On operational plans for constructing the future

The answer to the question – "What should the Russian authorities do first of all to escape the position of a card 'dummy' in someone else's game?" – comes down to three points:

  • it is necessary to put order into signs and symbols
  • it is necessary to stake on red culture
  • it is necessary to urgently rewrite the treaty on Russian-Chinese relations in a new era.

Symbols are what connects people's feelings and thoughts at the level of the collective unconscious. The five-pointed stars, the emblem of labor "hammer and sickle", the red flag of victory of the solidary society of the Soviet era present a contrast to the "Russian tricolor" of the rights and freedoms of the individual, to crosses of distinction and the double-headed eagles of the empire.

This jumble can be overcome by a maneuver upward into a hybrid that unites the hearts of peoples – a purple banner with an eight-pointed star of the greatness of the civilizational project Greater Eurasia.   

Addition of color: red + blue + white = purple. And the eight-pointed star with a circle of infinity at the center is two squares: the visible world (red) and the invisible world (green) permeated by the light of the Grace of the Spirit

Culture is everything that is not savagery. Red culture is the bond of solidarity of the broad masses of working people of all countries and peoples in the struggle against egoism and hedonism for justice and harmony of the world, where the symbol of the unity of peoples and races is the holiday of May Day.

May Day is the holiday of the awakening of the working person to the light of knowledge of the world and freedom from all oppression; it is celebrated simultaneously (the International) in more than half of the UN member states (an official state holiday in 93 countries).

The main artistic style of the red culture of the passing era of industrial society was socialist realism.

In the new era of the information society, the artistic style calling people's hearts into the future will surely become not academicism or objectlessness, but red socialist romanticism (spirituality) and symbolism (the understatement of a hint).

Red culture is the main belt of unity of peoples and races over the Chinese Economic Belt of the New Silk Road and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road into the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (人类命运共同体).

The main obstacle to the foretold transfiguration of Rus’ into a "kingdom of truth", into a beacon of peoples for an otherwise possible righteous globalization (Russia's destiny is universality), is the foundations of Russian-Chinese relations, which do not go beyond the narrow framework of the interests of strategic interaction and economic partnership of "good neighbors" (without a reach for universality).

Whereas Chinese-American relations of constructive cooperation have at their foundation ambitions of world domination. Where the USA is the departing leader of the American cycle of capital accumulation within the framework of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (make America great again), and the PRC is the coming leader of the Asia-Pacific cycle of economic prosperity with the task by 2049 of becoming a mighty, modernized, socialist power of the first order.

In realizing the Chinese dream of reviving the greatness of the yellow people's nation, the USA acts as the PRC's adversary along the front in the Asia-Pacific region, while Russia is China's strategic rear and ally in the new campaign to overcome the old North Atlantic hegemon.

At the same time, all the burdens and deprivations of confrontation with the USA (sanctions, obstruction of international ties, humiliation of symbols in sports, attritional combat actions on the Ukrainian theater of military operations, etc.) are borne by the Russian Federation. Russia's relations with the PRC are assessed as having reached the highest level in all history, and the indicator of this success of the Russian Federation is the trade turnover in US dollars, which continues to rise.

So that Russia does not finally turn into a supplier of raw materials and fuel to the Chinese factory of the 21st century at the mercy of the PRC authorities to supply the Russian Federation with high-level products of advanced technologies of industrial processing, the Kremlin should occupy a superposition in culture above relations in the material sphere.  

The construction of the future here must begin with an operational plan for creating a family of peoples of non-Western civilizations.

For which it is necessary to urgently prepare and in 2026 sign a new RF-PRC treaty (the old "On Good-Neighborliness" ended back in 2021 and was extended for 5 years), laying ethics and economic complementarity as the foundation.

Both Trump, and Xi, and Putin – have crossed the threshold of wisdom of 72 years.

On biological grounds they are now inclined to inaction. Rhetoric, saber-rattling, proud poses – these are not actions, but a demonstration of strength, which may not exist, without its application.

It is quite obvious that there will be no escalation of the confrontation between the Russian Federation and the USA to the point of "nuclear conflagration" – there is no political goal for that. The New World Order was laid down in the consensus reached by Xi Jinping and Trump on 30.10.25 at the meeting in Busan.

The consensus is a unity of views on a new monetary world between the PRC and the USA, which will be built at Russia's expense.

The correction of the decisions of the 20th CPC Congress (2022) away from an active onslaught on the USA in the trade war occurred at the 3rd Plenum of the CPC Central Committee in June 2024 and definitively shifted in favor of constructive cooperation between the PRC and the USA at the 4th Plenum on 23.10.25. After that, the "basic consensus" (Xi Jinping's wording) regarding the new monetary world took place, as the outcome of the Third World War of a new hybrid type on the front of economics and finance.

If the Kremlin now evades the urgent task of revising Russian-Chinese good-neighborly relations toward the ethics of the family of peoples of Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde – the "dragon" in the embrace of friendship will stifle the national pride of the Great Russians, making Russia not the elder sister in the family of peoples, but a servant in the Chinese house of the Asia-Pacific commonwealth.
