Greeting the new year, in Rus’ people traditionally congratulate one another: “Happy New Year. With new happiness.” In this congratulation, unconsciously, in spirit, is conveyed the hope for a bright future in prosperity, joy and merriment. In the New Year’s – 2024 address of RF President Putin to the people, the prospect of new happiness is characterized by such expressions as: “We have to move forward, to build the future. Our values were and remain for us an unshakeable support. Work for the common good has united society. The main traits of the people of Russia in labor and in battle are solidarity, mercy, steadfastness. In the struggle for truth and justice … we are able to solve the most difficult tasks and will never retreat. We are one country, one big family. We are together! And this is the most reliable guarantee of Russia’s future.” At the same time, the word “victory” was not included in the president’s address to Russians. Victory – the essence of overcoming misfortune – is the guarantee of attaining happiness. The misfortunes of “Putin’s Long State,” in the formulation of the former creator of Kremlin meanings V. Surkov, come down to the fact that New Russia, having lost its spiritual sovereignty, has bowed before the values of the rights and freedoms of personal gain of Western civilization. The way out, “with a gaze over the mirages” and “having removed the false pieces from the chessboard,” will be “the Great North – Russia, the USA and Europe, forming a common sociocultural space” (opposing China and the global South). “The dissolution of both West and East in the Great North,” or otherwise “the integration of the Great North around Russia,” will become “our victory, which will change both us and the so-called West.” Such a “gaze over the mirages” is characteristic of Russia’s ruling stratum, which ignores both the force majeure of Russia’s current turn to the East and the historical truth of the formation of a centralized state around the core of the Russian principalities – Muscovy of the first tsar Ivan the Terrible – as the legacy of the Golden Horde (the Jochi ulus of Genghis Khan’s Single State). Independence, self-reliance and reliance on one’s own forces – which are also the strategic solitude of the RF in the Third World War of a new hybrid type – characterize the course and line of the Kremlin’s real policy at the exit from the crisis of industrial society into the new world order of the coming information society of the new epoch of cosmic energies of the constellation Aquarius. The image of this exit (new happiness-2024) is entirely connected with the outcome of the armed violence called the RF Special Military Operation (de facto for the annexation of new territories) in Ukraine. The birth of the Great North – one of the hypothetical variants of such an exit – is drawn by classical geopolitics. Whereas the fresh system of views born in Russia with the bold name Sky Politics draws the exit from the crisis as a civilizational project directed toward the future – Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. The Third Horde, and not the “Latinity” of Moscow – the Third Rome, because within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, by the natural course of things, a family of peoples of non-Western civilizations is being born – the heirs of Genghis Khan’s Single State (the First Horde) and Stalin’s Socialist camp (the Second Horde). The principles of their organization fit without contradiction into the basic characteristics of the new happiness named in President Putin’s New Year’s 2024 address to the people. Now for the sad part. Combat operations, as the continuation of politics by violent means, within the framework of the SMO were planned as maneuverable and short-lived engagements of battalion tactical groups in a network-centric war of a new type. Victory in such a war is achieved through information superiority in the combat cycle of command of a unified network of reconnaissance, targeting, navigation, communications and combat employment of weapons (shot – destruction of targets) without direct physical contact of personnel with enemy forces. In reality, however, there was no highly intellectual battle. Due to a shortage of assault infantry (not counting the Wagner PMC), combat operations at the front very soon took on the protracted character of a positional war of attrition with emphasis on artillery (of the First World War type), though with the broad replacement of front-line aviation in air support of infantry by drones (UAVs). By the end of 2023,, having ground down in the trenches of positional defense the sluggish counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces convinced the Kremlin of the correctness of the chosen path of victory, and pointed to the holding of new territories as a true indicator of success in a classical-type war. At the strategic level, conclusions were also drawn that Russia is outplaying the USA. For, having found itself after 07.10.23 stretched across two fronts – the material-technical, financial and rear support of the conflicts in Ukraine and in Israel – the aggregate power of the USA turned out to be supposedly undermined and incapable of successfully waging at once both the Third World War of a new hybrid type and two local wars of the old type. Quietly, in the corridors of power of the RF, a firm sense arose of Russia’s economic (successful confrontation with sanctions) and military superiority over all unfriendly countries, and therefore the word “victory” in the New Year’s address was considered superfluous. In reality, however, the rosy picture of the world proposed by the Kremlin can also be presented from another angle of understanding the global processes of the new epoch. In the epoch of the old world order of industrial society, wars were waged for control over territories. Here lies the essence of geopolitics as the political geography of the distribution of resources and living space. Wars for territories are waged by states. Here the main factor of victory is their aggregate power. In the new epoch of the information society, the war of meanings has come to the fore in the confrontation of heterogeneous forces. Wars of meanings are waged by world projects. Sky Politics, as a doctrine of time and spirit, substantiates the non-material factors of overcoming partners in the “Great Game” for seizing the future. An assessment of the alignment of forces of the six world projects acting in the game at the card table of history shows the sagging of liberalism as the basis of the conceptual power of the collective West. In the USA – originally a country of white Anglo-Saxon Protestants (WASP) – Jews and Catholics now dominate in power, having buried the American dream, nourished by the Protestant ethic that demands much, honest and skillful work. Protestant piety (let’s make America great again) is being replaced by godless transhumanism with the triumph of the law on same-sex marriages, robotics and the genetically modified human. In Europe, under the aegis of the Vatican, the "Great Reset" began in 2020 on the path to a new world order according to the route markers of the revenge of the black international. And here, under the black sun of the Jesuits and the pressure of London's masters of money matters, Christian ethics gives way to the dictatorship of the "prince of this world" with continuous digitalization of life, ubiquitous QR codes of personal control, and refined hypocrisy. The firmness of the conceptual foundations of faith is demonstrated only by radical Islam, which has entered into collision with the civilization of the West and in the biblical Battle of the End is destined to smash the idol of hedonism, egoism, and the soulless state tyranny of Rome. A special place is occupied by the ancient conceptuality of Central Asia – the secret doctrine of the cradle of humanity, untouched by liberals – the mythical underground kingdom of Agartha. In esoteric and occult literature, with references to Tibetan and Mongolian lamas, a legend is told of the hollow earth and the country located there, which from a parallel reality governs the destinies of humanity. There dwell the true teachers of the world, headed by the "Emperor of Kalachakra" (the wheel of time). It is believed that the exits from the country of Agartha to the outside world are supposedly located in hard-to-reach places of Tibet, Central Asia, and Antarctica. The Russian artist, mystic philosopher, writer, and traveler N.K. Roerich, carrying out a "Buddhist mission" during the Central Asian expedition, in 1923, when requesting permission to visit Lhasa, presented himself to the Dalai Lama XIII as the embodiment of the "25th Emperor of Kalachakra" (he did not receive permission, after which he moved on to India, and then to America). In 2017, the Moscow publishing house Knizhny Mir published the book by the president of the Academy of Geopolitical Problems, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Colonel-General L. Ivashov, "The Overturned World. Secrets of the Past – Riddles of the Future." In the book, the author, on the instructions of the FSB of the Russian Federation, exposes a version of the history of humanity compiled from materials of secret special depositories of the special services of the USSR, Hitler's Germany, and partly the USA. So then, what was considered myths regarding Shambhala and Agartha is shown in the book as a parallel reality, laid upon copies of reliable archival documents. The relevance of the mystical-esoteric system of cognition and transformation of the world, denied by the scientific-materialist and religious-idealist systems, is determined by the circumstance that the time has come which those behind the scenes had awaited for 60 years under the aegis of the occult order of the Green Dragon. Namely, the year 2024 according to the linear Gregorian calendar from the Nativity of Christ will be the year of the Green Dragon according to the cosmic foundations of the Chinese cyclical calendar xiali. That is, conditions will be created (a lucky chance) to "catch kairos" – to ride the phase of the ascending wave of vibrations of the invisible world. Or, in other words, to launch an exit from the crisis of "this world" through an anthropological transition into the world of "a new heaven and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells," not according to the variant of the Great North of the adepts of the West and not according to the variant of the Third Horde of the adepts of the East, but along the trajectory of the parallel reality of the kingdom of Agartha.
