ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS Truth is always bitter A relaxing massage for the soul against the backdrop of the Third World War of a new hybrid type is the wretched, cunning and lifeless concept of a multipolar world, adopted for international relations and which has led Russia to strategic solitude. The model of multipolarity in international relations is lifeless because it is incapable of offering hints for political decisions on the basis of processes akin to physics in our mother – nature. Born in Russia at the beginning of the 21st century, a system of views on nature, society and thought that was copied from no one, bearing the bold name of Sky Politics, presents a picture of the world not as a wretched horizontal multipolarity, but as a battle passing between heaven and earth among six active world projects that stand in relations of force-bundles to one another. Sky Politics differs from geopolitics (political geography) in that it expresses power as a manifestation of the Will of Heaven. A fruitful model of the dynamics of interaction among world projects is the Great Game at the card table of history. The technology for assessing the course and outcome of this game is one of the main achievements of the masters of information work of strategic intelligence from the level of power from heaven as combat support for the war of meanings of the Third World War (WWIII) of a new hybrid type. Since the mid-2000s of the 21st century, at the dawn of the new era of the information society, all the playouts of the alignments of forces of world projects have shown that Russia does not lose the “Battle of the End” of the industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital except in a bundle with China (the Great Unity – Datong project) and world Jewry (the Solomon Plan). The bid for a new humanitarian technology of intelligence of the future based on the model of the card game of bridge was made by Sky Politics theorists in 2004. The view of world politics as a Great Game at the card table of history is fundamentally different from the model of the American political heavyweight Zb. Brzezinski, who regarded international relations as a Great Chessboard. Chess is always a confrontation between two, while cards are a game of several. Countries play chess. World projects play cards For the first time the Bridge ( 桥牌 ) technology was described in the magazine Russian Entrepreneur No. 10, October 2004, in articles by S. Gavrilenkov, M. Khazin, V. Volchkov, O. Zalesov, Ya. Kesler, V. Munirov, A. Devyatov – under the general heading “The Battle of World Projects.” Subsequently, the technology of the command-staff political game on cards “Bridge to the Future – 2040” (CSPG) was brought to the level of hints for concrete alignments of forces and winning moves in the multi-variant and hard-to-predict “Great Game” of six value-based supranational and supra-state civilizational entities called “world projects.” An undoubted advantage of the CSPG technology on cards, as an instrument of intelligence of the future, is its ability to distinguish and detect lines of policy in a heap of heterogeneous factors, fleeting alliances and paradoxical reactions of the subjects of the game. The original intellectual know-how of the CSPG of Sky Politics makes it possible to assess the extra-systemic functions of the art of war that surpass scientific analysis of the forces of the opposing sides. The effectiveness of anticipating the paths of development of the global world according to the CSPG model on cards has been confirmed by practice. In the “Great Game” a rhythm was discovered of the alignment changing once every 4 years. The reports of the playouts: the “fools’ protocols” (not to be confused with the Protocols of the Elders of Zion) were regularly published on the Internet, in brochures of the Academy of Development Management, and entered as chapters and sections into A. The universal model of a multilateral world as a “card table of history,” rather than as an Anglo-American “great chessboard,” proposed by Russian Sky Politics theorists, came in handy for interpreting the dynamics of interrelations of international economic relations under the name multilateralism ( 多边主义 ). The CSPG technology on cards is an instrument of the natural intelligence of scouts of the future in the sphere of the highest management of the processes of Being, one that does not require digitalization and machine algorithms for analyzing big data ( 大数据 ). This is a sphere of art, not of science. The principle of the technology consists in the fact that heterogeneous factors of force on the scale of globalism are concentrated into the symbols of cards. 52 cards of different magnitude in four suits and two extra-systemic “jokers” form a matrix of meanings encoding the picture of the world. The suits: ♥ – values. ♣ – interests. ♦ – power. ♠ – society. The red joker – the ability to break the game with a paradox. The black joker – technologies of a miracle of a magical character. From 2004 to 2021, following the processes of global transformation, the technology of the Great Game on cards was also improved. Three times the names and ranking of the cards by the suits of the deck were adjusted. The cards, by expert assessment of specialist political scientists, are dealt to six world projects, 9 to each hand. A player can only be one who understands the conceptual essence of the project and can make moves in the matrix of meanings of the civilization that he represents on the field of multilateralism. The players assess the alignment of symbols, bargain for the order of the game, choose a world project as a coalition partner, depending on the values of the project appoint trumps and conduct the playout “as God puts it on their soul,” including calculation, intuition and cunning. The art of forecasting arises not from counting tricks for particular cards, but from the ability to interpret what the symbols of the suits and the ranks of the cards suggest in their interrelations on the line when they are unfolded back into the meanings of factors of the situation. That is, hints for political practice are given not so much by taking account of resources in their combinations as by the manifestation in the playout of potential non-obvious threats and unconscious advantages. Such work is hardly accessible to artificial intelligence. The technology of KSPI on maps is the domain of "good shepherds." Whereas artificial intelligence technologies in the 21st century are the domain of automated management of the "grazed flock." The composition of the parties at the card table of history – a register of world projects with a clear goal and will to victory – is as follows: "New Jerusalem." The bearers of the project are left-wing socialists (heirs of the Jewish network of the Essenes). The supporting layer is the Masons of the red lodges (brotherhood). Players: the "We" Group (the "Round Table" of Chaldean wisdom, connecting clubs like the Pilgrims and the Cecil Rhodes society, plus the masters of money matters (money changers) under the aegis of the organization "Sons of the Covenant" (B'nai B'rith) in the Land of the Covenant (Brit-ain). The mentors are the spiritual rulers of the West, Kabbalists. The conceptual basis is the Solomon Plan: the Eternal Kingdom of Israel. The place of application of force is London. The image of victory is the cherished kingdom of priests and a holy people (the millennium of the Sabbath). In the round of 2021-2024, the master of the Great Game, New Jerusalem, is playing out Operation "Great Reset" with the task of demolishing capitalism and liberalism by technocratic methods. "New Babylon." The bearers of the project are liberals (heirs of the Pharisees). The supporting layer is the Masons of the blue lodges (freedom). Players: The "Deep State": the Order of the "Skull and Bones" (the highest elite of the USA) and the International of financial speculators (usurers). The place of application of force is New York. The design for realizing the project: technological NBIC convergence. The immediate task is to hold the petrodollar as the basis of international settlements until 2025. The image of victory is digital transhumanism by 2045. "Great Europe." The bearers of the project are the Romano-Germanic aristocracy – the "royals" (heirs of the Sadducees). The supporting layer is the spiritual orders and prelatures of the Vatican (Jesuits, Maltese…), the Legion of Honor of France. Players: the "Opus Dei" society, the Institute for Religious Works \ the Vatican Bank (appraisers), the black international (Teutons). For the branches of Christian doctrines, ecumenism is envisaged. Russia is present in the "royals'" project through the activity of the "Athonite Brotherhood" with the doctrine "Moscow – the Third Rome," relying on the geopolitics of the countries of the continental bloc from Lisbon to Vladivostok. The image of victory is the solemn meeting of the "Savior of the world" in the second glorious coming. "New Caliphate." The bearers of the project are the world of political Islam. The supporting layer is the brotherhoods (Sufi tariqas). Players: the black Islam of "holy war" (in 2013 the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant* was founded) and the red state Islam of the builders of the worldwide caliphate with its place of power – Istanbul. The conceptual basis is the moral values and prescriptions of Sharia. Provision – Islamic banking and monetization of gold. The immediate task is by 2025 to unite the Islamic ummah into a Confederation of Islamic States (61 countries) around Turkey. The image of victory – on Judgment Day the righteous will attain bliss. *"Islamic State" is an Islamist terrorist organization operating in the territory of Iraq and Syria (abbreviated IS or ISIS, in Arab media – Daesh). IS is recognized as a terrorist organization in Russia (since 29 December 2014). Its activity on the territory of the country is prohibited. "Great Unity" (Datong). The bearers of the project are the heirs of the Comintern in the CCP and throughout the world. The supporting layer is the military clans (dragons). The mentors are Daoist sages. The place of power is Beijing. Provision – social rating technology and a two-circuit monetary system with a digital yuan pegged to gold. The immediate task is by 2025 to attain full technological and economic self-sufficiency. The image of victory is the realization of the Chinese dream by 2035 to become the absolute world leader – the center of the "Community of Shared Future for Mankind." "Greater Eurasia." As an independent subject of great politics, the project was announced by the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin in 2016. The forms remain unmanifested. The bearers of the project are the heirs of the Unified State of Genghis Khan and Stalin's Socialist camp. The supporting layer is the Old Believers, adherents of the Scythian identity from Alexander Nevsky. Players: the clan of netocrats, clubs and consents of the reasonable from the people. The conceptual basis, quietly, is Sky Politics. Provision – wave technologies of managing the spirit incognito. The image of victory is the miraculous transfiguration of Rus' into the Kingdom of Truth – the Power of the White Tsar, a model of an otherwise possible globalization. Up until 2020, liberal Russia at the card table of history diligently played the role of the "dummy" in someone else's game. In pairs with a strong partner, it played along with those who could conduct their own game. In 2020, the formal leader of the liberals, Prime Minister D.A. Medvedev, many ministers of his cabinet, and such an odious figure as A.B. Chubais were removed from the levers of power in the Russian Federation. Amendments to the constitution were adopted that essentially change the form of government. The completion of the round of 2021-2024 promises to become for Russia the first in which it can finally manifest itself as an independent player. Sky Politics theorists have been conducting the playing out of the layouts of the "Great Game" four years ahead, starting from 2008.

- The round of 2009-2012 was ordered by Obama's New Babylon. - The round of 2013-2016 was ordered by the New Caliphate of the banned ISIS. - The round of 2017-2020 was ordered by the New Jerusalem of the "Sons of the Covenant." - The round of 2021-2024 was again ordered by the Sons of the Covenant in London. - The round of 2025-2028, by indications, will be ordered by Xi Jinping's Beijing. It can be said with confidence that the playing out of the round of 2017-2020 was a battle of the "black" international of spiritual-knightly orders with Masonic lodges. In this battle, liberal Russia turned out to be a weak player "with firm faith, but without a chance of success." The round ended with the defeat of the "blacks" and the weakening of the "blues": New Babylon is split along the Trump \ Biden line. Great Europe is in confusion from the collapse of the old currency world and Brexit. In Russia, there is a split between the "democratic zemstvo" (friends of the US dollar: the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance, SBER) and the "digital oprichnina" (warriors of the Horde). The "reds" are winning: the Great Unity of the Chinese and the Red Caliphate of the Turks. The positions of the "blues'" New Babylon are still strong. The prospect of the round of 2024 – a new investment cycle of state cryptocurrencies pegged to gold – gives Russia a chance to rise above the clash of the two sides of WWIII (now the "reds" against the "blues"), adding to the geopolitical pair land\sea a third – Heaven in ultraviolet vibrations. The summit of the new world order of the information society is unoccupied. This summit is the New Man! If the results of all the rounds played out are brought under a common denominator, the core of the confrontation in the triangle of the PRC – USA – RF becomes obvious. The project "New Babylon" of the US deep state is building a new world order of transhumanism "against Russia, on the ruins of Russia, and at the expense of Russia." The project "Great Unity" of the Chinese military clans of deep laying is playing out a linkage of three forces, where Russia, in the position of the strategic rear of the PRC in Asia and the Pacific (back to back), to Beijing's advantage, takes upon itself the confrontation with the USA in Europe and the North Atlantic (Ryabkov's ultimatum of 15.12.21). In the project "Greater Eurasia," Russia would be congenial if it played out the strategy of overcoming the USA "together with China, on the shoulders of China, and at the expense of China." The RF still has a chance not to lose. However, "Putin's Long State" (the term was introduced on 11.02.19 by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov) does not hear the prompts of the playings out of the "Great Game." And therefore it preferred the fate of the "restrainer" (the restrainer – loses) and in 2021, having refused to seize the future, through the lips of President Putin formulated the goal of state building of the RF as a "Great Sovereign Conservative Power." Back in the "short course" of 2005, Sky Politics theorists clearly wrote that the Will of Heaven with regard to the cherished transfiguration of Russia into the "kingdom of truth" would be quickly (within three years) realized by circumstances of insuperable force (force majeure) in spite of the efforts of the restrainers from the mind.
