On the Lend-Lease Act and the Republic of Crimea

On 19 February 2019, a round table was held at the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation on the topic “Key Challenges of the Modern World: Known and Unknown.” A report was delivered by Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker, honorary president and co-chair of the Club of Rome, in which he pointed to the dead end of rational knowledge of modernity. 

During the discussion of the report, mention was made of the role of the founder in Vienna of the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), Dzhermen Gvishiani, son-in-law of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR A. Kosygin, who played a secret role as the forerunner of Soviet “perestroika.” IIASA was established in 1972 by agreement between Kosygin A.N. and US President Lyndon Johnson.

The question of the USSR’s debt for Lend-Lease deliveries (was calculated in gold, against the collateral of land in Crimea), which Gvishiani closed through behind-the-scenes agreements with the Americans, was also exposed.

Toward the end of the discussion of the report, Sky Politics made its mark with a brief remark, “Our Answer to the Club of Rome,” declaring that the illumination of a way out of the dead end of rational knowledge had already occurred in Russia and that Sky Politics was ready to fill the Sail of Destiny with the spirit of change.

As for the closing of the USSR’s Lend-Lease debt during WWII, the collateral of Crimean land took place under the project to create a Jewish Soviet Socialist Republic of Crimea with the name “Crimean California.” The project has the sacred foundations of the Almighty’s “Eternal Covenant” with the Jews (the Solomon Plan).

This project was driven by the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee – “Joint” – created in 1914.

In 1919, “Joint” provided the young Soviet government with substantial technical assistance in the form of machines and equipment for Crimea.

Among the shareholders who invested in the bills of “Agro-Joint,” established in 1924, were the families of Presidents Hoover and the Roosevelts (both of them) and many other representatives of the US establishment.

And during WWII, the “Crimean California” project was driven by the Jewish Anti-Fascist Committee (JAC), created in the USSR in the autumn of 1941 to organize political and material support by the West for the USSR’s struggle against Nazi Germany. 

At the Tehran Conference of 1943, US President F. Roosevelt warned Stalin that Lend-Lease deliveries and the opening of a second front would be impossible without the implementation of the “Crimean California” project, – for the free entry of Jews from all over the world.

On 18 May 1944, the Crimean Tatars were deported from Crimea, and after them, on 26 June, Armenians, Bulgarians and Greeks.

Stalin was an opponent of the creation of a Jewish SSR. At the Plenum of the CPSU Central Committee in October 1952, he sharply criticized Molotov for wanting to hand Crimea over to the Jews.

The transfer of the Crimean Oblast from the RSFSR to the Ukrainian SSR in 1954 had as its hidden reason the intention to shift onto Ukraine the obligations toward US Jewry that the RSFSR had assumed back in 1919.

In our time, assistance to Ukraine with weaponry during the conflict with Russia by the administration of US President J. Biden was carried out on the legal basis of the US Lend-Lease Act of 11.03.1941. The essence, by analogy with the USSR: on credit, without prior payment, calculated in gold, against the collateral of the land of the Republic of Crimea. 

Now about the meeting of the presidents of the Russian Federation and the USA with a journey following the media across the International Date Line from Moscow to Alaska, on 16.08.25 into yesterday, 15.08.25. Hence the analogies with a look backward.

So then, in 2014 the Republic of Crimea (in 1954 the Crimean Oblast passed to the Ukrainian SSR) peacefully returned to the composition of New Russia. The transition of the Republic of Crimea into the composition of the Russian Federation was not recognized de jure by Ukraine, nor the USA, nor the EU, nor the PRC, nor the UN.

However, together with the statehood of the Republic of Crimea, the USSR’s obligations to world Jewry under the “Crimean California” project also passed back to the Russian Federation. Here it is highly noteworthy that Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov arrived in Alaska in a sweater with the symbolic inscription “USSR.”

And if the administration of US President D. Trump now de jure recognizes the Republic of Crimea as part of the Russian Federation, then all of Ukraine's debts and all of Ukraine's obligations for payments to the US for arms supplies from the previous administration of J. Biden will also pass to the Kremlin. The essence is that the US expenses for Ukraine's war with Russia will then be paid by Moscow.

The form of payment is granting US business access to the development of the Russian Federation's resources. Approximately as Trump already organized in the "wonderful deal" for the development of Ukraine's rare earth minerals.

In the philosophy of the Sons of the Covenant, as with the Chinese: the one divides in two, and changes occur in bundles of three forces. 

In the Special Military Operation of the Russian Armed Forces in the Ukrainian theater of operations, in the combat clash the coalition of the East locked horns with the coalition of the West. But the beneficiary was the third force above the fray. This force is the masters of monetary affairs of world Jewry from London.

And this time one can say "we were deceived again" regarding money.

However, the political victory of the Kremlin with the return of Crimea to Russia, the recognition of the Russian People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk, the accession to the Russian Federation of new territories of historical Novorossiya, all this is an unconditional success in realizing the design of reassembling the peoples-heirs of the USSR into a future-oriented confederation "Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde".
