ACADEMY OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT – INSTITUTE OF SKY POLITICS On the otherwise possible non-Western path of globalization The One divides in two, but changes occur in a linkage not of two, but of three forces. Such is the basic principle of assessing the situation and reconnaissance of the future of Sky Politics – the doctrine of power from Heaven. The tectonic processes of global transformation caused by the entry of planet Earth into a new cosmic era of the energies of the constellation Aquarius have divided countries and peoples into a coalition of the West and a coalition of the East. The clash of civilizations of the World of the West with the World of Islam has begun in favor of the third – the coalition of the East. The year of the turning point of the trends of that history which we knew was 2013. It was the year of the proclamation of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, which began a holy war against the World of the West and was immediately banned by all countries of liberal democracy, including the New Russia of democratic choice. In that same year 2013, the following came to the pinnacle of power: in the Vatican – the Jesuit Pope Francis with the doctrine of revenge of the black international, Chairman of the PRC with the doctrine of the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the nation of yellow people became Xi Jinping, in the USA for a second term of deployment of the doctrine of transhumanism B. Obama took office as president, in Russia – President Medvedev D.A. was again replaced by President Putin V.V. It is noteworthy that in 2013 Russia, with the doctrine of "Moscow – the Third Rome," acted as the heir of the European path of development, continuing the political line of the Russian Empire of the Holstein – Gottorp – Romanov dynasty and was part of the coalition of the West. The coalition of the East with the ambitious program of creating by 2049 the Community of Shared Future for Mankind (historical name "Great Unification" of the Center with the periphery – Chinese Datong) was led by China. In the battle of six active world projects, China acts in coordination with the project of the "millennium of the Sabbath" of the Eternal Kingdom of Israel (historical name "the Solomon Plan"). The coalition of the West with the project of the New Babylon of transhumanism is led by the USA. At the card table of history, for the West, paired with the USA, the Vatican plays with the project of the Great Reset into "inclusive capitalism" of Greater Europe. Circumstances of insurmountable force (force majeure) of a war of a new hybrid type with the shaken place and role of Moscow synodal Orthodoxy (Moscow – the Third Rome) forced the Kremlin, for the first time in 2016, to reveal the prospect of a new project, "Greater Eurasia." In the words of V. Putin: "Greater Eurasia is not an abstract geopolitical scheme, but, without any exaggeration, truly a civilizational project, directed toward the future."

If Russia really transitions from the project "Moscow – the Third Rome" to the project "Greater Eurasia," then this will also mean a firm transition of Russia into the coalition of the East. Sky Politics, in reconnaissance of the future by the method of direction-finding along three waves of the development of the situation (two reference waves in even and odd years and a signal wave – the Horde wave of 726 years), substantiates the unification for a short term within the framework of the SCO of countries and peoples – the heirs of the Unified State of Genghis Khan (the First Horde) and Stalin's Socialist camp (the Second Horde). This process has already begun and in 2023 may be crowned with success during the October visit of RF President Putin to Beijing for the Third International Forum "Belt and Road." "One Belt, One Road" is the strategy for realizing the Chinese Dream through repetition in the cycle of the Great Silk Road between East and West. "One Belt" is the transcontinental land Economic Belt of the new silk road. And "one road" is the Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century. Sky Politics shows that the pairing of the projects "Great Unification" and "Greater Eurasia" within the framework of the coalition of the East will require the binding together of the coalition both along the East – West line and along the North – South line. At the same time, what is at issue is not simply a transport corridor, but Russia's "Caspian Strategy" as an independent and self-sufficient third force in the coalition of the East. That is where the formula "Two Paths" comes from. As for the formula "Three Belts," Sky Politics speaks of: - The Economic Belt of the new silk road. - The Political Belt of the Third Horde, as a family of peoples – the heirs of the Unified State of Genghis Khan. - The Cultural Belt of the values of non-Western civilizations. With this concept "Three Belts, Two Paths" as fresh Eurasian thought for the coalition of the East, RF President V. Putin could speak vividly and notably at the Beijing Forum in October 2023.
