The military-strategic aspect of power from Heaven

The first Chancellor of the German Empire, the creator of the Second Reich, von Bismarck, once remarked: "There is no more pitiful spectacle than a gathering of ranting scholars devoid of a military streak."

This instructive thesis of the far-sighted politician, diplomat and strategist who united Germany "by iron and blood" is more relevant than ever for Russia of our time, standing before the cunning choice of the path of victory in the Third World War of a new hybrid type. Namely: the seizure of the future in the civilizational project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde (USSR-2) or nuclear conflagration as the inevitable retribution of the enemies of the human race: "we will go to paradise as martyrs, and they will simply croak" – V. Putin

Let us begin with the second option, as one frightening with the "End of the World."

Before transitioning in 2003 to the activity of a ranting man of letters, I, Sky Politics theorist Andrey Devyatov (in the world Pyotr Gvaskov), from 1976 spent 17 years in China engaged in activity incompatible with official status, and in the intervals between assignments to Beijing, in the 1980s in Moscow, held the position of desk officer for China at the technical means reconnaissance control point of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Soviet Union.

Strategic Radio (communications systems) and radio-technical (radar, radio navigation, radio telecontrol) reconnaissance – this is a system of combat support for the coordinated work of the entire military machine. For R and RTR "measures the pulse" of the command and weapon control systems in all theaters of war: on land, in the world ocean, in the air, in the electromagnetic field and in near-Earth space.

So then, the unleashing of a world war with transition to the nuclear phase, with the identification of political and strategic concepts of nuclear impact and victory over the USSR and the Warsaw Pact countries in the 1980s, R and RTR tracked during command-staff exercises with the involvement of troops, air and naval forces of the type "Global Shield" – for the US nuclear forces, "Wintex" – for NATO in Europe, and "Team Spirit" – for the USA and its allies in the Far East. 

The Global Shield exercises bore a complex offensive character of intercontinental scope. They were attended by: top politicians, the White House apparatus, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Strategic Air Command, the North American Aerospace Defense Command and other control bodies.

In the dynamics of the exercises, a reserve control system was deployed on airborne command posts and relay aircraft for combat control signals to submarines, real launches of ICBMs (without nuclear warheads) were conducted, launches of missiles from nuclear submarines, as well as practical bombing from B-52 aircraft at training grounds with preliminary penetration of the "enemy's" air defense zone. At that time the Americans were working out the concept of a nuclear war lasting up to two months.

The main strategic command-staff exercise of NATO was the exercise "Wintex", whose goal consisted "in deterring the combined armed forces of the Warsaw Pact Organization in the European theater of war, where, in the opinion of the NATO leadership, the enemy possessed significant superiority. The most important feature of the exercise consisted in the fact that the defensive actions of the NATO combined armed forces could be successful only with the use of tactical, and if necessary also strategic nuclear weapons. Worked out were: the "nuclear threshold", the "dual key" system and "48-hour readiness of nuclear means".

During the "Team Spirit" exercises in the Pacific zone around the DPRK, B-52 aircraft from the 43rd Heavy Aviation Wing from the island of Guam demonstrated the fulfillment of the treaty obligations of US nuclear intimidation during joint actions with South Korea.

The use of nuclear weapons by the Armed Forces of the USSR was worked out on a large scale against the USA and NATO at the largest strategic maneuvers in history, "West-81" (one hundred thousand people and all branches of troops) and "Shield-82", and against the PRC with missile launches (without warheads) – at the command-staff exercises "East-81".

At the "West-81" exercises, an offensive operation was worked out to seize Europe with a massive sea and air landing. The decision on the use of Soviet nuclear weapons in a retaliatory counter strike was taken by the USSR Minister of Defense D.F. Ustinov on the report of my commander, the head of R and RTR of the GRU of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Shmyrev P.S., about NATO crossing the nuclear threshold.

The unleashing of war against the USSR with the operational deployment of PLA troops to the Beijing defensive line with transition to the nuclear phase with missile launches was worked out by the Chinese command at the large-scale strategic maneuvers "Steel Wall-88", which ended with a grandiose victory parade received by the chairman of the Military Council of the CPC Central Committee, Deng Xiaoping. For the reconnaissance of this exercise, R and RTR received a rating of "special importance", and I was noted with a certificate of honor from the head of the GRU.

This was the period of the "Cold War", where the demonstration of the possibility of using nuclear weapons at exercises successfully solved the task of deterring the confrontation of the blocs within the boundaries of "hot spots".

The first variant of victory in WWIII is connected with the idea of the Battle of the End

War is the continuation of politics by means of violence. Politics, as a question of power, is tied to the economy—here interests—and is governed by ideological doctrine—here values and sacred things.

According to the assessment of the well-informed Pope Francis, WWIII has been going on since 2013. This holy war (jihad) is the continuation of the politics of the New Caliphate (the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant—ISIL—banned in democratic countries) in the clash of civilizations with the heirs of Rome (Jesus of Nazareth is the God of Rome) in the belt of the biblical Battle of the End from the Nile to the Euphrates.

The theater of the biblical Battle of the End: from the Suez Canal to the Caspian and in depth from the Persian Gulf to Xinjiang (PRC). The center of the clash is the Zionist State of Israel. The battle is driven by the Islamic Republic of Iran, the source of power in which is Allah.

The Russian Federation, with the doctrine of Moscow as the Third Rome, intervened in the Battle of the End on 30.09.2015 with a strike on ISIL from Syria. The power of the Alawites in Syria (B. Assad) was supported by the Russian Federation and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Hence the biblical picture of the sides of the confrontation in the battle: “Gog from the borders of the north (V. Putin has been appointed to this role by those behind the scenes) with a horde of Persians at his side (the IRGC)” against “the king of the south” (the tribes of the House of Jacob—the Jews who came out of Egypt and settled in the dispersion across countries and continents). According to the prophets, “the king of the south” will win.

The idea of the Battle of the End in the “pre-final days of the wrath of the Lord” has been carried for 3,000 years now by Jewish Kabbalists, whose vanguard is the righteous Hasidim in the version of the Chabad teaching (these are the names of the tree of the sefirot of the Kabbalah). D. Trump, as the leader of the revenge of the black international, advocates and acts in the interests of the Hasidim (his negotiators with both Iran and Russia and Ukraine: Witkoff, Kushner, Grünbaum).  

The Hasidim came out of the Pale of Settlement of the Jews of the Russian Empire in Ukraine, in historical Novorossiya. The goal of their teaching is to ensure on the land of their ancestors in the Black Sea region a solemn meeting of the Mashiach (the anointed one for the cherished kingdom of priests and a holy people). For the royal priesthood, according to the Covenant of the Most High, is given to the line of Shem (and not to the Arabs-Hamites or the Europeans-Japhethites).

Here is a concise substantiation of the motives of WWIII of a new hybrid type. There is no nuclear holocaust in these sacred motives.

The economic interests of the clash of civilizations in WWIII arise from the change of economic structures at the transition from the old industrial society of expanded reproduction of capital, which has hit the limits of growth, to the new information society of the wealth of people’s creative abilities. War of the new type acts here as the “midwife of history.”

What does Sky Politics have to do with this?

The firmament revolves around the Pole Star. The essence: the Way of Heaven (Chinese: Dao) is not linear progress from the past into the future, but cycles of development with a return to one’s own circles.

The unwinding of the turns of development into a spiral of the screw is waves. For Sky Politics, history is the sum of waves of different periods. What is relevant for the transfiguration of Rus’ and for the civilization project Greater Eurasia, which is striving into the future, is the Horde wave with a period of return to its starting point of 726 years.

Along this wave, from 2020, under the circumstance of insuperable force—the tide of cosmic energy of the East (the Age of Aquarius)—the assembly is taking place around China (the ulus of the Great Khan of the Single State of Genghis Khan) of three other uluses (territories with populations) into the Third Horde of the peoples of non-Western civilizations. The framework of this Third Horde is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

There is nothing catastrophic in the fact that “Gog from the limits of the north with a host of Persians with him” will lose the Battle of the End to the bearers of the Solomon Plan (the Judaizers within Orthodoxy). For it is precisely as a result of defeat that Rus’ will be cleansed of filth, will set out on the path of rapid—within three years (2026-2028)—transfiguration into the cherished kingdom of truth, and will become a beacon of hope for the countries and peoples of the world on the path of global transformation into the life of the age to come.

To win in WWIII of a new hybrid type and to take a worthy place in the new world order of the information society, Rus’ needs not so much victory of weapons in battles on land, at sea, in the air, and in space, as victory in the war of meanings capable of inspiring peoples to titanic achievements in building a just society of the common good. It is precisely with this that the phenomenon of Russian thought and the Russian spirit with the daring name Sky Politics is concerned.
