ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS The lifeless political model of a multipolar world is a conceptual trap that has dragged Russia into strategic solitude and pushed the Kremlin into being a handyman for others' projects. In the electromagnetic picture of the world there are two poles: north \ south; plus (+) \ minus (–). And in politics, the nature-like (male \ female) picture of the world looks like sky \ earth and man between them. In the two-pole model of things (a car battery) and systems (the Earth's magnetic field), the position of the lines of force and the order of energy flow are known, and therefore it is possible to foresee the course and outcome of particular processes. Whereas in the contrived, over-clever model of a multipolar world of international relations, the question of the lawful order of the flow of the energy of life between the elements of the global world is out of place. And therefore substantiated forecasting is impossible. In the picture of the world of Sky Politics there is no pernicious multipolarity. But there is a model of multilateral relations in space and time, ordered by a system of world projects, fed by the energies of life from the earth and launched by the grace of the life-giving spirit from the sky. The success of a world project is conditioned by the ability of its designers to create in society a "current-conducting medium" so that the "spark of God" from the sky may break through the wall of indifference, ignite people's hearts with hope, set aflame the spirit of creation and impel the people to titanic feats. The Christians' symbol of faith asserts that the Spirit of Truth spoke through the prophets. The biblical prophets organize the sacredness of Jews and Christians. The Prophet Muhammad is the highest authority among Muslims. In Rus’ they venerate clairvoyant elders. But in non-biblical sacredness there are no canonical prophets for all times. The absence of a canonical prophet on which to rely for one's own sacredness is the single greatest brake on the path of unfolding, foretold by seers for a short time of 12 years, of the independent and self-sufficient civilizational project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde," whose core is destined to be Russia. Sky Politics lays into the driving force of change in society not only the earthly dialectic of the struggle of opposites, but also the ternary harmony of the interrelation of priests, warriors and dealers in the active part (10%) of the cohabitation of the broad masses of the people (90%). The Russian specificity of power from the sky is not the separation of powers into legislative, executive and judicial, but the LEADER-FATHER, in one person uniting spiritual (priest), secular (master) and military (warrior) power. The bearer of the Spirit of Truth in this system of power of ternary harmony is the poet-prophet-warrior. In the non-biblical sacredness of Russia, an example of the leader-father was Stalin, and of the poet-prophet-warrior, Lermontov.

World projects differ from one another by different pictures of the world, different sacredness (connection with the invisible world), different operational plans of execution and different images of the future. Sky Politics theorists have developed a technology for assessing the dynamics of the battle of six active world projects according to the model of the Great Game at the card table of history – an instrument of forecasting. The guarantee of the success of building a world project is the presence of a sacred point of application of the Force of Heaven and the Will of Heaven. At this point, wave technologies of the descent of the grace of the spirit (recharging the energy of life) work by resonances tuned to the heart. For the Jews, with their world project of the "Millennium of the Sabbath," the place of divine presence is the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem. For Muslims throughout the world, the place of pilgrimage is the Kaaba in Mecca. For the non-biblical red project of the bright future of all humanity, the leader-father of peoples Stalin created the "energy machine" linking earth with sky in the form of the sacred ziggurat of Lenin's mausoleum on Red Square in Moscow. "The Earth, as is known, begins at the Kremlin," the poet Mayakovsky wrote then. To realize a world project, one must construct the future. And this must be done invariably with reliance on the Spirit of Truth, having obtained grace from the sky at the sacred point of concentration of the energy of life. For the world project of Sky Politics, Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde, this sacred point must be created: a Temple of the muse of history who grants glory – the Museum of Constructing the Future (MCF). The location of the MCF is destined to be the estate near Moscow – Serednikovo: a sacred place of the spiritual heritage of the poet-prophet-warrior Lermontov. The task of tasks of unfolding the MCF in the estate is to devise and, at the focus of the lines of force of people's attention, erect a non-biblical "altar of divine presence" (concentration of the feeling of truth in the hearts of the people) as a point of union of the energy of life from the earth with the grace of the spirit from the sky (Chinese jing-qi-shen). The spirit is not where faith and love have entrenched themselves, but where hope still smolders. The acquisition of the spirit by the resonance of the heart is not digitalization, not transhumanism, not a genetically modified human being, and all the more not artificial intelligence. The MCF must create, having cast aside old dogmas, on the principles of the new era of the information society, by the criteria of "goodwill" (the intangible aspects of the creative abilities of good will). A sound circuit of conscience will appear, tuned to the feeling of truth in people's hearts, and in an instant the inoculation of the spirit to the civilizational project "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde," which is striving toward the future, will occur. With the inoculation of the spirit, Russia will miraculously acquire the sovereign status of conceptual independence, self-sufficiency in politics and reliance on its own forces in the economy. Putin's Long State, having expended the potential of the virtue of democratic choice, by the natural course of things in the force majeure of the violence of a Third World War of a new hybrid type, with the great power of the spirit of an otherwise possible righteous globalization, will be transformed into the cherished "Kingdom of Truth – the realm of the white tsar."
