Design and forecast

The term "Putin's Long State" was introduced into political science in 2019 by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov.

The history of this state began in Dresden, where Putin in 1985-1989, working under the cover of director of the USSR-GDR House of Friendship, maintained contact with the agents of the illegal intelligence service of the USSR KGB.

Dresden is a place of presence of the Teutonic Spirit of Schiller – the sacred (connection with the invisible world) foundation of the greatness of the German nation, one of the distributed centers of the black international.

In Dresden, the keen observers of those behind the scenes "noticed the young fellow, offered a hand of friendship" and in several stages brought him to the Kremlin.

It is not customary to spread word about secret operations, just as about a woman's chastity. We too shall keep silent.

The especially curious can themselves search for a description of the "embarrassment" with the unexpected exposure of the "Dresden epic," which occurred in December 1998 at a ceremonial meeting in the FSB club after Putin's appointment as director of the service. And much else.

To understand the design of the planner behind the scenes in bringing V. Putin to supreme power in the New Russia in 2000, one should pay attention to the political palette of the global world: black nationalists, red socialists and blue liberals.

In Jewry: the black are the Sadducees (today, the Hasidim), the red are the Essenes (communists), and the blue are the Pharisees (today, the Zionists).

So then, the design of the planner behind the scenes (and this is the red Jewish Kabbalists) consists in this: that in the biblical "pre-final days of wrath" to stage a revenge of the black international so that the nationalists bring down the blue liberals – the victors of WWII – and then hand power to the new reds who stand above the fray.

Putin, who had distinguished himself in Dresden as a sincere traditionalist and Germanophile, was quite suited to the task of the revenge of the black international. And he himself declared in 2021: "You and I are of one blood, Mr. Schwab" (this is the password from the Mason Kipling's Jungle Book).

The unfolding of the events of recent history shows that Kipling's Jungle Book, in the form of a fairy tale for children, exposes the design of the global transformation of "this world" by the middle of the 21st century. Where: Mowgli is Russia. Baloo the Bear is the Vatican. Bagheera the Panther is world Freemasonry. Kaa the Python is China. The Gray Wolves are Romano-Germanic Europe. In the tale, the noble role of savior of the world from Anglo-American tyranny belongs to Mowgli (a matured Russia) in alliance with the yellow python Kaa (China) and the panther Bagheera (Freemasonry). As for the pack of gray wolves of Europe: "Akela missed."

The finale of the global transformation, which in the design is driven by the confrontation of Masonic lodges under the leadership of the Sons of the Covenant (the panther Bagheera) with the spiritual-knightly orders of the Vatican (the bear Baloo) – is the union of Russia (the mind of Mowgli) with China (the might of the python Kaa).

At first Putin (a black belt in the martial art of the "soft path" – judo) briskly entered into combat with the democracies of the West ("Comrade Wolf: NATO" – the Munich speech of 2007) and began an anti-liberal policy within the Russian Federation. However, afterward the intensity of his struggle with the liberals faded. In 2008, the liberal D.A. Medvedev – a lover of the music of the British rock group Deep Purple – came to the post of president of the Russian Federation.

To encourage Putin to fulfill his mission to the victorious end, the planner, for his third term as president (2012-2018), with the beginning in 2013 of WWIII of a new hybrid type, organized worldwide recognition for Putin of the status of a sovereign not subject to jurisdiction.

This includes both the approach to the Wailing Wall and beneath the Foundation Stone (26.06.12), and the placement in the stasidia of the Byzantine emperors on Athos (28.05.16), and recognition by the European aristocracy, and the second person of the world after the USA at the 70th anniversary of the UN (28.09.15). 

Having received the status of sovereign, Putin in 2014 annexed the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation, in 2015 sent in troops and got entangled in the biblical Battle of the End in Syria, entering into sharp confrontation with the West. 

In 2015, Jewry: G. Khazanov – a figure of the Russian Jewish Congress – presented to Putin the symbol of supreme power – the crown of the Russian Empire (see photo), however Putin in response "crowned" Khazanov (comically, but symbolically giving the symbol of power to the Jews).

In 2017 in Beijing at the "Belt and Road" forum he confirmed the Russian Federation's course toward the realization of the future-oriented civilizational project Greater Eurasia. A turn of the Russian Federation's policy to the east was announced.

But, having received nationwide support for yet another fourth term of presidency (2018-2024), Putin sharply changed the course of the Russian Federation's policy from Eurasianism to black autocratic Russian nationalism – the construction of a "Great Sovereign Conservative Power".

A pension reform was carried out (2018). By law the status of foreign agent was introduced (2019). A broad opposition protest movement was harshly suppressed (2019). Anti-liberal amendments to the Constitution were adopted (2020). The development of new types of weapons was intensified. 

Subsequently V. Surkov in the article "The Birth of the North" substantiated the prospect of this sovereign "Nordic" path of development of Russian civilization together with the North Atlantic Alliance and the North American United States.

What disappointed the planner behind the scenes was that the real turn of the Russian Federation's policy to the east did not occur (for example, the replacement of the presidential aide for international affairs, the staunch Americanist Yu. Ushakov, with the China specialist A. Denisov did not take place). Putin remained faithful to the pro-European doctrine "Moscow – the Third Rome." In essence, he failed to cope with the political task assigned to him: to recognize Rus’ as the East and to support the "revolt of Asia" against the "rotten Western democracies."

As a result, the planner behind the scenes in 2019 deprived Putin of the status of an unaccountable sovereign.

17.03.23 The International Criminal Court in The Hague, on charges of a war crime, issued an arrest warrant for the sitting president of the Russian Federation. For many countries Putin became a persona non grata.

Having failed with Putin on the main variant of global transformation, those behind the scenes switched to the auxiliary one – plan "B."

Russia's turn to the east into the embrace of friendship with China (the python Kaa) was to be ensured by a military campaign in the Ukrainian theater of operations, which would cut off all ties of the Russian Federation with Europe and, under the pressure of sanctions by the Collective West, would force the Kremlin to return to the path of Eurasianism ("Yes – we are Scythians. Yes – we are Asians").

The strategic provocation to draw Russia into a war of attrition succeeded. On 24.02.2022 the Special Military Operation of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine began. The war in the Ukrainian theater of operations quickly took on a positional character and in three and a half years reached an operational dead end. 

The coercion of the parties to the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations to peace, according to the planner's design, must take place before the outcome of 2025. The deadline is dictated by the grounds for humanity's transition to a new monetary world of gold-pegged digital money, as the outcome of WWIII of a new hybrid type declared by the planner.

The form of the truce, by its signs, will be a reissue of the "obscene Treaty of Brest." Then, in 1918, following the results of WWI and the revolution in the collapsed Russian Empire, the Bolsheviks retained the power of the soviets by surrendering Ukraine to the Germans.

It is quite possible to expect that in 2025 as well, under pressure from external forces, a partition of Ukraine will occur with the transfer of power in Kyiv under a European protectorate.

The completion of the SMO will lead to a change of regime both in Ukraine and in Russia. Resentment toward the Collective West will, by the natural course of things, turn Russia from the northwest to the east and the global south.

The return of the successors of Putin's Long State to the Greater Eurasia project will open the prospect for the reassembly of the countries and peoples of non-Western civilizations into a new confederative Union of Free Sovereign Republics – the Third Horde. 

This family of peoples (USSR-2) will become the embodiment of the cherished design of the coming to power in the geopolitical core of the planet (Heartland) of the new reds of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体) of the new epoch of the information society.
