Project rationale from Sky Politics

To construct the future, one must have a conception of the future – to imagine the image of what needs to be constructed.

At the beginning of the 20th century, the birth of a new world in artistic images was anticipated by the Futurists – artists of the Russian avant-garde, poets and religious philosophers of the Silver Age of Russian culture.

At the beginning of the 21st century, no such premonitions of the "life of the future age" are observed among the masters of the arts of the New Russia of the democratic choice.

This can be explained by the fact that dreams of a new world in the 20th century were born within the familiar paradigm of the views of industrial society, whereas to peer into the new epoch of the information society without a change of landmarks (reference points) of the rational picture of the world is impossible. 

Intelligence is not a science but an art. It is precisely the intelligence of the future, as an art of images and likenesses, that is capable of opening the eyelids of the spiritual gaze and peering "beyond the age" of the tectonic processes of the global transformation of the new epoch of cosmic energies of the constellation Aquarius, whose focus since 2013 has fallen upon Russia. Hence: Russia's destiny is universality.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the intelligence of consciousness and time has been the domain of Sky Politics – a fresh phenomenon of Russian thought and the Russian spirit, an alternative to the paradigm of the old world order of the end of the Age of Pisces.

If geopolitics is the doctrine of space filled with energies, then Sky Politics is the doctrine of time filled with spirit.

Sky Politics is about power from the sky. But it is not about the direct command of the Almighty (Chinese: Shangdi), nor a scientific expedition into the invisible world, but a spiritual journey to the principles of the Law of the Universe, where history is not a ray of linear progress but a sum of waves of different periods with a "return to one's own circles."

In Sky Politics, the acquisition of power from the sky consists in determining the phase of change and riding the wave of the rising tide of the energy of life (catching the kairos – the favorable moment of history) so that the entire Universe may assist the managerial efforts of rulers.

Today, in the worldview of Sky Politics, what is at issue is the rising tide of the energy of the East overcoming the collective West, whereas the official diplomacy of the Russian Federation keeps repeating the chimera of a contrived multipolarity and, reluctantly, inclines toward the geopolitics of living space: the ontological North – the Global South ("we are the North"). 

Therefore the project of constructing the future from Sky Politics, whose essence is the transfiguration of Rus' into the cherished "kingdom of truth," places emphasis on the spiritual Light from the East and places the Russia that exists not into the collapsed doctrine of the restraining "Moscow – Third Rome," but into the linkage of forces of the civilizational project of the energy of the East oriented toward the future, "Greater Eurasia – Third Horde." 

Here it should be emphasized that the presently manifested collectives of constructing the future, whether it be the red project of USSR-2 of colleague S. Kurginyan or the exceedingly patriotic project of the Russian Dream of comrade A. Prokhanov, as well as the liberal project of hope in artificial intelligence of the group of the legendary architect of world politics H. Kissinger, — all of them are within the paradigm of the creeds and ideologies of industrial society and do not venture to break the very paradigm of meanings.

And only Sky Politics boldly breaks the shackles of the rational worldview of the departed cosmic epoch of the constellation Pisces (with its focus in the band of biblical events from the Nile to the Euphrates) and with "keys from the Sky" unlocks the secret codes of the sphere of the Spirit of the coming information society. 

The following meanings distinguish Sky Politics by comparison with the other:

- the ternary harmony of the world, rather than levers of balances and counterbalances.

- the model of the Card Table of history, rather than the Grand Chessboard.

- wave technologies of the incognito, rather than algorithms of digitalization.

- reliance on the ethics of the family of peoples, rather than on the interests of alliances of forces.

- the seizure of the future of the new epoch, rather than the conservatism of the restraining ones.

The intelligence of the future up to 2045, absolutely necessary for those taking fateful decisions, has been conducted by Sky Politics.

The strategy for achieving the goal of the foretold transfiguration of Rus' in the project "Greater Eurasia – Third Horde" has been developed, substantiated and published in the books of A. A set of design methodologies relying on the symbolism of color and the semantics of the Russian language has been tested in staff exercises.

The development of operational plans, however, will require serious organizational work.
