Russia's Destiny Is Universality

Sky Politics holds that at the beginning of the 21st century, with the arrival on Earth of the energies of a new cosmic epoch of the constellation Aquarius, tectonic processes of global transformation began, which took the form of a Third World War of a new hybrid type.

At the same time, WWIII acts as the classic "midwife of history," ensuring the forcible transition of humanity from an industrial society of satisfying needs for the well-being of the body and comfort of the soul through the expanded reproduction of capital into an information society of realizing people's abilities, relying on the "goodwill" (good will) of creativity and creation with joy and merriment in the grace of the spirit.

Expanded reproduction has hit the limits of growth, having encompassed the entire space of the planet. The sphere of the spirit of the invisible world remains limitless. The spiritual aspect of existence is becoming paramount.

The specific features of the technologies of the information society, namely: digitalization and artificial intelligence, new energy, robotics, the genetically modified human, – have made the war of meanings the essence of WWIII. Meaning is that which answers the questions: "What for" and "why so"? Meanings lay down the motives of behavior.

Dominance in the sphere of meanings is the essence of the security of wealth, power and glory in the information society.

The basic meaning of the new epoch is the retreat of the dialectic of the earthly struggle of opposites (balances, checks and balances) to the second plane of the architecture of social relations and the emergence into the first plane of existence of ternary harmony, as in heaven.

For the completeness and integrity of the picture of the world, the duality of the struggle of opposites – the engine of linear progress – must be combined with the ternary harmony of change in cycles.

Harmony is the coordinated proportionality of unequal parts, of which there are at least three. Musical mode is the condition for resonance with the cultural code (the voice of blood and the call of the heart) of the "fibers of the soul." The cultural codes of peoples are recorded by music.

The sages of antiquity, both of the West and of the East, knew this. However, the treatises on music of both Pythagoras and Confucius have been lost.

It should be assumed that the capture of the future by the meanings of existence of the new epoch of ternary harmony will ensure a wave resonance in the minds and hearts of people with the model of behavior established by the victor.

Victory in ternary harmony is, above all, the overcoming of one's own misfortune from the skewing of the balances of measures and weights by creating a single third – a common vector of aspiration toward an attractive ideal.

Concretely, the management of meanings (motives of behavior) in resonant harmony will provide a model of ethics (of what ought to be, what may be and what may not be) and, thus, will create in the public consciousness of the masses a captivating moral ideal, which will avert the threats of destabilization of the established order of the harmony of the world.

As for the natural manifestation of evil by renegades (there is a black sheep in every family), ordinary police methods will suffice for their neutralization. And on the international arena, the deterrence of the aggression of dissident centers of power (world projects with a different picture of the world and a different image of the future) will ensure the sovereignty and superiority of one's own information technologies, as the foundation of the aggregate power of the new epoch.

The struggle against the evil of the old world order – terrorism, separatism, extremism, etc., is, in essence, defense.

The history of wars and of the art of war shows that defense does not lead directly to victory. The path of victory is only the offensive and the meeting engagement. Therefore, with the transition to the information society, it is time for those who are not indifferent to the fate of the world to occupy the conceptual summits of the future, and not the conservative niches of the "restrainers"; it is time to advance, and not to hide in the cracks of security.

To advance is dangerous, but it is the direct path of victory.

For an offensive, a project is needed with its own picture of the world (worldview), doctrine, strategies, operational plans, and tactics of battle under various conditions of the situation.

Sky Politics theorists have concerned themselves with the development of such a world project and have called it "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde". The framework for the Third Horde already exists – it is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

In other words, Eurasian security requires the adoption and implementation of a vivid, clear and truthful world project of building a society of the common good, one that no one has written off, capable of uniting and inspiring the masses to titanic achievements.

In an information society, one must manage not interests but the motives of behavior, which rest on values and sacred things.

At the turn of the 20th century, such a project was the "red idea" of building socialism and communism – the bright future of all mankind. The path to victory was opened by the October coup in Russia in 1917; the campaign was led by the Bolsheviks, who created the Comintern. The Day of Workers' Solidarity, with its meaning of the struggle of the proletarians of all countries for a new world – May 1 – was a symbol of internationalism. Now there are no proletarians, but the working man remains.

In the new era, the cause of the Great October socialist revolution of 1917 in Russia was inherited by the Communist Party of China, which in 2012, through the words of Xi Jinping, proclaimed the goal, together with the countries and peoples of the world, of creating a Community of Shared Future for Mankind (共同构建人类命运共同体).

The Chinese have their own pride. There is no security council in the PRC.

The security councils in the USA and the Russian Federation are attributes of liberalism, which has as its goal relaxed repose in satiety and comfort.

Whereas the Chinese dream in the war of meanings requires an offensive.

The pinnacle of the art of war is victory without the use of weapons. The hybrid offensive for the revival of the greatness of the nation of yellow people on the trade-economic, technological and cultural fronts in China is led by the Central Military Commission (also the Military Commission of the CPC Central Committee) headed by Xi Jinping. It is precisely the post of chairman of the CMC that gives the status of supreme leader in the PRC.

In an information society, the success of the Chinese offensive in the war of meanings for the creation of a community of shared future for mankind is substantially limited by the particular features of the concrete-symbolic (hieroglyphic) type of thinking, which has difficulty breaking through the barriers of understanding Chinese specificity by the abstract-conceptual type of thinking of peoples of other language groups.

Overcoming this objective obstacle of an informational type is possible by raising the management of people's motives of behavior from the level of creeds and ideologies to the level of ethics.

The traditional family lives in ethics. That is, the community of shared future for mankind should be regarded as a family of peoples, primarily of non-Western civilizations, where traditions are still strong.

Sky Politics presents the family of peoples in the Greater Eurasia – Third Horde project in the following form:

Heaven is the father. Earth is the mother. The peoples between heaven and earth are brothers and sisters, relatives and in-laws, well-disposed toward one another owing to the non-contradictory nature of the principles of the non-Western ethics of Confucianism, the Islam of the heart and Orthodoxy (see below the 12 principles of the code of piety of the peoples of the Third Horde).

Of primary importance in the Third Horde are the relations between China and Russia. History – the science of all sciences – suggests that relations must be built according to the formula: China with its aggregate power – elder brother patron, and Russia with its Bolshevik experience of organizing all-human community life – elder sister mentor.

Russia is a responsive feminine soul with a mother's open heart.

The broad Russian soul and the specificity of the all-embracing, flexible (non-analytical), melodious Russian language determine the paradoxical, declarative-directive (non-procedural) type of thinking of people who speak and think in Russian.

It is precisely this essential property of Russians that impels them to build on earth a kingdom of truth – to gather multiethnic, multiconfessional, multicultural and multi-structural territories with their populations into one big family of peoples, where at the table no one is superfluous and no one is deprived of attention and reward according to merit.

After the summit in Astana in July 2024, China officially assumed the rotating chairmanship of the SCO for 2024-2025 and will hold the summit in 2025. This gives the PRC a chance to begin creating international relations of a new type – a family of peoples of a shared destiny, relying on the heritage of the Unified State of Genghis Khan of the Yuan dynasty, the ethic of the "five above":

  • The spiritual above the material
  • The common above the private
  • Justice above law
  • Service above possession
  • Power above property

As for Russia, in the period 2024–2025 Sky Politics calls on the Kremlin not to miss the chance of timeliness, namely:

  • To replace the fruitless doctrine of chimerical multipolarity, which has led the country to strategic solitude, with the doctrine of linkages of the forces of world projects.
  • To replace the outdated Russian-Chinese treaty on good-neighborliness with a treaty on a family of peoples of our non-Western civilizations.
  • To propose that the SCO adopt the following Code of Honor.

Code of Piety of the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations:

  1. Devotion to the common cause, love for the Motherland.
  2. Conscientious labor for the good of society.
  3. Care for the preservation of nature and the augmentation of culture.
  4. A high consciousness of public duty, intolerance of violations of justice, the ability to forgive.
  5. Collectivism and comradely mutual assistance, generosity.
  6. Humane relations and mutual respect between people.
  7. Honesty and truthfulness, moral purity, simplicity and modesty, decency, restraint, knowledge of propriety.
  8. Mutual respect in the family, care for the upbringing of children.
  9. Intolerance of hypocrisy, envy, acquisitiveness.
  10. Friendship of peoples, compassion, magnanimity, intolerance of national and racial hostility.
  11. Intolerance of traitors and enemies of one's Fatherland.
  12. Brotherly solidarity with all the peoples of the world.

With the beginning of the new Age of Aquarius in 2013, the focus of cosmic energies shifted to Russia. Now, on cosmic grounds, Russia's lot is universality.
