ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS "Three Musts," "Five Aboves," the 7 colors of the rainbow and 12 years in the circle of the Zodiac In our time of systemic crisis of the old world order of the industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital, which has hit the limits of growth, the experience of Chinese civilization serves as a hint for "what is to be done?" Over 5000 years of its history, the Chinese, from the practice of dynastic change, have grasped that to emerge from crisis three things must be done: rectify names, strengthen ritual, and foretell the future (the "three musts"). Born in Russia at the very beginning of the 21st century, the system of views on nature, society and thought with the audacious name of Sky Politics, over 20 years of development, has fulfilled the behest of the "three musts" through the reasonable people from among the folk: it rectified names – rethought old dogmas, strengthened ritual – placed its stake on the unconscious, foretold the future – by dates described the character of changes from 1900 to 2045 and peered into the next great cycle of history, which Scripture calls "a new heaven and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness." By 2023, Sky Politics, constructing the future with the instruments of the "three musts," had assembled and substantiated the success of the world project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde." The "Third Horde" is the family of peoples of non-Western civilizations, heirs of the Single State of Genghis Khan "from sea to sea" (the First Horde) and of Stalin's Socialist camp (the Second Horde). In constructing the future, Sky Politics is independent (it has no clients), self-sufficient (it quotes no one), relies on its own forces (the principle of pooling resources by the reasonable people from among the folk), and in the history of Rus' it continues the political line of the Horde: Alexander Nevsky – Ivan the Terrible – Stalin – the "White Tsar of Truth."

Rectification of Names To clarify the conceptual foundations of the organization of power from heaven in pre-schism Holy Rus', Sky Politics drew attention to the fact that present-day Russian Old Believers of all denominations and persuasions do not visit the monastic state of the Holy Mountain of Athos, considering the local orders of the "crafty Greeks" to be a distortion of the Spirit of Truth. The task of determining the reason for such an attitude toward Athos, which the Old Believers themselves today cannot convincingly explain, prompted Sky Politics to turn to the state documents of the Golden Horde: the family of peoples under the rule of elected khans of the golden lineage of Genghis Khan's eldest son Jochi (13th-15th centuries). And so, the formula of power from heaven in the Golden Horde was repeated in the preamble of many khans' decrees: "By the power of the Eternal Heaven, by the will of the highest trinity, my khan's word" … That is, in his decisions to exercise power, the khan proceeds from two sacred foundations: the power of heaven and the will of heaven. Sky Politics holds that in terms of philosophy and theology this concerns the categories of essence and phenomenon: providence and its refraction into practice. Essence = the Power of Heaven = providence = the launching generator of the invisible force of the creation of the world = the Most High (Chinese: Shangdi) = the Law of the Universe. The power of heaven is monotheistic, as in the dogma of faith of Jews and Muslims. Sky Politics holds that the Law of the Universe is written in the even and odd numbers of the universal barcode of change, where the odd numbers (1,3,5,7, 9) have a heavenly foundation, while the even numbers (2,4,6,8,10) pertain to the earthly. Man lives first on earth (even), and only then under heaven (odd). The body must be fed. The manifestation of essence into practice – the Will of Heaven – is triune. Such is the dogma of faith in the Holy Trinity of Christians. The triunity of the Will of Heaven is a wave of invisible energies (odd). Whereas devilry on earth is a division into two: "the gates of hell – two leaves" (even). From the Power of Heaven one cannot dodge (the Scourge of God). Into the wave of the Will of Heaven, however, through resonance (prayer), a person can inscribe himself (acquire the Spirit of Truth). Thus, by the method of divine revelation, Sky Politics saw through to the pre-schism dogma of faith of Holy Rus'. Where also in the Russian chronicles, in the words of the saints, the formula "God and the Holy Trinity" without contradictions covers the specificity of the faith of different confessions of the family of peoples. The distortion of the pre-schism dogma of faith by the "crafty Greeks" consisted in forgetting the first part of the formula – the Power of Heaven – leaving only the second part – the Will of Heaven. Thus, the inevitability of providence in the Law of the Universe receded into the background, while the freedom of man's will (crafty choice) came to the fore. "The Spirit of Truth, which proceedeth from the Father," the Greeks craftily refracted to suit "the church triumphant on earth." The Catholics, in refracting faith toward the earth, went even further: in their Filioque dogma the Holy Spirit proceeds both from the Father (the Most High) and from the Son (Jesus Christ). It is quite obvious that for the peoples of Greater Eurasia to return to the pre-schism dogma of faith of Holy Rus' is now impossible. But "to rectify names" is possible by returning to the supra-confessional and supra-national ethics of the Great Horde of Genghis Khan. Ethics is what ought to be, what may be, and what may not be. In the Single State of the peoples of non-Western civilizations – the Horde – ethics was built on the principles of the "five aboves" and was defined by the 64 points of the code of the "Great Yasa" (compare with the multi-volume quibbling of the jurists of Roman law). The "five aboves" are: - the spiritual above the material - the common above the private - justice above the law - service above possession - power above property.

Strengthening of Ritual (the stake on the unconscious) To manage the collective unconscious within the framework of Sky Politics, the technology of the color dynamics of the soul was developed. After all, the symbol of the Most High's covenant with the earth is the seven-colored "rainbow in the cloud" (Book of Genesis 9:13). That is, according to the covenant of the Most High, the construction of the future should begin in color, and only then in words, numbers, figures… Color is not something accidental. The hues of blossoming cannot be confused with the shades of withering. The mixing of colors is as lawful as the mathematics of numbers. And the addition of all the colors of the rainbow yields white. This is the color of the harmony of the world. One way or another, the seizure of the future requires driving forces. This concerns the political forces in society. These forces are inherent in one color or another. Communists, Scottish Freemasonry, state Islam – red. Liberals – blue. The Islam of the heart – green, etc. The addition of the color of political forces by rituals (such as elections of authority, parades of troops, inaugurations of rulers) in proper proportions is capable of accelerating in society either a traveling wave of passion, up to a shock wave, or of setting up a standing wave of apathy, up to a stupor. The technology is set forth in the book by Devyatov A. "Management of the Spirit, or the Technology of the Incognito." With regard to Russia, the author and principal developer of the technology of the "color dynamics of the soul," Kashansky A.V., writes: "The color of the typical Russian spirit (whether Orthodox, or pagan, or socialist-humanist) is violet. This is the highest chakra (frequency) of the world spirit (the 'heavenly man'), characterizing delocalized cosmic consciousness, best accessible to Russian intuitive perception. Therefore Russia's lot is universality. Russian spiritual collectivism and sobornost derive from this. And this is the call of the heart, it comes from heaven, it is not the voice of blood, which is from the earth. Violet is the spiritual filter of the typical Russian soul, through which it looks upon the spiritual world. Violet is a lot of blue and red, with slightly more blue. Therefore Russians are quite capable of rational thinking, like Europeans, but unlike them they have much Asian red spirituality in them. The age-old unhappy Russian trait – duality... But at the same time, Russians by spirit are people who are a spiritual bridge between Europe and Asia. That is why the traditional religion of the Russians is Eastern Christianity. Any excessively bright coloring of the spiritual filter greatly narrows the spiritual horizon. A bright filter means a bright spirituality, in which there is little white truth, but much of one's own truth. The era demands enlightenment, in order to accommodate others, whereas before they did not accommodate. Whoever understands and feels another with the heart is capable of interacting with him in spirit. Therefore, for Russians, in order to enlighten the soul, they must add light green (green with yellow). This is Turkic Islam in its pure form. It is difficult with them (a dissonant sound interval), but if one works toward mutual accommodation, then the sum comes out white, and this means tuning intuition to the correct signals of heaven. Conclusion: the Turks must be treasured (and the Turks must treasure the Russians), because together it is easier for them to acquire the Spirit of Truth. A ternary alliance is also possible: the Aryan Shiites of Iran, the Russians and the Chinese – this too will be white. The Shiites are blue with green, and the Chinese are yellow. Moreover, this ternary alliance is preferable, because it is more stable and more harmonious, because it rests not only on heaven (spirit), but also on earth (the archetypes of the unconscious).

Russia, the Islamic world and China give white. And this is the path to harmony What is important is that this strategic union is also possible on the foundations of the call of the heart – of archetypes, because Russian Orthodox, Chinese and Muslims are for the most part hidden races (types of rational consciousness) of the second type. They are characterized (by the voice of blood and soil) by a vertical system of governance and a collectivist society. "If I were a sultan," I would create a Russian-Chinese-Islamic alliance. In fact, life shows that it is creating itself. Everything should be so"! And so, the color of the primordial Russian spirit is violet. The properties of this color: piety, reasonableness and wisdom, but also indifference, slovenliness, a couldn't-care-less attitude, apoliticality and disregard, for it is "not of this world." In Russian fairy tales these properties are revealed in the images of Vasilisa the Wise and Ivan the Fool. Russia is a feminine soul. Hence the intuition and rich intuition. The Wisdom of God Sophia is the mother of faith, love and hope. Whereas Ivan the Fool is "cunning unto himself" with the ability to think in paradoxes. If, however, one asks the question: what is the color of the social consciousness of contemporary Russia, then the answer will be brown. As the addition of political forces under the flags of blue, red and orange. The property of the brown color is suppressed fury. The color of the "wheel of time," the kalachakra, is brown. In the ways of adding the colors of political forces into brown, the magic of governing the spirit of blood and soil from mother earth is hidden. Let us say frankly – the planner behind the scenes of international affairs (and these are Kabbalists – bearers of the three-thousand-year Solomon Plan) tried to drive the palette of political forces of that Russia which exists into the color of suppressed fury (the "brown plague"). And this suppressed fury at the level of the collective unconscious burst forth in 2022 in the form of the Special Military Operation. Recognition of the natural selfhood of the "Russian spirit" shows that the exit from the Special Military Operation into a Transfigured Rus’ (the cherished Kingdom of Truth) will proceed not along a "road map" of searching for some fresh ideology, but in the channel of unconscious changes, pushed by technologies of the incognito. The historical perspective of the transfiguration of Rus’ is the civilizational project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde." This project will be built on the properties of the brown color, and this means patriotism, authoritarianism, militarism, a political regime of an enlightened dictator with rigid regulation of society, the economy and culture. The cunning choice of the formation of that Russia which will be will occur in 2023-2024 from three variants of the path into the new world order: "USSR-2," "Great Conservative Power" and "New Horde." The Sky Politics theorists, in the status of the reasonable ones from among the people, with all their heart and all their thoughts try to bring to reason the decision-makers, not to cling to the dilapidated ideological schemes of the political science of the old world order. To be imbued with the novelty of the unprecedented information society coming on the waves of the tectonic processes of global transformation. To concern themselves not only with artificial intelligence, digitalization and big data monitoring, but also with the keys to the codes of the wave technologies of the traveling wave of the spirit. To hearken to the hints of the natural course of things along the Horde wave of the history of Rus’ uncovered by the Sky Politics theorists, and boldly to build "Greater Eurasia" in the space of four seas: white in the north, yellow in the east, black in the west and red in the south. And this is a replication of the rule of Nogai: in our time – of the "Long State of Putin" and of Tokhta: the khan who pushed aside Nogai's clique, who overcame the political crisis (began in 1282 + 726 = 2008 – starting with the liberal presidency of Medvedev D.A.) and after the subjugation of Kiev restored (again gathered in 1299 + 726 = 2025) the unified Horde: in our time one can expect the creation of a New state formation on the basis of the Union State of Russia and Belarus.
