On the interests of the corporate state and the values of the nation

Diplomacy is the high art of achieving the strategic goals of policy without the use of weapons. In New Russia, the masterpieces of this art are associated with the names of Americanists-Westernizers S. Lavrov (Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation since 2004) and Yu. Ushakov (since 2012, aide to the President of the Russian Federation on foreign policy).

Conceptually, the diplomacy of New Russia rests on Article 2 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation: “Man, his rights and freedoms are the highest value. The recognition, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen is the duty of the state.”

The liberal foundation of the Yeltsin constitution in the tasks of diplomacy also determines the primacy of the interests of the economy of corporations of state capitalism of the “Long State of Putin”: Rosneft, Rostec, Rosnano, Rosatom, Roscosmos, Rostelecom, Rosavtodor, Rosneftegaz, Rosoboronexport, RZhD, the Russian Orthodox Church, etc., etc.

The goals of the diplomacy of the Russian Federation follow from the doctrine “Moscow – the Third Rome” in the form: of a Great Sovereign Conservative Power.

In essence, what is at issue is the conservation (retention) of the regime of sovereign democracy of corporations in New Russia by the methods of the “soulless state tyranny of Rome” under the slogan of the article of the Constitution: “The highest direct expression of the power of the people are … free elections,” with the provision of the Pauline (from the Apostle Paul) doctrine of the synodal church of the Moscow Patriarchate concerning the humility, patience and meekness of the people before the power of the Kremlin.

As for the diplomacy of New Russia, while pursuing a line of reliance on the benefits of economic interests in international relations, it has shown itself to be utterly incapable both of keeping the Orthodox peoples within Moscow’s orbit and of preventing virulent Russophobia in the countries of the Western “coalition of democracy,” and also of avoiding the hidden obstruction of the “friendly countries” of the Global South (above all from the group of “friends of peace”: the PRC, Brazil, South Africa, India, Kazakhstan).

In the absence of a captivating prospect of shared values with the justification of only the economic benefits of cooperation with the corporate state of the Russian Federation, diplomacy has offered countries and peoples a cunning choice, one that is clearly not in favor of the one staking its bet on raw materials, fuel, and weapons, but in favor of the seizure of the future by the attractive projects of the Collective West with the new energy of controlled nuclear fusion, artificial intelligence, the genetically modified human, robotics…

The Orthodox peoples of tsarist Russia have slipped from under Moscow’s hand: Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, the Orthodox eparchies of all the Baltic countries. Armenia is leaving the CSTO and the EAEU. Finland has closed its borders and joined NATO. Syria has fallen into the hands of Turkey.

The position of strategic solitude of New Russia has as its source the chimera of a multipolar world. It is quite obvious that unipolarity does not exist in nature. But neither does the political multipolarity invented by the philosopher A. Dugin, in which Russia is supposedly an independent pole, exist in the electromagnetic picture of the world. In nature there are two poles: North \ South; + \ –.

It took decades of diplomatic failures and setbacks in attempts to build a multipolar world for a gradual shift, starting in 2023, to a nature-like scheme: the Global South – the Great North, with Russia written into a coalition with the Nordic peoples of Europe (the Teutons) and those behind the scenes of the North American United States (the Illuminati). Thus, the "birthmarks" of Lavrov–Ushakov diplomacy are: economism, conservatism, Americanism.

Let me recall that the worsening of the situation in the Ukrainian theater of operations was preceded by the deliberately unacceptable "Ryabkov Ultimatum" from the Russian MFA to the USA of 15.12.21 (to push NATO back to the 1997 borders). After its rejection, the "response by military and military-technical means" followed in the form of the Special Military Operation (it began on 24.02.22 and has already lasted almost three years).

They wanted it better, but it turned out worse than ever. A maneuverable, swift, network-centric war in reality turned out to be a protracted positional war of attrition. With mistakes and incompetence covered up by the diplomatic formulation "everything is going according to plan."

However, neither an image of victory, nor an image of the future, nor a project for the peoples of Russia (and the former USSR) to attain the future has been presented.

In 2024, the Kremlin faced a cunning choice: either go for escalation of the conflict to achieve the initial goals of defeating the AFU and changing the Kyiv regime, with additional mobilization of personnel and a full conversion of the country's economy to a war footing, or end the conflict through peace by reaching an acceptable compromise at the negotiating table.

Intelligence indicators of a decision to end the conflict through peace no later than May 2025 include the removal from the levers of defense policy of the "hawks" N. Patrushev and S. Shoigu. As well as the declaration of 2025 as the victorious Year of the Defender of the Fatherland.

Peace negotiations are a function of diplomacy. Russia will have to conduct these negotiations with the USA, first at the level of authorized representatives, but necessarily concluding at the level of the top leaders.

A new Russian ambassador has already been appointed to Washington under the elected US President D. Trump, and he is waiting for a suitable moment to arrive at his new place of diplomatic service.

Will Lavrov–Ushakov diplomacy cope with the task of securing worthy conditions for ending the conflict and lifting sanctions from Russia, or will it be precisely they who are appointed responsible for the outcome of the Russian Federation's foreign policy in the Third World War of a new hybrid type?

Sky Politics, however, long ago outlined a brief history of the future:

  • Victory in the SMO in the Ukrainian theater of operations will be the Kremlin's wise policy of preventing an all-arms local conflict from escalating into a general nuclear war.
  • The image of the future for our sacred power will be the transformation of Russia from a corporate state into a state of enlightened dictatorship of the common good – the "kingdom of truth – the power of the white tsar" foretold by the prophets. In 2028 we will live in a different state.
  • Russia's capture of the future in the new era of the information society will be ensured by the world project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde" with the creation of the Union of Free Sovereign Republics (USSR-2)
  • The intangible attractive basis for the transformation of Rus’ into the "kingdom of truth" will be the ethics of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations, resting on the values of the code of piety:
  1. Devotion to the common cause, love for the Motherland.
  2. Conscientious labor for the benefit of society.
  3. Care for the preservation of nature and the multiplication of culture.
  4. A high consciousness of public duty, intolerance of violations of justice, the ability to forgive.
  5. Collectivism and comradely mutual assistance, generosity.
  6. Humane relations and mutual respect between people.
  7. Honesty and truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and modesty, decency, restraint, knowledge of propriety.
  8. Mutual respect in the family, care for the upbringing of children.
  9. Intolerance of hypocrisy, envy, acquisitiveness.
  10. Friendship of peoples, compassion, magnanimity, intolerance of national and racial hostility.
  11. Intolerance of traitors and enemies of one's Fatherland.
  12. Fraternal solidarity with all the peoples of the world.
