"The weapon of criticism cannot overcome criticism by weapons, but theory also becomes a material force once it has gripped the masses," said K. Marx about the situation in industrial society.

In the new era of the information society, this statement can be rephrased as follows: The weapon of criticism from Artificial Intelligence, tuned to the realization of a world project, is capable of gripping the behavior of the masses, neutralizing material force and ensuring the seizure of the future.

The deep state of the American behind-the-scenes and the Democrats in US politics are unfolding the world project of the New World Order on the basis of the material technologies of transhumanism: AI, genetic engineering of clones, robotics and cyborgs, quantum devices for processing big data, broadband communication and unbreakable encryption. The project's completion date is 2045.

In the Great Game of world projects, into the coalition of the "blues," alongside the capital of freedom of the US Democrats, have joined the liberals of the EU, RF, CIS…

So that there is no doubt as to which coalition the RF belongs, let me recall the directly applicable legal force of the Constitution, Article 2: "Man, his rights and freedoms are the highest value. Recognition, observance and protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen are the duty of the state."

In the layout of the current round of the Great Game with six players at the card table of history (with two coalitions, multilateralism is preserved), all world projects hold many cards of the force of the old world order, of the still-living industrial society and of the still-relevant technologies of the American cycle of capital accumulation.

All these cards of the departing world play into the hands of the "blues" – there simply are no other cards in the deck yet. The round of 2025-2028 is being played out in the paradigm of the foundations of democracy and the capitalist mode of production.

The real situation in the main theaters of military operations of the new type of war – in Ukraine and around Iran – with the escalation of strikes on maritime logistics in the Black Sea and the Persian Gulf, is blocking export supplies of oil, petroleum products, fertilizers and grain. Also under threat is the blocking by the Yemeni Houthis of the super-route of supplies from Asia to Europe through the Suez Canal in the Red Sea.

One gets the impression that the climatic troubles – with drought in Europe and floods in West and South Africa, India and South America – with the ruptures of key chains of export supplies of world trade, are the threshold of the manifestation in 2027 of the third biblical horseman of the apocalypse – famine.

The horsemen of the apocalypse are the biblical prophecies of the Battle of the End of the old world order in expectation of a new era of transhumanism.

At the opening of the 2024 Olympics in Paris, the capital of liberalism, the "blues" mockingly displayed both the secret supper and the horseman of the apocalypse. If WWIII of a new type began in 2013: the 1st horseman, the pandemic is the 2nd horseman, then in 2027 one can expect the 3rd: famine.

As with the horrors of the COVID-19 pandemic, "competent scientists" are now diligently whipping up fear of droughts, downpours and natural disasters, mainly in the southern regions of the planet in autumn – spring of 2026–2027 due to the climatic phenomenon El Niño. 

Australia is expected to face catastrophic forest fires and loss of harvest. In South Africa and neighboring countries – a destructive drought is expected, capable of leading to famine. In the countries of the Horn of Africa – Somalia, Kenya, Sudan and Uganda – large-scale floods may wash away crops, torrential rains in Peru and Ecuador, etc.

Climate change on the planet has cosmic foundations: the departure of the energies of the stars of the age of Pisces and the arrival of other vibrations of the new era of the constellation Aquarius.

Under objective phenomena of nature, the Planner behind the scenes hides the main contradiction of man-made origin, namely: the confrontation of machine algorithms and human! 

Here is the root of the clash of the Great Game between the coalition of transhumanism of the "blues" and the coalition of nature-like technologies of erasing the borders between the material and non-material worlds in the project of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind of the "red-blacks."

Transhumanists want to create a "Human-God" (see the book by Yuval Noah Harari "Homo Deus. A Brief History of Tomorrow" with the division of society into an elite of the "god-like" and the rest. 

The Chinese are creating the Community of Shared Future as an Asian mode of production and an enlightened dictatorship for the sake of the common good.

In the struggle against the "red-blacks," the "blues," emphasizing China's technological breakthrough and its expansion beyond strategic borders on land, at sea, at the poles, and in space, are whipping up the "yellow peril," but they do not know how to ensure security from China.

So too Russian Americanists from the diplomatic ranks, S. Lavrov (MFA) with Yu. Ushakov (Presidential Administration), to reassure the public, never tire of repeating the phrase planted by the Chinese "about the unprecedentedly high level of Russian-Chinese relations in all history" (starting all the way from the Muscovite Tsardom and ending with the Great Friendship of Stalin and Mao).

In the minds of politicians of the old school there is the material factor, whereas the Chinese, charged with realizing the project of the "Great Unity" (大同) need a spiritual factor to realize their dream. 

It is this "inoculation of the Spirit" that the Chinese hope to receive from Russia. But the current bearers of spiritual and secular power in the Russian Federation do not hear this cautious request from the Chinese side.

Sky Politics never tires of repeating that the Chinese dragon is a force, not evil. This surging force must be harnessed and directed toward the common good of the peoples, beginning with the non-Western civilizations of the SCO.

This can easily be done through the deployment of the Cultural Belt of the Great Tea Road.

At the starting point of the historical tea road—the Hankou district of the city of Wuhan—in the empty Orthodox Church of Alexander Nevsky, there is the House of Cultural Exchanges of the Russian Federation and the PRC.

This building was restored by the Chinese themselves, recreating in the dome the symbol of the eight-rayed guiding Star of Bethlehem.

It is only necessary to conduct there a ritual of initiation of the Shanghai Spirit and to open an exposition of shared cultural values from the times of the Unified State of Genghis Khan and the Socialist camp of Stalin.
