The dragon has soared in power and splendor

The totem of the Middle State of the yellow people – China – is the dragon.
So then, the dragon is not a symbol of evil from the earth – it is a force from the sky, which in the civilizational project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde must be turned to the common good of the countries and peoples, the heirs of the United State – the horde of Genghis Khan and the Socialist camp – the second horde of Stalin.

Such is the name horde in the non-Western interpretation – it is a force bearing good.
Might directed toward fulfilling the will of the sky. A people-army for sustaining the forces of light. Order and discipline.

China in its self-designation is also the all-under-heaven country, where the main sanctuary of the middle of the world is the Temple of Heaven in Beijing, and all that is under heaven is one for the good of all (天下为公).

Sky Politics is the doctrine of power from the sky, and therefore it alone is capable of fulfilling the task of reining in the force of the Chinese dragon and turning it to the common good of the peoples of non-Western civilizations.

A hint of the conditions under which the "Chinese dragon" will agree with the motives of the "Russian bear" to act together for the common good is given by the picture of the all-under-heaven order, known to the Chinese from legends and myths of antediluvian times.

In China since ancient times there has existed a legend about a turtle, on whose shell
Emperor Yu of the Xia dynasty saw a pattern of dots, in whose arrangement and number an ideal equilibrium was discovered. This magic square with the name Lo Shu (the message of the Luo River), the second variant – the magic
cross He Tu (the drawing from the Yellow River) are dated to the 23rd century BCE.

The Chinese "calendar of the Xia dynasty" (xiali) combining lunar and solar cycles (the solar year includes 24 seasons of 15 days each) is based on the numerical proportions of the magic square Lo Shu.

The Lo Shu square lies at the foundation of the classic "Book of Changes" (I Ching Zhou Yi), – a tool for predicting the development of events.

The He Tu cross is used to compose a spatial picture of the cardinal directions (north, south, east, west, center), where each direction is recorded with a generating and a forming number and correlated with a color.

Bound to the square are the five primary elements of existence (water, fire, wood, metal, soil) and the cycles of being: generation and destruction, chaos and prosperity. The cycles coil up like a snail.

The universality of Chinese numerology with respect to the picture of the universe allowed the Sky Politics theorists from the Institute of Russian-Chinese Strategic Interaction to extend the cycles of change to the situation in the world from the beginning of the 20th to the middle of the 21st century.

The modern picture of the world

Center under heaven – China: numbers 5 and 10, the color of soil is yellow.
Global South – Israel and the World of Islam: 7 and 2, the color red.
West – United Europe: 9 and 4, the color of metal is white.
North – United States of America: 1 and 6, the color black.
East – Greater Eurasia of Rus’: 3 and 8, the color cyan (blue-green).

The cycles of Being, translated from the five primary elements into numbers: generating (1,2,3,4,5) and forming (6,7,8,9,10), – are as follows.
a. The cycle of generation of phenomena: 1→3→2→5→4→1 (clockwise
direction).
b. The cycle of destruction of form: 9←7←6←10←8←9 (counterclockwise
direction), also known as: “the cycle of overcoming.”
c. The cycle of non-correspondence of phenomenon to form: 10→3→9→2→6→10 (clockwise
direction). Chaos.
d. The cycle of correspondence of phenomenon to form: 1←4←5←7←8←1 (counterclockwise
direction). Prosperity.

The history of the future in cycles of overcoming, chaos and prosperity

Having skipped the interpretation of the cycle of the "Creation of the World" (the generation of phenomena), let us turn to the cycle of overcoming, which is relevant for politics.

b. The cycle of creative destruction of old forms is begun by Europe.
- The West (9) overcomes the East (8). The doctrine of Christianity, and then the ideologies of communism and liberalism, came from the European West and conquered Russia.
- The East (8) overcomes the Center (10). The PRC adopted socialism and the Soviet administrative-command system from the USSR.
- The Center (10) overcomes the North (6). The PRC's secret doctrine "Three Norths. Four Seas" envisages China's peaceful overcoming of the North American United States, the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO) and the North of Eurasia (Russia beyond the Urals).
- The North (6) overcomes the South (7). Just as the north overcame the south in the US Civil War, North Vietnam overcame South Vietnam. And North Yemen conquered South Yemen. So too will the coalition of the North (the black international) overcome the uprising of the Global South.
- The South (7) overcomes the West (9). Migrants from the Global South (Arabs, Indians, Negroes) have flooded the countries of Western Europe, replacing the indigenous white population. In London only 37% of whites remain, and in 2022 an Indian, Rishi Sunak, became Prime Minister of Great Britain.

c. The cycle of the phenomenon's non-correspondence to form (the growth of chaos in the state) begins with the earthly formative number 10 and, in sequential numbers, clockwise, alternates formative numbers with generating ones.

Thus, if we take the "Middle Kingdom" as the starting point of the cycle, then the chaos of the "Great Leap Forward" and the "Cultural Revolution" first struck China (lasting until 1979); then (from 1985) Russia plunged into the chaos of "perestroika"; next (from 2013) disintegration came to a United Europe; by 2027 complete chaos will befall Israel and the Arab states surrounding it; and finally, after 2030, the colossus of the North American United States will begin to totter.

d. The cycle of the phenomenon's correspondence to form (the growth of well-being and prosperity of the state) alternates generating and formative numbers in the reverse (counterclockwise) order of their numbers.

If we take the North American United States as the starting point, then they entered a period of prosperity after the Second World War, reaching the peak of victories in 1991. Then, having recovered from wartime devastation, well-being and prosperity came to Europe. By 2019, China reached the peak of small prosperity. Then, approximately from 2028, well-being will come for the "Eternal Kingdom of Israel" (New Khazaria). The rise of Russia
will reach its peak of well-being after 2032.

The New Rite (after the Nikon-Alexis reform of the 17th century) counterclockwise procession of the cross by the Orthodox mystically brings closer precisely this pre-final blessed transfiguration of Rus'.

"He who has understood the cycles of change has attained enlightenment" (Confucius).

What the authorities of the Russian Federation should do conceptually to bridle the Dragon

As can be seen from the cycle of overcoming (the Center overcomes the North), if Russia in its self-determination remains as it is now, the north, then the Dragon will "devour Siberia." And having lost its rights to the natural resources beyond the Urals, which China will take, Russia will lose the foundation of its economic power.

But the entry of Russian civilization onto the victorious course of transfiguration will be ensured by Russia's self-determination in the new era as the primordial ontological East (the East overcomes the Center).

When the British in the 19th century seized leadership in political geography – geopolitics – they, using the West's cartography in the Mercator projection (16th century), dragged the prime meridian from the Canary Islands of the Atlantic Ocean to London and thus became the nominal masters of the doctrine of space.

But since the international date line in the Pacific Ocean begins from the Russian Far East (the new day of humanity dawns in the East), this gives grounds to consider Russia a country of the ontological East and the nominal mistress of the doctrine of time – Sky Politics.

After all, the coat of arms of the USSR also depicted the Eastern Hemisphere of the Earth in the rays of the rising sun.

It is noteworthy that the spacecraft of the first cosmonaut, Yuri Gagarin, was also called "Vostok" (East).

If we now ask by what means Russia, having called itself the East, will be able to overcome the Center of the Celestial Empire occupied by China, the answer of Sky Politics is unambiguous: by the Light from the East – the "Eastern correct teaching" (东正教) of pre-schism Orthodoxy.

The point is the dogma of the force of heaven and the will of heaven or – "God and the Holy Trinity," where the force of heaven is monotheistic, and the will of heaven is triune.

At the same time, the force of heaven – the Fear of God and the Scourge of God – is inexorable in the Providence of the Most High, whereas the will of heaven can be obtained by the wave resonance of heartfelt prayer.

Thus pre-schism Orthodoxy unites the foundations of faith of all religions of Abrahamic root (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) with the social consciousness of the Chinese, for whom heaven is the supreme principle of order, calm or catastrophe, punishments and rewards for people in accordance with their moral character.

And since the moral principles of Orthodoxy, the Islam of the heart and Confucianism are complementary and supplement each other precisely as ethics and can serve as the basis of a family of peoples of non-Western civilizations of the new era of the information society. It is the family of peoples that is represented by the project of constructing the future proposed by Sky Politics, "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde."

The picture of the world as a battle of six world projects (as opposed to the chimera of a multipolar world) was developed by Sky Politics theorists.

At the turning point of history in 2025, the world projects have not gone anywhere, for they concern the image of the future and its construction.

Six projects participate in the battle for the new world order. But war (including war of a new hybrid type) is always a clash of only two sides (coalitions).

At the card table of history, in the round of 2025-2028, two coalitions have clashed, each with three projects.

At the head of the coalitions: the USA and the PRC, but the Chinese do not want to be visible and to commission the game, preferring for now not to stick their necks out.

The game of economic trump cards is being commissioned in 2025 by the US President Trump, who has become the leader of the "black international" and has changed liberalism, and before our eyes he is gathering allies for his coalition.

In the party of the black aristocracy of Rome of the Vatican's world project, Trump plays by the notes of the Jews of Chabad, son-in-law Kushner (black hats).

After the death on 21.04.25 of Pope Francis (the black sun of the Jesuits), how things will go in the project of the blacks will be shown by the election of the new pope.

The Kremlin is dragging "Katerina Tikhonova's circle" (Putin's daughter) into this coalition of Trump — the frontman in the negotiations with the USA is Kirill Dmitriev. The ideology of the "Birth of the North" for the "circle" was developed by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov.

Since WWIII of a new hybrid type will end with a new currency world of digital money pegged to gold, active opposition to the project of the "black international" — now headed by the Trump administration — is being offered by the masters of monetary affairs of the project of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel (the Solomon Plan).

The Solomon Plan (headquarters in London) operates hand in hand with the Chinese project of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (Beijing). The card "dummy" here previously was Russia.

The project of world liberalism, after Trump's betrayal, has returned to the homeland of the French Revolution (liberty-equality-fraternity).

The world of Islam: in the clash of civilizations, under the outcome of the biblical "Battle of the End on the mountains of Israel," Turkey's place may be taken by Iran.

How the two coalitions will actually take shape will soon be visible.

Substantiation of concrete measures in politics and economics

Rus’ and China lived for 200 years in the Single State of Genghis Khan from sea to sea. In this state (the First Horde), China of the Yuan dynasty occupied the territory of the ulus of the Great Khan. And the Russian principalities were part of the ulus of Jochi — the eldest son of Genghis Khan. Therefore, in the family of peoples of the non-Western civilizations of the new era, by right of inheritance China will be the elder brother — the patron, and Russia with Sky Politics will become the elder sister — the mentor.

The foundation of Russian-Chinese relations of the new era should be laid in a new treaty of 2026 "On the Family of Peoples of Russia and China," which will replace the 2001 treaty "On Good-Neighborliness."

The problem of a strong mutually beneficial strategic rear of the Russian Federation and the PRC in a "back to back" position can be solved by Closed zones of joint production in the border strip with a special regime for the division of products, borders and customs, into which Russia will enter with natural resources, and China with technologies for the deep processing of raw materials and a labor force for production by the rotational method.

An important condition for success will be the deployment of the Cultural Belt of the New Tea Road, which will overlay the economic interests of the parties with traditional values common to the peoples of non-Western civilizations.

The question of the force support of order and tranquility in the coexistence of the indigenous population and migrants in Greater Eurasia can be resolved as in the Horde with the involvement of a third force, which may be represented by China's armed people's militia.
