On the victorious conclusion of the RF's SMO in Ukraine

From the perspective of the general theory of war, the history of all societies that have ever existed has been a history of wars and the art of war. 

And so now, what is happening in relations between Russia and Ukraine is by no means only, and not so much, combat operations on the Theater of War, as a hybrid of feelings of anger, factors of force and heterogeneous relations of a new type of war.

The global transformation of the new era, with humanity's transition from an industrial society to an information society, has shifted the essence of victory from the use of violence in the material sphere of war—weapons—to the immaterial sphere of the war of meanings.

That is why the ultimate beneficiary and real victor in Russia's Special Military Operation in Ukraine will not be those veterans who shed blood on the battlefield with weapons in hand, but those who will receive the results of this new hybrid-type war.

And these "those" are none other than the generation of "children of perestroika" born in the 1990s, who form the basis of the new "creative class" and have absorbed the values and lifestyle of Western society. It is they—raised in the liberalism of the New Russia—who will be the first, upon the conclusion of combat operations, to break the finish-line ribbon of the SMO and receive all the victors' prizes of "Putin's Long State."

And the main prize of the SMO for the "children of perestroika" will be the generational change, when the current top-level leaders (those over 70) yield their places at the levers of governance to their children-heirs.

The losers from a ceasefire will be the "Z" propagandists, the excessively Orthodox, and the jingo-patriots, angered by the outcome of the SMO.

It is possible to cease fire along the line of combat contact by giving an order by command, without any conditions, whereas "eliminating the root causes of the conflict" requires certain changes in policy, fixed by a treaty.

So then, by all indications, Russia's agreements with Ukraine will very likely resemble the "obscene" Brest Peace of 1918, when the Bolshevik Kremlin preserved its power at the cost of surrendering Ukraine to the Germans (read M. Bulgakov's novel "The White Guard"). 

And now the constitutional regime of the power of liberalism in Russia will be secured by the Kremlin through a peace treaty on the partition of Ukraine into parts, with the surrender of historical Novorossiya to the Jewish planners of global transformation under a "New Khazaria" (a Hasidic New Israel), for it has been officially stated in Moscow more than once that "everything is going according to plan."

The strategic defeat of the "Z" patriots of Russian imperial nationalism (given that Z is the last letter of the Latin alphabet and the first letter of the name Zion) was conceived from the outset and conditioned by the fact that the new-look RF Armed Forces in the SMO were assigned only the tasks of demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, yet without formulating the immaterial meaning (a captivating idea of a bright future) that "our military liberators" would carry to the "brotherly Orthodox people."

In Syria, the new-look RF Armed Forces defended the Motherland from terrorists on distant approaches. On the territory of Ukraine, "our military" is defending the Motherland from NATO threats on near approaches, having on 24.02.22 delivered a preemptive counterstrike on Kyiv for the purposes of self-defense.

Yet the result of the counterstrike is lamentable: it has not been possible in 3.5 years to change the regime in Kyiv to a pro-Russian one; demilitarization has in fact turned into the rearmament of the AFU with NATO weapons and military equipment; denazification has led only to the consolidation of the Ukrainian nation and the strengthening of Russophobia.

It is a pity that Z-patriotism does not distinguish the people's Red Army (service as an honorable duty by conscription) from the hired army of the new-look RF Armed Forces (service for money under contract).

It is a pity that the Black-Hundred, excessively Orthodox view of war does not distinguish the fighting spirit on both sides, which boils up where blood is shed (tactics), from the Spirit of Truth—"For God is with us"—where the motive of the justice of the war itself arises (strategy).

It is a pity that the jingo-patriots have forgotten that powerful wave of young clever men of the creative class with high incomes fleeing mobilization, as compared with volunteers going to serve under contract in the RF Armed Forces because locally there is nowhere to earn 200,000 rubles a month.

It is a pity that the angered heart of the Z-patriot, of course, feels the truth, but the mind protests, does not want to, rebels at the very thought: "we have been deceived again"...

On the external contour, the main stakeholders influencing the course and outcome of the RF's SMO in Ukraine are: China and the USA.

In May 2025, the head of Chinese diplomacy stated that he does not want Russia to be defeated, for without the Russia/US confrontation the Collective West would fall upon China with all its might.

US President D. Trump on 14.07.25 issued an ultimatum that, if by 02.09.25 there is no progress in the settlement in Ukraine, the USA will impose harsh secondary sanctions against Russia.

The Kremlin called the US intentions "quite serious" and requested a UN Security Council meeting for 31.07 with a proposal to focus on discussing actions that undermine the paths to a diplomatic resolution of the Ukrainian conflict.

According to our assessment, the design for implementing the "Solomon Plan" in the Ukrainian theater of operations of a new hybrid type of WWIII envisages:

  • A ceasefire by the Jewish New Year – September.
  • Then the election of the President of Ukraine (Zaluzhny) – November.
  • Then a "shameful" partition of Ukraine to create a New Khazaria right around the transition of Jews into the new monetary world.
