ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS Once again about the intrigues of the Green Dragon In 1995, Jewish Kabbalists, interpreting the books of the Covenant, concluded that the time had come for the global transformation of the world as we know it, and that the time had come to gradually reveal the secret knowledge of which they had been the guardians for 3000 years. It was then that the authorized bearers of the three-thousand-year Solomon Plan declared: “Jews! The Mashiach has already come. The time of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel is approaching, when the house of Jacob will shepherd the peoples of the world like countless flocks according to the Covenant of the Most High.” At the same time, the implementation of the Solomon Plan is understood as the onset of the “millennium of the Sabbath” and the “kingdom of priests and a holy people.” The creation of this “kingdom of a holy people” is connected with the “New Khazaria” project, which is to be deployed on the territory of Ukraine with reliance on the existing statehood of the Republic of Crimea. The name of the design is Crimean California. Differences in the cultural codes of different peoples, different genotypes and archetypes of large groups of people, complicate the creation of a theory of a single humanity. The practice of globalization, by the natural course of the realization of national specificity, led to the creation of six civilizational projects striving into the future. Sky Politics named these projects as follows: - The Solomon Plan (the Finintern of the Jews). London. - The Great Unification of the Chinese (Datong). Beijing. - Great Europe of the black aristocracy. Vatican. - The New Babylon of transhumanism. New York. - The New Caliphate of the World of Islam. Istanbul.

- Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. Moscow. Civilizational projects have different pictures of the world, different philosophies of nature and different images of the future. The predetermined assembly point of all humanity from the different routes of development of civilizational projects is what scholars have called the “anthropological transition,” and what the prophets called “a new heaven and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.” Then: “The invisible world will become visible, God will be All in All and His name will be one.” The estimated time of the transition is the middle of the 21st century (2044 – 2050). The organization of the interaction of heterogeneous forces driving the projects along the path of global transformation is handled by those behind the scenes of the world, gathered around the “Round Table” society. The notification of intentions and the coordination of possibilities are carried out first in back rooms in clubs (the Roman, Bilderberg) and then at world forums (Davos). The executors of civilizational projects behind the scenes of states are gathered into supranational structures of the order type. These are the spiritual-knightly orders of the Vatican; Masonic lodges of various rites (Johannites, Illuminati, of the Scottish and Swedish circles); the Sons of the Covenant (B’nai B’rith) and their infrastructure (lions, Rotarians). All of them are engaged in the hidden management of society. In the information society, the ramified network of Masons and other elements of those behind the scenes becomes superfluous for the hidden management of society and is gradually replaced by artificial intelligence. Within the projects of those behind the scenes, self-government is looped into three sectors: priests, warriors and dealers, controlling each other. The methods of management of those behind the scenes are divided into rational and mystical. German mysticism sprouted in the occult society of Thule, and Tibetan mysticism in the order of the Green Dragon. The worldview of the order of the Green Dragon has its roots in the mysticism of the religious system of Tibet, Bon-po (not Tengrianism). And the concepts of Bon lay at the foundation of the political system of the single state of Genghis Khan from sea to sea. In the 16th century, the ideas of the order in Britain were developed by the court astrologer, Kabbalist and magician of Elizabeth I, John Dee, who formulated the concept of “Green Earth.” The essence of the concept: the mystical unity of the world, which does not have Roman succession, with the closure of the peoples of Eurasia into a “New Horde.” John Dee devoted the treatise “Hieroglyphic Monad” to the mystical unity of the world with the search for symbolic keys to the code of the Law of the Universe. The ideas of Eurasianism, as a continental bloc opposing the bloc of Anglo-Saxon maritime powers, were developed by K. Haushofer – the author of the geopolitics of living space of the Third Reich. In order to clarify the meaning: what the Green Dragon is in the secret knowledge of Europeans, it must be compared with another, namely: with the interpretation of the hierarchy of nine dragons among the Chinese. So, the green dragon has the seventh number. The number 7 forms the affairs of parallel reality (including the energy of the atom). This is the power of the dark worlds, where the “emperor of Kalachakra” leafs through the book of destinies in the wheel of time.

Now about the current moment and the prospect up to 2025 In October 2015, the state visit of PRC Chairman Xi Jinping to Great Britain took place, where for the subsequent 10 years (until 2025) a “golden era” of the transition of Chinese-British relations into the New Monetary World was opened. Of fundamental importance was the consent to the connection of the stock exchanges of Shanghai and London; the role of Britain as the founder of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (for the New Silk Road); and the internationalization of yuan quotations to gold, currencies, goods and bonds in the global network Beijing – Shanghai – Hong Kong – London – New York. If, however, one asks the question: “And where is the Green Dragon here?” Then the answer will require a comment regarding the transfer of power in Britain and the entire behind-the-scenes of London from Queen Elizabeth II through her son Charles (Charles III) further to her grandson William. Immediately after the New Year holidays of 2024, Charles III ordered preparations and, supposedly, by the end of the year (of the Green Dragon) to hold William’s coronation. Prince William, from Diana Spencer of the Churchill – Marlborough family (the only ducal title transmitted through the female line), is married to Kate Middleton (through her mother from the family of English Jews Goldsmith). The nationality of Jews is taken through the mother. And here it should be noted that Queen Victoria of the Hanoverian dynasty was certain that the monarchs of the Brits are descendants of King David, and therefore have the right to build the world project according to the Solomon Plan. The theme of parallel reality on the eve of the year of the Green Dragon is being exposed not by chance, for those behind the scenes on the path to the new monetary world will rely on the magic of digitalization. There are those behind the scenes in high degrees of initiation. And there is the extras in Davos and Bilderberg. The Green Dragon (order) is the force cover of the executors (the extras). Whereas the global designs of change are kept in Tibet by the yellow hats (Bon-po). The year 2024 of the Green Dragon was awaited by the Planner behind the scenes for 60 years, in order to launch changes with energies from the earth. That is why the Vatican also advocates the revenge of the black international. On 31.12.23, in President Putin’s New Year address to the people, the words sounded: “THE COMMON GOOD, THE BIG FAMILY, OUR VALUES, TO BUILD THE FUTURE” – for this is the mysticism of the red project. The realization of the intentions to change the paradigm of power in the Russian Federation from “blue” (liberal) to “red” in 2024 will be carried out by the “blacks.” And the blacks (including our Z patriots) are precisely the “dark force – the accursed HORDE.” You cannot throw words out of a song in a war of meanings.
