ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS On the hidden meanings of the linkage of the forces of the "blue," "red," and "black" 22.03.24, four days after V. Putin was declared elected president of the Russian Federation, a brazen terrorist act was committed in the Moscow concert hall "Crocus" (more than 150 people died, more than 500 were injured). The perpetrators of the terrorist act took no hostages and made no demands. The heads of the Russian Federation's special services blamed Ukraine for organizing the terrorist act. Thereby linking "the monstrous massacre, which has no justification" to a Russophobic asymmetric response to Russia's actions in the Special Military Operation (SMO – a counterstrike for the purposes of self-defense by the Armed Forces of the RF against Ukraine – began on 24.02.22). The mass media concentrated attention on the perpetrators of the terrorist act, keeping silent about: who sent the signal of intimidation, to whom, and why, a signal that ended not in the boiling up among Russian "Z" patriots of a wave of noble fury for revenge, but which plunged the country into mourning and brought Russian society into a state of meekness: flowers, candles, soft toys, as symbols of grief, humility, and patience. The event, which plunged Russian society into a state of amazement and shook the supreme authority, in order to understand the hidden meaning of what happened, in the absence of any ultimatums and with the very strange four individuals (visiting Tajiks) recognized as the perpetrators of the massacre, requires interpretation from the level of the supersystem. For a hint: where to look for the invisible hand of the planner of this bloody event, let us turn to the cryptogram "The World in 2024" in the London magazine The Economist – the mouthpiece of the "Sons of the Covenant" (the worldwide Jewish organization B'nai B'rith). The cryptogram is executed in three colors: black, red, and blue. Sky Politics interprets the political picture of the world in color as follows: The black – this is the world project of revenge of the black international – the "Great Reset" of Klaus Schwab – headed by the Vatican (the "black sun" of the Jesuits). The red – this is the world project of the "Eternal Kingdom of Israel" of Kabbalist Jews in partnership with the Chinese project of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (the profile of Xi Jinping). The blue – this is all liberal democracy (including the ruling party of the RF, United Russia), the market economy, the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, opposite to the values of the red (the profile of Biden).

At the center of the cryptogram is a ballot box – a symbol of the acquisition of legitimacy of power as a result of elections. In the upper part, attention is drawn to an hourglass, where the time of confrontation between the red – President of Ukraine Zelensky – and the blue – President of Russia Putin – is approaching its end. The end of the conflict in Ukraine is taking place by the method of coercion to peace. Zelensky is being pressured by bombardments (the black hundred of patriots of the RF). Over Putin looms the "dove of peace" (the pope and the black aristocracy). The time of the end of the conflict Zelensky \ Putin runs up against electoral procedures, the outcome of which is undetermined (?) and splits into the opposite: blue Biden \ red Xi Jinping. From Biden, lines of connection lead upward to artificial intelligence, and from Xi Jinping – to the collapse of the modern financial system. Such a deciphering of the cryptogram allows interpreting the design of the planner, and this is the Sons of the Covenant with the instruments of Kabbalah. That is, the terrorist act of 22.03.24 is a signal of coercion to peace of Putin personally. The bloody event was carried out by someone else's hands – Tajiks from the ISIS cell banned in the RF and all "blue" countries of democracy. A sign of the customer is the ear cut off during the detention on 23.03.24 of one of the Islamists, referring those initiated to the Jewish symbolism of "Haman's ears" of the first day of the celebration of their holiday of victory, Purim. Additional intelligence signs of coercion to peace in Ukraine are the symbolic actions of red China and the frank statements of competent persons of the USA. Thus, at the very beginning of the Special Military Operation of the RF Armed Forces in Ukraine, the well-informed chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the US Armed Forces, Mark Milley, stated that "the conflict will last two and a half years" (until the autumn of 2024). And since February 2024, the Chinese have quietly increased pressure on the "long state of Putin." For more than a month now, all participants in foreign economic activity (Russian importers of Chinese goods) have been experiencing great difficulties in transferring money to pay for goods. Payments either do not go through at all and are returned, or Chinese banks begin to request a pile of additional information and in every way drag out the processing of payments. As a result, each payment takes a month. Moreover, all payments are in yuan, and not in the currency of the contracts – dollars or euros. This creates colossal problems in logistics and business inside Russia. The delay in payments is a purely Chinese method of the "endless path of cunning," designed to support by force the activity of the special representative of the government of the PRC for Eurasian affairs and the settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, Li Hui. The situation at the front, on the whole, can be characterized as follows: In the grouping of the RF Armed Forces there is no second echelon of assault infantry, which could, over the heads of the troops that have long been sitting in positional defense, rapidly overcome the wide strip of the gray zone at the line of contact of the sides and break through the front of the Ukrainians. The Ukrainians, meanwhile, fight and do not surrender because in their genotype they are stubborn, steadfast, with a khutor psychology (mine). And their noble fury boils up after each blackout of light and water in the homes of the civilian population after strikes by the RF Armed Forces on infrastructure. As the Great Lenin bequeathed: "The outcome of the struggle is ultimately determined by the state of spirit of those masses who shed their blood on the battlefield." The spirit of the khokhols has not yet been suppressed, for Russia has no ideological support and no effective special propaganda in the SMO.
