The bewilderment of Z-patriots regarding the speech of the Russian Ministry of Defense on 16.12.24

At the very beginning of the speech by the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Belousov A.R. at the expanded meeting of the board of the Russian Ministry of Defense in the presence of the President of the Russian Federation, the heads of the chambers of the Federal Assembly, the Patriarch of the Russian Orthodox Church, government ministers and leaders of Duma factions on 16.12.24, it was said that «the main task of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is ensuring victory in the Special Military Operation in Ukraine».

That is, in the words of the new civilian Minister of Defense, for the first time a formulation was voiced that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation no longer face the task of victory in the SMO as such, but their activity is limited to the function of ensuring through violence a higher political goal of coercing the Kyiv regime to peace.

In other words, the Minister of Defense in civilian clothes stated that the burden of victory lies not on him, but on the political leadership of the Russian Federation.

Simultaneously, comments appeared in Russian media that victory in the SMO could be achieved not only on the battlefield, but also by methods of diplomacy at the negotiating table.

The reason for the shift of priority from the military to the political aspect of the SMO, the replacement of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the updating of the Russian nuclear deterrence doctrine lies in the change in the character of war.

It was assumed that modern war would be contactless, maneuverable, network-centric. The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation of the «new look» were also prepared for such a war (Serdyukov's military reform: 2008 - 2020).

However, in 2013 a world war of a new hybrid type began.

The unprecedented character of this WWIII is determined by the fact that against the background of tectonic processes of global transformation, which have cosmic foundations of rising vibration frequencies of the energies of the stars of the new era of the constellation Aquarius, the crossing of military and non-military types of violence acts as the «midwife» of an industrial society pregnant with a new information society.

The practice, however, of the war of weapons as part of WWIII over almost three years of combat operations on the Ukrainian theater of operations (2022-2024) has shown that the confrontation of the sides has acquired a protracted, positional character, relying not on mobile actions, but on the firepower of artillery and the reconnaissance-strike capabilities of drones.

In a war of attrition, the contribution of allied assistance, one's own mobilization resources, the information-psychological superiority of propaganda and the moral resilience of troops increased.

On the external contour, in 2024, the anti-Russian sanctions of unfriendly countries were joined by the «friends of peace» of the friendly platform put forward by the PRC and Brazil. Kazakhstan, South Africa, Egypt, Turkey, Mexico and other countries of the Global South joined the platform for a peaceful settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.

Thus, in accordance with the design of the secret planner behind the scenes of globalization, a situation of coercing the sides to peace has taken shape.

In accordance with Ryabkov's Ultimatum of 15.12.21, the Kremlin went for open confrontation with the USA, promising to respond with military and military-technical means to the non-fulfillment of the unacceptable demands to push back NATO's borders to the 1997 line.

The response was the Special Military Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the local Ukrainian theater of operations, a demonstration of the strategic power of a new generation of missiles, and the spinning up of rhetoric about the threat of nuclear war.

For a new world order on the terms of the Russian Federation through coercion to peace by force

In 2025, the deadline for the completion of WWIII of the new hybrid type has arrived, the result of which is supposed to be a New Monetary World of digital money pegged to gold.

The winding down of the SMO has become an urgent task not so much because of the complication in Asia Minor (Syria, Georgia, Israel), Trump's expected ultimatum on Ukraine and the wait-and-see position of the PRC, but because of the already unacceptable economic costs for the Russian Federation associated with the fall in exports of oil, gas, coal, timber, rising inflation, falling incomes of the urban middle class and the corresponding mood of the population with grievances against the authorities of the «angry Z-patriots».

The campaign of demonstrating military successes, the indestructible power of the new Oreshnik missile and the «last warning» in Russia's updated nuclear doctrine (Decree of 19.11.24) serves to shape positive outcomes of the SMO in public opinion.

It can be assumed that the Kremlin will declare as its victory the prevention of the escalation of combined-arms combat operations on the Ukrainian theater of operations, started by the «alliance of democracies», into a general nuclear war.

Then the victory of open confrontation between the Russian Federation and the US and NATO will be the gain of the red line that stands above the fray. The essence: a number of former republics of the USSR and new republics of Novorossiya will enter the Union State of Russia and Belarus. The foretold Union of Free Sovereign Republics (USSR-2) will arise.
