On war, peace and the technological revolution

War is the continuation of politics by violent means.

In the new era of the information society nothing has changed, only war has become a new type – hybrid: with a crossing of military and non-military, combat and non-combat means of influence on the aggregate power of the enemy, including the destruction of his culture.

By the autumn of 2025 the media raised a lot of noise around the possible use of nuclear weapons in the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations. Supposedly the transfer of American Tomahawk cruise missiles to the AFU is a threat to Russia: we will sober up the "hawks" with a nuclear strike...

The political meaning of a nuclear war by the socialist camp in the era of the departing industrial society consisted in wiping capitalism off the face of the earth. "We will destroy the whole world of violence to its foundations, and then, we ours, we will build a new world..."

Now the political meaning of a nuclear war on the part of the "Long State of Putin" is seen in wiping "world evil" off the face of the earth. In the terms of Freemasonry from Kipling's book: Shere Khan and Tabaqui together with the jungles of the old world order.

On 18 October 2018 at the international forum "Valdai", the President of the Russian Federation Putin, discussing issues of nuclear security, in response to a question from the discussion moderator, said: "The essence of Russia's nuclear doctrine is that the aggressor must know that retribution is inevitable, that he will be destroyed. And we are the victims of aggression, and we as martyrs will go to heaven, while they will simply croak, because they won't even have time to repent."

But neither the yellow python Kaa (the PRC) nor the black panther Bagheera (Chabad) need the outcome of the biblical Battle of the End, when the jungles burn.

They need to push the old world order toward collapse, which is what the COVID-19 pandemic did, and now the SMO in the Ukrainian theater of operations.

A step toward the new world order is a new monetary world. And that is the new digital money of the same "masters of monetary affairs".

The task of the planner of "monetary affairs" is to push the Kremlin out of the Russia–USA confrontation into a superposition above the PRC–USA competition for the place of leader (for this Russia needs to go into a passive stance in the Ukrainian theater of operations) and thus spin the linkage of three forces toward the coming China-centrism.

The yellow ones (python Kaa) with the black hats of Chabad (panther Bagheera) together are building the cherished "millennium of the Sabbath" as a Community of Shared Future, into which the "Long State of Putin" is not admitted.

The heirs of the "Long State of Putin" – and this is the circle of Putin's daughter Katerina Tikhonova – are in favor of fitting in through innovations where the current Kremlin people are not admitted. 

The children-heirs are for the cessation of combat operations in Ukraine.

Therefore one may suppose that the information noise with the task of sobering up the forces of evil – "we'll hit them with a nuke" – is needed by the Kremlin people in order to conduct an offensive on the front of nerves, to declare victory on that basis – the enemy trembled in fright – and thus end the SMO.

The Cold War of the USSR with the USA in monetary affairs ended with the Washington Consensus (strengthening the role of the market).

The war with evil in Ukraine will end with the Beijing Consensus (reform of global governance).

The Black-Hundred Z-patriots of Russia do not like such a "red" outcome, but no one asks them anyway.

But in order for Rus' (Mowgli) ultimately to enter the new world order with victory, it is necessary not to contend with Shere Khan, but with quantum-resonance technologies of the 7th order to bridle the Python Kaa.

This is what the conceptual beacon of Sky Politics shines on, but does not warm.

It should be noted: The Jungle Book is a design of those behind the scenes until the end of "this age", and not the state of affairs at the moment of its writing.

Those behind the scenes have agreed on a China-centric new world order.

The unceasing strategic and economic dialogue of the USA–PRC (the last round in Madrid, after which there was a Trump–Xi conversation) is the division of shares of the new monetary world at the expense of Russia of the "Long State of Putin".

Mowgli (the grown-up cub of Homo sapiens) is Rus' after transfiguration through the acquisition of quantum-resonance technologies of the new reality of the information society.
