traveling wave of the spirit, up to the shock wave of passion that sweeps away barriers, or the standing wave of apathy, up to stupor.

In the war of meanings (info) and nerves (psycho), Sky Politics does not bet on the instincts of the body nor on the reflexes of the soul, but on the passions of the spirit. For the spirit breathes where it wills, and attention to the security of the body is a sign of cowardice (timorous faint-heartedness).

The originality of Sky Politics as a system of views on nature, society and thought that has not been copied from anyone rests on a picture of the world in the form of a Battle of six world projects modeled on the game of bridge (a bridge to the future) at the Card Table of history. Whereas academic political science has adopted the model of the Great Chessboard of the American political heavyweight Zb. Brzezinski.

At the same time, the chimera of multipolarity has been adopted as the basic construct of the picture of the world in the Russian Federation. Hence international relations are like a simultaneous exhibition by the Kremlin on dozens of boards in the chess capital of the world – Moscow. But the outcome in real politics is: not a win, but a loss, and not at chess but at cards ("we have been deceived again"). 

And this is at a time when those behind the scenes (in Davos, the Bilderberg Club, the Trilateral Commission, etc.) have substituted the model of chess (white moves first and wins) with cards, assigning to the grandmasters from Moscow the role of the dummy in someone else's game.

War is not a science with a regular repeatability of result, but the art of the unique. That is why in information war, as in any other, what matters is not to out-think but to outwit the enemy.

Cunning is neutralized by sincerity, but not in simple-mindedness, rather in the aura of soft power – and this soft power is the fearless spirit of victory!

The Kremlin's conservative agenda in the mental sphere (of intellect and psyche) is an all-round defense, enshrined in Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of 09.11.2022 No. 809 "On the Approval of the Fundamentals of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Russian Spiritual and Moral Values". 

However, he who holds back sooner or later loses.

To advance in the mental sphere is dangerous, for an incorrect set of motives for social courage in seizing the future, especially for young people, relying on the rhetoric of the departing era of industrial society, can lead to the failure of the offensive. And the collapse of the people's soul's impulse toward new meanings is fraught with the disintegration of foundations and the collapse of the regime. Whereas reliance on conservatism is entirely safe.

In the political geography of Russia, on the material plane of the history of "this age" forced to fight off the invasion of the West, in the transition to the "life of the age to come" it is important to preserve the spiritual bonds of the doctrine of the Light from the East. For pushing Russia into the geopolitical axis Great North – Global South deprives Rus' of the civilizational roots of Eurasianism, drags it into an ambush of developing permafrost and exposes it to false targets in the zone of instability from the Suez Canal to Xinjiang and from the Persian Gulf to the Caspian (Afghanistan, Syria, Israel, Iran and Turan).

Here our opponent is the Israeli visionary Yuval Noah Harari — the author of books that have sold more than 45 million copies worldwide — perhaps one of the most discussed and thought-provoking thinkers of our time.

His "Sapiens", "Homo Deus", "21 Lessons for the 21st Century" and the recent "Nexus" are considered by some to be prophecies, by others — dangerous pop science, accusing the author of a love of striking phrases.

I have read "Homo Deus" (Man the Creator) and will say the following:

1. This is a provocation by world Jewry, aimed at frightening the clever ones with a dark prospect against which the Solomon Plan with its 1000-year Sabbath would look like the salvation of humankind.

2. For this Noah of the new era, man is a set of algorithms. There is neither soul nor spirit in his thick book. But one must discern — what is absent, explain — why it is absent, and substantiate ways not to correct but to fulfill the Covenant of the Most High, where the Spirit is.

3. "To overtake without catching up" of the Sky Politics theorists is about the triumph of the Spirit over the algorithms of matter. It is about the 7th economic order with resonance-wave technologies of people's life activity.

The Sky Politics theorists, already in the book Devyatov A. "Control of the Spirit, or the Technology of Incognito". Moscow: 2016, showed how to accelerate a traveling wave of passion in society, and how to set up a standing wave of apathy. How to bring the traveling wave of the Spirit to the effect of a shock wave that sweeps away the old order.

However, the staunch ultra-patriots "devoted wholly to the cause of the ROC MP and the tricolor state of the RF" will be unshakable in humility, patience and meekness. They will not go to seize the future. But they will steadfastly hold on to and justify what exists.

To understand the processes of the intensified muddying of the meanings of change in the Russian media, I will comment on a fresh TV news ticker from 02.06.26: "In response to Ukraine's terrorist attacks, the RF Armed Forces delivered retaliatory strikes on defense industry targets in Kyiv"...

That is, the initiative in the air has passed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine! After all, the RF Armed Forces, having used high-precision hypersonic weapons, delivered retaliatory strikes of retribution.

Terrorists are the younger brothers of partisans.

From the history of wars and military art it is known that a modern high-tech army cannot overcome a partisan war – they are asymmetric.

The essence: on the Ukrainian theater of operations, in the war in the air, the Ukrainian Armed Forces use simple in design, slow, cheap drones, in response to whose terrorist attacks (aimed at instilling fear) the Russian Armed Forces use complex, hypersonic, expensive missiles.

Comparison by the cost\effectiveness criterion: hypersonics against slow drones is a classic war of attrition against Russia's economic potential, for in response to cheap drones you cannot stockpile enough super-effective precision-guided missiles.

One gets the impression that the highest military-political leadership of the Russian Federation is unaware of the trap into which our Kremlin deal-makers are increasingly drawing themselves.

If in the early 1970s, at the department of operational-tactical training of the Military Institute of Foreign Languages, I was taught simple schemas of the correlations between a mass people's army (then the Soviet one) and a technologically advanced mercenary army (then NATO), then now what is taught in the mandatory courses of strategic training for the political leadership of New Russia at the Academy of the General Staff is anyone's guess...

One recalls a quotation from V.I. Lenin, widely used in the slogans of the party-political work of the Soviet Army: "The outcome of the struggle depends, in the final analysis, on the state of spirit of those masses who shed their blood on the battlefield."
