On how to catch the phase of the tidal wave of the energy of the East

In the theory of power from heaven (Sky Politics), history is the sum of waves of different periods (36 in total).

The formal parameters of a wave are amplitude, frequency, phase.

In the history of mankind they characterize the trinity of time: 

  • as the linear duration of a process (Greek Chronos),
  • as the order of succession of events in a cycle – first "A", then "B", then "C" (Greek Cyclos), and
  • as the favorable moment: "when exactly" (Greek Kairos).

Sky Politics is about how to catch the Kairos – the phase of a favorable tidal wave and ride this oncoming wave, so that the entire Universe amplifies and carries even the smallest efforts of the authorities.

In world history, with the arrival of a new cosmic epoch of the energies of the stars of the constellation Aquarius (according to the Mayan galactic calendar, taking into account the transitional stage of 11.5 years – from 2013), the energy of the East is on the tide. This manifestation of the Law of the Universe has received the name tectonic processes of global transformation.

In politics, 2013 saw the beginning of World War III of a new hybrid type. The world of Islam proclaimed the New Caliphate and, under the black banner of the Mahdi, began a "holy war" (jihad) against the "rotten civilization of Western democracies" (color blue).

In 2013, the Jesuit pope Francis ascended the holy throne, soon declaring that "WWIII has already begun"; in the PRC, Xi Jinping became the leader of the party, army and state of the new epoch; Barack Hussein Obama took office as US president for a second term; and V. Putin in the Russian Federation placed his bet on traditional values.

The change in the political line of the administration of Russian President Putin in his third term from openly "blue" (liberalism) to "black" (national-patriot) did not change the essence of the constitutional order of the Russian Federation.

Russia, with the doctrine of "Moscow – the Third Rome", remained part of the world of the West, which it confirmed in 2015 by entering the biblical Battle of the End with the caliphate of jihadists on the territory of Syria.

The political content of WWIII of the new hybrid type is the confrontation between the USA and the PRC for the place of global leader. The outcome of WWIII will be a new currency world of digital money.

Digital "tokens" capitalize time not as linear duration (credit), but as turnover in the cycle of project implementation. Here lies the fundamental difference in the mode of growth of wealth of the new epoch and the driving force of the fourth industrial revolution.

The basis of the confrontation between the economies of the PRC and the USA is the change of the technological order from the hydrocarbon energy of industrial society to the digital technologies of the information society; and – of the entire cycle of capital accumulation from the American (Atlantic) to the Chinese (Pacific).

In the matter of managing the Spirit of power of Putin's Long State with its conservatism, the holders generate in propaganda a standing wave of meekness, humility and patience. Outside the official standing wave of the protective procedures of humility are activists labeled "foreign agent" and digital nomads.

The potential of the transformation of Rus', foretold by seers, into the "Kingdom of Truth" (justice) is located precisely in the milieu of digital nomads, who have preserved the free spirit of change. 

The power of the holders will not allow the traveling wave of enthusiasm from below to be accelerated, by the protective procedures of "Russian democracy".

The dampers are the mechanisms of "separation of powers", where in the procedures any impulse of free will will be extinguished (even the liberal B. Nadezhdin, with real signatures from the people, was not allowed to run in the Russian presidential elections of 2024 on a formal pretext).

The standing wave of apathy will be broken by the irresistible force of circumstances of the completion of the Special Military Operation on the Ukrainian theater of operations.

The holders do not know what to do about the demobilization of those who have come out of combat, or where to lead the country next, whereas the demand of the young for a worthy place in the future is a natural state of society.

An intelligence sign of confusion is the absence in 2025 of the constitutionally mandated annual Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly (in reality, to the government and the people).

The presidential address is about what to do what to do.

Instead of an address, toward the end of the year there will be a direct line and a large presidential press conference — and that is about who is to blame who is to blame.

Without the completion of the SMO, without summing up its outcome and the price paid by the country and the people for that outcome, nothing will move either at the center or in the localities. The essence is that the completion of the SMO will become a favorable moment to “catch Kairos” — the phase of the tidal wave of the energy of the East.

Without any doubt, riding the wave of the tide of this energy of a new epoch is People’s China, which has mapped out the path for realizing the red Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the nation according to the milestones and deadlines for building a powerful, modern, modernized, first-order socialist power (by 2030, 2035, 2049).

Sky Politics has substantiated the prospect of Russia’s entry into the New World Order together with China, on China’s shoulders and at China’s expense.

For in this way, having mounted the tidal wave of the energy of the East, one can step off the standing wave of conservatism of the holders who keep Russia in the old-European house of Peter I the Westernizer and step onto the running wave of the transfiguration of Rus’ from the roots of the Horde of the first Tsar of All Rus’ Ivan IV the Terrible and the Second Horde — Stalin’s Socialist camp.

The future-oriented civilizational project of the transfiguration of Rus’ of the new epoch is called Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. The assembly will be ensured by a coordinated proportionality in power of the heirs of European democracy, the blues, and the Bolshevik-Leninists, the reds.

It is from the union of Europeanness (rationalism, the sciences and the arts) with Asiaticness (the unbending will of the spirit) that the Rus’ of a new epoch will be born.

Sky Politics theorists have established the Horde wave in the history of Eurasia with a period of "return to the starting point" of 726 years. (see Devyatov A. Anti-Kipling. – M. 2014, chapter 2).

Along this wave, the four main uluses of the Single State of Genghis Khan (the Ulus of Jochi, the Ulus of Chagatai, the Ulus of Hulagu and the Ulus of the Great Khan), which had diverged and lived on their own, for a short period – 12 years (1294 – 1306) – gradually reunited once again under the aegis of the Great Khan – the Chinese emperor of Yuan.

Today this union is being repeated within the framework of the SCO under the leadership of the leader of the PRC, Xi Jinping (1294+726=2020 — 1306+726=2032). 

By 2032, Rus’ too will be transformed, entering the state of "Great Power".  

It is noteworthy that in 1299 (+726=2025) as a result of a military operation, the khan of the Golden Horde, Tokhta, laid waste to Kyiv and all the Middle Dnieper region (the current SMO in the Ukrainian theater of operations). And in 1304 (+ 726=2030) on the initiative of the Yuan dynasty emperor Temür, Tokhta agreed to the nominal restoration of the Unified State (now the Community of Shared Future, the SCO camp led by the PRC).

During the reign of Tokhta (1291-1312 + 726 – a prototype of V. Putin), according to the notes of Rashid al-Din: “his entire ulus became rich and content.”

And so, in order to boldly leap from the standing wave of conservatism onto the running wave of the transfiguration of Rus’, one must “catch Kairos.” This favorable moment will come with the completion of the SMO in Ukraine.

Specifically in 2026, it is necessary not to extend the Russian-Chinese Treaty on Good-Neighborliness, but to conclude a new treaty On the Family of Peoples of Non-Western Civilizations, in order to enter the New World Order together with China, on China’s shoulders and at China’s expense.

If the favorable moment to step onto the rising wave of the energy of the East is missed, then Russia will nonetheless end up in the Community of Shared Future with China, but no longer on China’s shoulders and at China’s expense, but at the expense of its own hardships, deprivations and losses.

An instructive example is provided by the SMO in the Ukrainian theater of operations. Back in 2014, the Russian Federation could have embarked on the “Greater Eurasia” project. In 2016, at the SPIEF, V. Putin proclaimed: Greater Eurasia is not some abstract geopolitical scheme, but, without any exaggeration, truly a civilizational project directed toward the future.

But the matter of Russia’s conscious turn to the East did not proceed. As a result, the “window to Europe” cut through by Peter I the Great turned out to be walled up by circumstances of insurmountable force of a new hybrid type of WWIII, including the Special Military Operation of the RF Armed Forces in the Ukrainian theater of operations. Thus, Russia, through “I don’t want to,” broke off relations with the West and went to bow to China.

The life of Russian rulers always ends in vilification.
