If Putin's heart were not in Germany, where the best young years of his service abroad were spent, but in China, toward which he is emotionally cold, then the course and line of Russia's policy after Putin's assumption of the office of President of the Russian Federation on 07.05.24 for a fifth term would unequivocally be – together with China. However, Putin is a Germanophile, and therefore Russia's Chinese policy in the new era of the information society is not what fills his entire heart and all his thoughts regarding the building in Rus’ of a "mighty sovereign conservative state." Specifically for Putin, the Kremlin's creator of meanings, V. Surkov, in September 2023 published a conceptual article, The Birth of the North. In it he substantiated the historical prospect of uniting the national socialists of Russia, Europe and the USA against China and the "global South" (Surkov covertly hints at the revenge of the black international in the form of the "great reset" and inclusive capitalism, proclaimed by K. Schwab and supported by the Vatican). On 09.04.24, Sky Politics theorists, examining the prospect of the Battle of World Projects and applying the original technology of "feeling out the future" through a command-and-staff game on maps, confirmed the possibility of Russia's victory in the northern coalition outlined by Surkov (see our No. 949: The Great Game on Maps – 2025. Russia Starts and Wins). Thus, in the alignment of internal political forces, the pro-Western grouping of Kremlin figures, whipping up the "yellow peril," received a "trump card" in determining Russia's position in relations of balanced strategic interaction and partnership with the PRC. Nevertheless, the second variant of the Kremlin's policy in a coalition with the PRC and the money masters of the Sons of the Covenant (B'nai B'rith), with the Great Game ordered for the stake of 2025-2028 by China, for the entry of countries and peoples into the new monetary world, would be for the new Russian authorities both less burdensome and more advantageous. The cunning choice of the variant of the Great Game for the Russia that exists remains the main intrigue of power after Putin's assumption of the office of President of the Russian Federation for a new term. Variant 1 – the coalition of the North for the revenge of the black international – envisages escalation of combat operations in the Ukrainian theater of operations and Russia's victory on the battlefield. Then the Russian Federation would require a second wave of mobilization and the formation of a second strategic echelon. Variant 2 – the Russian Federation together with the PRC and the Sons of the Covenant – envisages forcing the parties to the conflict to peace, winding down the Special Military Operation and the partition of Ukraine. This cunning choice is what Putin will have to make and justify at the talks with Xi Jinping during his visit to the PRC in May. But there is also a third variant, when the collective West in the Battle of World Projects is represented by the "alliance of democracies" and in the course of a Third World War of a new hybrid type plays out a strategic offensive operation on the financial front. Thus, on 20.04.24 the US Congress approved a law giving the monetary authorities the right to confiscate Russia's frozen money and use it for the reconstruction of Ukraine. Russia, through the words of Federation Council Chairwoman V. Matviyenko, declared that the response would be such that the world financial system would collapse. At the same time, the collapse of the old monetary world is precisely the goal of WWIII. In other words, the money masters, through the hands of the "blue" liberal democrats, are creating a situation that allows them, bypassing the design of the "black" ones, to enter the new monetary world without an escalation of combat operations fraught with a nuclear phase. Truly – the pinnacle of the art of war is victory without the use of weapons! As for the new monetary world, what is meant is new digital money tied to the weight of metallic gold. And here it is noteworthy that the PRC, since mid-2023, in addition to its existing gold reserve, has purchased 2,800 tons of gold on the world market – that is a very great deal. According to some competent estimates, China (on the mainland, in Hong Kong and in Taiwan), with the help of the Sons of the Covenant, has accumulated on the order of 30,000 tons of gold, which will be sufficient to take the place of unconditional leader in the new monetary world. That is why Putin's cunning choice, contrary to the disposition of his heart, in the Great Game will pragmatically incline toward Variant 2. If our supreme commander-in-chief in May were to go to Beijing not with gifts of local products (low prices for resources) from the country of the North to ask the "emperor of the Celestial Empire" for political recognition and a decent place in the coalition of "multipolarities" around China, but as the ruler of the East, then in the Battle of World Projects he would be able to save face. The fact is that according to the law of changes, only the East overcomes the Center of the celestial world occupied by China (the Center, in turn, overcomes the North, which is enshrined in the PRC's secret doctrine "Three Norths. Four Seas"). In order for Russia to become aware of itself not as the North but as the East, there are two main grounds. These are the line of the date change in the Bering Strait between the Pacific and Arctic Oceans (the new day of planet Earth begins in Chukotka) and the dogma of the faith of the Light from the East of pre-schism Orthodoxy (in Chinese – the Eastern correct teaching). That is, in the picture of the world of Rus’ it is necessary to seize time and renounce the doctrine of bowing before the West, "Moscow – the Third Rome," imposed in the 15th century at the prompting of the Vatican.
