Illusions and Insights

In the modern doctrine of the Kremlin, in Russian political science and propaganda after the defeat of the USSR in the Cold War of 1946-1991, a contrived concept has insidiously taken root of a multipolar world – the notion that in the system of international relations there is a global transformation of a number of independent poles of aggregate power.

This was done so that, with cunning logic born of great intellect, they might cover up the unsightly picture of the strategic loneliness of the New Russia of democratic choice, which found itself out of place both in the crumbling "common European home" and in the coming Chinese "community of shared future for mankind."

In the nature of the Earth, the compass needle, aligning along the lines of force of the planet's electromagnetic field, points to two poles: North / South. In this orientation of the natural forces of nature, land and sea, the political geography bearing the name geopolitics is likewise constructed.

Since the theory of a multipolar world is not nature-like it is fit only for speculative reasoning by highbrow philosophers, but gives no hints for political navigation grounded in the Law of the Universe. And therefore, for the adoption of fateful decisions by the authorities, it acts as a harmful chimera, dragging the Kremlin into the strategic ambushes of a Third World War of a new hybrid type. For a real war of weapons is always a clash of only two sides (coalitions) and in no other way.

Born in Russia at the very beginning of the 21st century, a test paper on the adequate assessment of the prospects of globalization, copied from no one, with the audacious name Sky Politics, put forward a fresh, original concept of six world projects, engaged in a struggle for the place of leader in the new world order, taking place at the transition of mankind from an industrial to an information society between the poles of power with the sacred names Heaven and Earth.

Thus, Sky Politics translated the horizontal orientation of the actions of power into a vertical plane, adding to the energies of space the Grace of the Spirit that fills time.

Sky Politics supplemented the principle of the appropriateness of geopolitics with the principle of timeliness, and in this way brought the world picture to completeness, integrity, and adequacy to the universal law of change in the linkages of three forces: Heaven – Earth and man between them.

Heaven influences the social processes of countries and peoples through the energies of the Sun, the Moon, and the stars. The tectonic processes of global transformation, which the theory of multipolarity cannot describe, are conditioned by the arrival on Earth of the energies of a new cosmic epoch of the constellation Aquarius, with the displacement of the center of history from the band of Greater Israel from the Nile to the Euphrates of the epoch of the constellation Pisces into the band of Greater Eurasia with a focus of vibrations in Russia from Valdai to Altai. The epoch of the energies of the constellation Pisces lasted 2160 years and is now ending with the biblical Battle of the End bearing the name Third World War of a new hybrid type (2013 ≈ 2025).

Such are the cosmic foundations of the change in Russia's role in the new epoch, which has received as its lot universality, through supra-worldliness.

Over twenty years of research into the future world order, Sky Politics theorists have devised and refined a technology for assessing the dynamic interaction of the active world projects according to the model of the Great Game at the "card table of history."

The model of the battle of six world projects in the command-and-staff card game "Bridge to the Future" (Bridge-2040) has pushed aside the "Grand Chessboard" model of the American Zb. Brzezinski.

World projects are based on the primordial distinctiveness of the "voice of blood" (genotype) and the "call of the heart" (archetype) of large communities of people and in essence represent a "clash of civilizations" in the form of a war of the meanings of being.

Being, however, is the exchange of matter, energy, and information, where in our time the principal capital in the processes of exchange becomes not surplus value on material resources, but information stitched into linguistic, cultural, and machine codes.

The architecture of the world project is designed not at all by regular authorities relying on the physical picture of the classical science of the visible world, but by those behind the scenes relying on differences in civilizational codes, with the keys of the project's cryptography hidden in the invisible world.

An example of the deliberate exposure of the design of the world project of the "Eternal Kingdom of Israel" (the Solomon Plan) is the annual cryptograms of the London magazine The Economist.

From the perspective of Sky Politics, culture ennobles wild nature with ethics, aesthetics, and the logic of the heart (a sense of truth), whereas civilization is a complex of special technologies for organizing life, the economy, and state-building.

Cultural and civilizational specificity is precisely that special quality which distinguishes one world project from another. "Socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era" — that is the essence of the project unfolded by the PRC under the name "Community of Shared Future for Mankind."

The uncovering of the secrets of world projects by their signs and through the decryption of information codes is the business of supreme intelligence at the order level. Intelligence, however, is not a science but an art.

Thus, intelligence of consciousness and time at the order level serves as combat support for the war of meanings waged by those behind the scenes

The model of the battle of world projects at the card table of history, as conceived by Sky Politics theorists, makes it possible to "feel out the future" at intervals of changing the layouts of the cards of power and the ordering of the game once every four years.

Now, in the model of the Sky Politics theorists, the round of 2021-2024 is ending. Ahead lies a new layout for the round of 2025-2028, and then 2029-2032.

Unlike the chimera of a multipolar world with an unknown register of participants in a war of all against all, the playing out of the battle of world projects always takes place between bundles of three forces in two opposing coalitions.

The "Long State of Putin" (a term coined by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov), clinging to the dilapidated doctrine of the old world of the holders of "Moscow — the Third Rome," cannot order a game to seize the future. And therefore all the rounds, starting with the ambitions of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (banned in the Russian Federation), it played as a card "dummy," with open cards, playing along with others' designs ("we were deceived").

Surkov's fresh 2023 version under the name Birth of the North, in which Russia enters a coalition with the civilizations of the "black international" of Romano-Germanic Europe (the Spirit of Schiller) and of the Anglo-Saxon North American United States (make America great again), likewise dooms Russia to the role of a "dummy" in someone else's game. Where the biblical Gog — "the king of the north (Russia) with the horde of Persians with him (Iran)" — loses the Battle of the End on the mountains of Israel.

The rounds of the Great Game with different layouts on different trumps have shown that Russia does not lose in the red coalition with Beijing (the project of the Great Union) and London (the masters of monetary affairs of the Solomon Plan).

However, the diplomacy of the Russia that exists (Lavrov, Ushakov) does not understand Chinese specificity, repeats Chinese schemes while interpreting them wrongly, proceeding from wishful thinking far removed from reality. Which, in the relations of strategic interaction between the Russian Federation and the PRC under conditions of the coming change in relations in the PRC–USA pairing, may lead to the same formula: "We were deceived."

Thus, at the 19th round of Chinese-Russian consultations on strategic security, held in Beijing on 12.11.24, the parties confirmed the existence of "a number of strategic plans" for the development of bilateral relations, agreed upon at three meetings of the leaders: Putin and Xi Jinping. At the same time there is no talk of any alliance, but the Chinese side emphasizes "the pragmatic character of cooperation between large neighboring countries" and nothing more. It is noteworthy that Xi Jinping did not receive the secretary of the Russian Federation's Security Council, Shoigu, and on 13.11.24 flew to Peru for the APEC summit and then the G-20 in Brazil.

Putin, however, will not go to these international consultations.
