ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS The cunning choice of Rus’s heritage in the new conditions of 2024 The main event of Putin’s Long State in determining the role and place of the first person in history, in terms of the intensity of the struggle among world projects, is the Special Military Operation (SMO) of the Russian Armed Forces in Ukraine. Russia’s SMO began on 24.02.22 with a counterstrike for the purpose of self-defense against Kyiv (an airborne assault on the Gostomel airfield). The completion of the SMO, however, according to the design of the planner behind the scenes, at the level of geopolitics represents a cunning choice of Rus’s historical prospect. Namely: either to bow before the West in implementing the doctrine of “Moscow – the Third Rome,” or to lean on the East in the project of “Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.” This choice, on the scale of historical destiny, arose in 2024 after V. Putin assumed the office of President of the Russian Federation on 07.05.24 for another fifth term: 2024 – 2030. At the meeting on 07.05.24 with the commanders of brigades conducting combat operations against the West in Ukraine, speaking about the prospects for the country’s development, Putin made the success of his rule dependent on the outcome of the SMO: “We have every possibility, absolutely every possibility for all tasks to be fully accomplished, but only on one condition – on the condition of your successful work on the battlefield. This is the key link today.” In the Holy Scripture of Christians it is said, “there is no power if not from heaven.” Therefore, discerning the signs of the times, let us note that at the ceremony of V. Putin’s assumption of office, precisely on 07.05.24, the May sun and blue sky over Moscow were covered by clouds and rain mixed with snow began to fall; one might say: “the sky wept.” This exceptional weather phenomenon is difficult to interpret as a good omen. Moreover, Putin himself on 07.05.24, in his speech upon assuming the office of President of the Russian Federation, and then in his speech before the troops at the 9 May parade, twice lamented the “boundary period” of modern history: in essence, an expectation of fateful changes. In other words, like a knight at the crossroads, the “blue” line of liberalism in Russia coming from Yeltsin’s constitution, by the force majeure circumstances of the Third World War of a new hybrid type in 2024, found itself at a turning point: - either into the “black” variant of those holding the Russian Federation as a sovereign conservative power, - or into the “red” variant of the miraculous transfiguration of the “Holy Rus’” of our days into the “Kingdom of Truth” foretold by the prophets. A theoretical justification for this alternative can be found in the works of Russian émigré philosophers of the first half of the 20th century. Nikolai Trubetzkoy (one of the main ideologues of Eurasianism) and Ivan Ilyin (ideologue of religious will in the White movement).

Ilyin is considered one of the ideological inspirers of the “black” conservative political line of Russian President V. Putin. Putin’s conservatism manifested itself in the reappointment of the Russian government with minimal changes to the cabinet. At the same time, however, the contradiction of the “boundary period” in the tectonic processes of global transformation only intensified. And therefore changes on cosmic grounds are inevitable. According to the assessment of Sky Politics theorists, the prolongation of the “status quo” situation: the existing state of affairs with regard to political, social, and military questions, will last no longer than the end of the year. For the stability of the regime of Putin’s Long State depends on the external contour: the position of the leadership of the PRC regarding the completion of the SMO and the results of the U.S. presidential election. The coming to power in the U.S. in 2025 of President Trump will tilt Russia’s choice toward Rome (in essence – bowing before the West), since in world affairs it will strengthen the revenge of the black international. But the black line in the constructive cooperation of the PRC with the U.S. means the inevitable strengthening of their intentions to enter the new world order at Russia’s expense. Whether you want to or not, Russia has no choice but to preempt the Chinese-American collusion by tilting the choice of its policy toward the Horde. In essence, before Putin stands the historical choice of Alexander Nevsky of a new era. And this choice is known: in May Putin goes to Beijing for a “patent for rule” from Xi Jinping. In order to preserve the independence and self-sufficiency of Russia in the supposedly multipolar world, Putin, reluctantly, will have to agree to the formal leadership of China in the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体) being created by Xi. “Returning to one’s own circles” was foretold by the biblical prophets. The Book of Ecclesiastes, ch. 1, verse 6 in Church Slavonic speaks of changes as the movement of the spirit: “И́детъ къ ю́гу и обхо́дитъ къ сѣ́веру, обхо́дитъ о́крестъ, и́детъ ду́хъ и на кру́ги своя́ обраща́ется ду́хъ.” Sky Politics theorists have uncovered the Horde wave with a period of 726 years of Rus’s return to a Unified State of a new era led by China (see Devyatov A. Anti-Kipling. – M.: 2014). Justifications for the current moment were given in our memoranda: No. 781 of 10.04.21 “Forward to the Third Horde” for the 800th anniversary of Alexander Nevsky. No. 824 of 02.12.21 “Russia – 2025.” No. 908 of 10.04.23 “The Problem of Supreme Power in the Russian Federation-2024 and the SMO.” The basis for describing the “probability spot” of how the transfiguration of Putin’s Long State into the long-foretold “Kingdom of Truth” will occur is the interpretation of the Book of the Prophet Daniel. The calculation of the term for the coming to power of the ruler of the Great multinational kingdom-precursor of the new world order points to 1959 as the year of birth of the one who will fulfill the prophecy. Sky Politics theorists long searched for this man among the contenders in the highest echelon of power in the Russian Federation and finally concluded that it is Andrey Belousov (born 17.03.59) in 2021 (see our No. 824). On 13.05.24 President Putin proposed to the Federation Council of the Russian Federation that Belousov be approved as Minister of Defense (in the Horde – bek, head of the army). Belousov’s deputy minister of defense, in all likelihood, will be appointed Colonel-General Dyumin A.G. Thus the Horde pairing of “khagan\bek” will be formed, which by 2025 will carry out the transformation of Putin’s Long State into the foretold “Kingdom of Truth,” as the core of the world project “Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.” The monumental painting “The Battle of the Neva” greeted Putin in the corridor of the Kremlin on his way to the St. Andrew’s Hall to take the oath of President of the Russian Federation on 07.05.24 Executed by Andrey Devyatov No. 956 of 13.05.24
