War and peace in the era of global transformation

The countdown of the era of global transformation of the old industrial society into the new information society can begin with the Club of Rome report "The Limits to Growth," published in 1972.

And the midwife at the first labor contractions of the old society pregnant with the new (K. Marx) should be considered the Arab-Israeli Yom Kippur War of October 1973. The subsequent labor contractions were the PRC's "Self-Defense Counterstrike" against Vietnam in February 1979 and the Afghan War of the Limited Contingent of Soviet Troops in defense of the security of the USSR's southern borders from 24.12.79 to 15.02.1989.

The information society is finally close to a violent delivery by the Third World War of a new hybrid type (beginning in 2013), one part of which is the Special Military Operation of the Russian Armed Forces of a new appearance on the Ukrainian theater of operations (since 24.02.22).

We shall begin the interpretation of the tectonic processes of global transformation with a methodological discussion about binary and ternary modes of thinking.

And, accordingly, about understanding the worldview of the new era of the information society:

  • by those who are for three – and here quantum physics with superposition (the third) over two opposites (plus\minus) also belongs; and
  • by those who are for two – only in the struggle of opposites without superposition.

In the Chinese classic Book of the Way and Virtue – Dao De Jing, as well as in the Book of Changes – I Ching the formula of Being looks like this:

The Dao (Circle of Heaven) gives birth to-manifests one (the single-whole).

The One – gives birth to two (splits in two into opposites).

Two give birth to three (superposition arises in the opposites).

Three give birth to all things – this is non-classical quantum physics.

How this happens is recorded by: first one continuous line (odd), then a line broken in half (even), then their combinations in threes, then in sixes in 64 combinations of the barcode of changes, by which the Law of the Universe is written: the spheres of Spirit, living and non-living nature.

China's politics – an endless path of cunning – is ternary (the turns of change, we ourselves – our enemies – our allies).

The politics of the countries and peoples of Biblical civilization is binary (linear progress, good and evil, there is no third).

War – is always a clash of two sides (the one splits in two)

For the Chinese, the model of war is the Card Table of history, where moves go in a circle – rotationally (in turns of returning to one's own circles).

For the Biblical people, the model of war is the Great Chessboard, where white and black work out forward progressive movement.

Chinese sages and Jewish Kabbalists combined 3+2 = 5.

The number five – is the heavenly middle of the natural numbers – the foundation of Chinese selfhood. That is why Chinese sages convinced the PB of the CPC Central Committee that China, in tandem with the Jews, by 2049 will certainly realize the Chinese dream of the Great Revival of the Chinese nation – on the external contour, with the hands of the Jews, China will create around itself a Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体).

The one splits in two, but changes occur in bundles of three forces: three give birth to all things.

It is that Russia which will exist no later than 2029 that is called to become this third in the superposition. For now the RF is a "dummy" in someone else's game.

Sky Politics never tires of showing – enlightening the binary-minded – how to understand Being (the exchange of matter, energy and information) in the part concerning global transformation. Alas, it gets through poorly.

And therefore Rus' will all the same pass through transfiguration, but, it seems, having drunk the full cup of difficulties, deprivations, disappointments...

Let us move on to the question of war, peace and revolution.

Let us begin with politics.

Politics – is the question of power in the formulation: Who is the enemy?

At the foundation of politics lies the spiritual sphere of values and sacred things, which outwardly manifests in the form of interests.

The continuation of politics by means of violence is war.

In pre-industrial society, along with internecine strife, there were also purely religious wars. In industrial society, the Crusades were replaced by wars for the resources of territories. In the information society, violence takes the form of a war of meanings for the minds and hearts of people (management of the consciousness of society).

War begins as a continuation of politics by violence and ends with victory, formalized by a peace treaty.

A peace treaty fixes the sovereign borders of the victor and the vanquished. The absence of a peace treaty leaves the question of borders to decades of a policy of territorial claims. Example: the refusal of the USSR and the PRC to join the San Francisco peace treaty of the United Nations (48 states) with Japan in 1951 left the question of the Southern Kuril Islands (the "Northern Territories") and the Diaoyu (Senkaku) Islands unresolved to this day.

War is always a clash of two sides (coalitions). However, the ultimate beneficiary of a clash of two becomes a third, standing above the fray. Often this third acts in the role of a blissful peacemaker, a champion of friendliness and concord. Example: the PRC, as a mediator on the path to reconciliation, acts as the beneficiary of the Special Military Operation that Russia is waging on the Ukrainian theater of operations against the collective West.

If armed violence is waged without a vivid, clear and truthful image of victory, then such a war, regardless of successes on the battlefield, ends in the collapse of the political regime that started the war. Example: according to the commander of the contingent of Soviet troops in Afghanistan, B. Gromov, the "task of defeating someone" was not set before him. In essence, the Soviet troops waged a counter-guerrilla war of support for the secular authority of the DRA against the attacks of detachments of warriors of holy war – the mujahideen – against the infidels. The war lasted 9 years and two months and ended on 15.02.89 with the withdrawal of Soviet troops.

In the same year, on 02.12.1989, on Malta, the Soviet leader M. Gorbachev and US President G. Bush proclaimed the end of the "Cold War". The USA struck a medal For participation in the Cold War 02.09.1945-26.12.1991. The USSR ceased to exist on 25.12.1991.              

At present, the military-political situation in the world is characterized by rhetoric of stoking fear of a Third World War fraught with nuclear conflagration (Pope Francis asserted that WWIII began in 2013 and is close to completion).

The sides of WWIII are said to be Russia and the European NATO countries. US President D. Trump acts as an active peacemaker opening a new era of harmony in the world. The removal of the threat of WWIII will be declared the victory of the Spirit of Anchorage of the leaders of the USA and the Russian Federation over the warmongers. The ultimate beneficiary will be the PRC.
