On political theology

In the first line of the state anthem, Russia, in its self-designation, is solemnly and proudly called by a sacred name: "Our sacred power". Sacred – meaning in the status of authority from Heaven.

The definition "sacred" is widely applied to the word war. Such was the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people against fascist Germany: "A people's war, a sacred war".

The definition "sacred" in relation to the Special Military Operation of the Russian Federation in the Ukrainian theater of operations is not used by either official bodies or the media.

Every war ends in peace. So too the special military operation, begun without a declaration of war, may also end specially – by an unforeseen compulsion to peace.

Sky Politics as a doctrine of the spirit that fills time, taking into account the national-cultural specificity of the military conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine, poses the question: "Can the SMO end in a sacred peace"? After all, ultimately, in the transition of countries and peoples from an industrial society to an information one, what is at stake is the battle of groups behind the scenes for spiritual power.

On the scale of the tectonic processes of global transformation, the combat actions in the Ukrainian theater of operations are the "hot" phase of World War III (WWIII) of a new hybrid type between the coalitions of West and East. And therefore the SMO is at the core of the interests of the USA and the PRC on the path of their long-standing "constructive cooperation" for "mutual benefit" in the New World Order. In reality – on the endless path of cunning and stratagems of the art of war.

In the formulation of the USA: "The New World Order led by the USA will be built against Russia, on the ruins of Russia and at Russia's expense."

In the formulation of the PRC, what is meant is the "Creation of a Community of Shared Future for Mankind" led by China, into which Beijing does not take "Putin's Long State."

Just as in the geopolitics of the living space of the Third Reich (Nazi Germany), for D. Trump's "Make America Great Again," what is needed from Russia is mainly natural resources, which must be taken away, brought under control, or at least blocked by sanctions.

Whereas China, in a "back-to-back" position, needs a strategic rear from neighboring Russia. These are the same resources, with the difference that on the front China is confronted by the USA, while the rear is that on which one can lean and which is not given up. Hence the rhetoric about "strategic interaction of good neighbors" at an unprecedentedly high level.

The pinnacle of the art of war is victory without the use of weapons. Such a bloodless victory is achieved by the art of diplomacy.

Diplomacy in the Russian Federation is the responsibility of Minister S. Lavrov and Assistant to President V. Putin, Yu. Ushakov. Both are Americanists – Westernizers.

The specificity of the current moment is the concern of the newly elected US President Trump with the question of war and peace in the Ukrainian theater of operations. This question will be the topic of Trump's meeting with Putin, preparations for which are in full swing.

The specificity of Trump's approach to international affairs is his experience of solving problems by striking a deal.

The instrument for a deal in Trump's hands is sanctions, whose lifting can be exchanged for concessions on Putin's part.

The significance of the sanctions strangling the economy of the corporate state of New Russia is well understood and argued before Putin by the heads of Rosneft, Gazprom, etc., etc.

US and Western sanctions on the Russian energy sector (the latest being the blocking of exports by banning 183 tankers of the "shadow fleet" from being accepted at ports) cannot be circumvented by import substitution or by abandoning the price and payments for hydrocarbons in US dollars. This is the reason for the weakening of the ruble, rising consumer prices, the near exhaustion of foreign currency reserves, the threat of hyperinflation, and growing problems with financing combat operations and the entire war economy.

"Politics is the concentrated expression of economics."

But for the diplomacy of Lavrov – Ushakov, the priority in the problems of war, peace and the technological revolution lies not in economics, but in the plane of security guarantees for the Russian Federation from the US and NATO (see Ryabkov's Ultimatum of 15.12.21).

It is quite obvious that the bargain—the lifting of sanctions in exchange for the removal of threats of combat use of "Sarmats," "Poseidons," and "Oreshniks" against Paris, Rome, London and Washington—is not realistic, for it is countered by the reciprocal threat of a massive nuclear strike on Moscow.

What Russia can concretely offer the US and NATO is the cessation of the offensive by the Russian Armed Forces and the partition of Ukraine in favor of the behind-the-scenes project of the "Sons of the Covenant" (B'nai B'rith)—the creation of a New Khazaria for the second exodus of the Jews before the coming of the Mashiach.

In this deal, both the districts of Russia's Kursk region occupied by the Ukrainian Armed Forces and international recognition of the borders of the new territories of the Donbas, Novorossiya, and the Republic of Crimea incorporated into the Russian Federation can be traded.

That is, Russian diplomacy under Lavrov – Ushakov (signed by Putin), in the negotiations on a peaceful end to the conflict in the Ukrainian theater of operations, will be forced to fight for the lifting of sanctions—for the economy of Rosneft and other corporations is the priority—and the deal with the US will consist in the fact that the lifting of US sanctions will, through "reluctance," be exchanged for Russia's withdrawal from the "liberated territories."

The diplomacy of Lavrov – Ushakov will be made responsible for the political outcome of peace in Ukraine (the organizers of the military side of the SMO, Patrushev – Shoigu, were pushed aside back in May 2024).

It resembles Lenin's "Brest Peace" that ended WWI in 1918.

The talk is again of an "obscene peace," which very soon will need to be reformatted by assembling a number of regions of the former USSR, including the regions of southeastern Ukraine (the Republic of Crimea, the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Novorossiya), into a new Union of Free Sovereign Republics (USSR-2).

"An unbreakable union of free republics will be welded together for ages by Great Rus'." The prophecy of the prophets will come true about the transformation of Russia from a corporate state into a country of an enlightened dictatorship of the common good: "the kingdom of truth, the domain of the white tsar."

Through supra-worldliness Russia will attain the lot of universality. All geopolitical, strategic, and economic advantages will themselves fall at the feet of the peacemaker. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God." This will also be the cherished sacred peace of the spiritual power of the sacral leader—the "anointed of God."

The people will discern the leader-father by feeling: "There he is"! His power from heaven will be higher than the lawful union of the ruler with the people, obtained through the liberal procedure of democratic elections.

The cherished will be manifested: "God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem, and Canaan shall be his servant (Gen. 9:27)." The interpretation of this statement is as follows:

■ Japheth is the sphere of the soul: the culture, science and art of Europe.
■ The tents of Shem are the sphere of the Spirit. The royal priesthood is given to the line of Shem. These are also the Sons of the Covenant—the Jews. But also the spirit of the Great Steppe. And the lot of all the peoples of Asia.
■ Ham is the sphere of instincts, satiety and bodily comfort. Today this is the New Babylon of America's transhumanism.
