The compression of society by the hardships and deprivations of the "special operation" is fraught with the people's yearning for freedom 

The premonition of "February" in the Russian Federation is inspired by the ghost of a new currency world that has long been wandering the expanses of BRICS.

On the second day of the winter solstice, from 23 December 2025, the Russian Federation has permitted the purchase and sale of digital currencies and stablecoins, but using them for settlements within the country for now is not allowed.

At the same time it became known that a barrel of Russian oil from tankers in the Baltic Sea costs $34.82, and in the Black Sea — $33.17. With quotations of the benchmark Brent grade at around 61 dollars, it turns out that the discount is approaching 50%. This is a consequence of Western sanctions imposed on Russia in connection with the operation in the Ukrainian theater of operations. The number of tankers that have fallen under sanctions has already exceeded 600. A third of the tanker fleet carrying Russian oil cannot unload.

Budget losses are compensated by raising the price of gasoline and diesel fuel on the domestic market, as well as by increasing taxes, tariffs and fees. The hardships are shifted onto the country's population.

The winter of our anxiety will sharpen the questions: who is to blame and what is to be done? Administrative measures to correct the regime of power will be in order.

And when the country, with inflated prices for fuel for machinery, approaches the spring sowing, the masters of money matters will right then begin to finance the bright future with digital tokens.

On 23.12.25, the head of the RSPP, A.N. Shokhin, stated that investment activity in Russia in 2026 could go into negative territory. The budget is balanced by an over-strengthened ruble. This reduces revenues. Business has to cut production programs and switch to a four-day week. There is no point in counting on state support: the budgetary development impulse is being reduced as planned. Ahead lies a change in the economic model.

The misfortune of "our Sacred power" is the absence of an image of the future. The conservatives of Putin's Long State (a term coined by the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov) — are "holding things together."

The fear of the Lord for the Kremlin is the end of the Special Military Operation, for then they will have to take up peaceful life. And state-building without goal-setting (the holders are not about seizing the future) leads to a deepening of the people's apathy, fraught with an analogue of the "February revolution" of liberation.

The driving force of "February" will be the national-patriots (the black ones). The Kremlin's bet on the "liberators of Donbass" who have come out of battle will collide with the rejection of the "holders" precisely by those who have come out of battle (so it was with the Afghan warriors). But there were not so many veterans of the war in Afghanistan. Now, however, there are more than 3 million SMO veterans charged for change. (The Time of Heroes).

The heirs of supreme power and big business of New Russia – the forty-year-old children of today's seventy-year-old leaders – grew up on money flows, yachts, and palaces of the oligarchy – the mainstay of our "mighty sovereign\guarantor". Let us watch the film "Dukhless".

WWIII of a new hybrid type will end with the New currency world of digital money. The process started in 2025 and, as announced, will last three years until 2028.

The SMO is losing political meaning and will be wound down in the very nearest perspective. The Russian Federation will move to peaceful life – the Time of Heroes who have come out of battle will arrive (reading Prokhanov's novel "Lemner", let us recall the "march of justice" of Ye. Prigozhin's PMC).

The seventy-year-old leaders of New Russia will yield their place to their forty-year-old heirs. The transitional period will take precisely these three years. In 2028 the people will live in New Muscovy.

The heirs – the "Circle of Katerina Tikhonova" – do not need war. The drums of war will fall silent. The yachts of the elites of New Muscovy will again sail to Capri, to Cannes, to Monaco, to Palma de Mallorca... The rascals of Courchevel will return to the slopes of the Alps. Davos will again become a platform for the communication of the elite of the Reborn North.

In 2023, V. Surkov came out with a manifesto, "The Birth of the North".

In 2025, D. Trump declared: the USA will grow with Canada and Greenland.

On 15.08.25, a summit of the leaders of the USA and the Russian Federation took place in Alaska.

The Spirit of Alaska is alive through the works of K. Dmitriev (Katerina Tikhonova's Circle) and hovers over the Northern Sea Route.

Back in 1993, China adopted the doctrine of the peaceful overcoming of the "Three Norths": the North American United States, the countries of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, and Russia beyond the Urals.

Thus the turn of world politics is taking place from the old West–East scheme to the North–South axis of the stage of global transformation.

In December 2025 the peaceful Spirit of Alaska wafted onto the Ukrainian theater of operations from Miami. The terms of peace were coordinated by plenipotentiary representatives of the leaders of the North: K. Dmitriev from the Russian Federation and Witkoff and Kushner from the USA.

There will be no great war of weapons, for war is the continuation of politics, and there are no political goals for a great war.

In 2029, Russia will celebrate the 300th anniversary of the birth of Empress Catherine II the Great. This wise decision was made on 17.09.2025 by the President of the Russian Federation, V. Putin.

And yet this is a symbol that has been declared for the "reign" of Catherine III.

On the eve of the next anniversary of the October coup, on 07.11.25, in Russia the state television of the Russian Federation showed Usmanov–Konchalovsky's epic film "Chronicles of the Russian Revolution".

Our remarkable analysts were searching for "historical truth" there (and did not find it). But the epic is not about yesterday, but about today and tomorrow.

No matter how much you point your finger at the reconnaissance signs available to discernment. The stubbornness of our overly Orthodox jingo-patriots clouds an unbiased view of things...

Ahead lies, in one form or another, the materialization of the specter of "February".
