The LENIN motor ship on the path of the Transfiguration of Rus’

On 28.08.25, on the Orthodox feast of the Dormition of the Mother of God (Russia – a feminine soul), expert readings on the theme "Greater Eurasia in the Information Society" will be held in the "Russian Shore" eco-park. 

Sky Politics is represented by the report "The Third Horde in the Cycle of Changes." The Horde cycle in the history of Rus’ – 726 years – is described in the book by A. Devyatov, "Anti-Kipling." See the theses of the report below.

On cosmic grounds of the arrival on Earth of the energies of the constellation Aquarius, the new era of the information society in the question of power is characterized by the reassembly of the heritage of the Single State of Genghis Khan and Stalin's Socialist camp into the Family of peoples of non-Western civilizations, Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. 

The framework already exists – it is the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.

The essence of the changes for state-building consists in ensuring that, against the backdrop of the systemic crisis of the industrial society of the West, the lucky chance is not missed – to catch the "kairos" – the phase of the wave of the rising tide of the energy of the East, and then the entire Universe will help the true exertions of the Transfiguration of Rus’ into the foretold "Kingdom of Truth."

The great goal of the Transfiguration of Rus’ is to become a beacon of hope of the common good for all humanity. To show an example of an otherwise possible righteous globalization of the new era of the information society.

In Sky Politics, Being is the exchange of matter, energy and information.

Information is not a murky stream of "big data." It is cipher codes – cultural, civilizational, technical.

The cultural code is the "voice of the blood" (genotype) and the "call of the heart" (archetype). The genotype has been deciphered in the double helix of DNA. To decipher the cultural code in the part of the "call of the heart," "keys from the sky" are needed. And these are not the "numerals" of mathematical objects, they are wave technologies for controlling people's behavior by resonances.

Sky Politics theorists created a high humanitarian technology of the color dynamics of the soul (A.V. Kashansky) with the acceleration of a traveling wave of enthusiasm and the establishment of standing waves of apathy by coupling political forces with one or another color of signs and symbols (see the book by A. Devyatov, "Control of the Spirit or the Technology of the Incognito").

In Sky Politics, the picture of the world is seen as the Great Game of six world projects at the card table of history.

That Russia which will be is called to realize its great goal in the project of seizing the future, Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde.

Back in 2017, within the framework of the "Belt and Road" forum in Beijing, President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin stated that "Greater Eurasia is not some geopolitical abstraction. It is, without any exaggeration, a civilizational project directed toward the future." 

Thereby he quietly indicated the prospect of a change in the vector of Russian-Chinese strategic interaction of good neighbors from the formula: the Russian Federation as a supplier of resources to the Chinese factory of the 21st century, to the formula: Russia – the potential mentor of the family of peoples of Greater Eurasia. 

The potential of Russia as a mentor of China and other peoples of the Third Horde of the common good (共享) lies in the source of the red line of real socialism. And if at the UN level Genghis Khan is recognized as the man of the second millennium, then the man of the 20th century is Lenin.

It is fundamentally important that while still a "blue" liberal Russia of democratic choice, which exists, inherits its statehood of "All Rus’" from the Muscovite tsardom of Ivan the Terrible and from Lenin's Soviet Russia. Both the one and the other under the red flag.

The first Russian sovereign, Tsar of All Rus’ – Ivan IV the Terrible (Tsar of Kazan, Tsar of Astrakhan, Tsar of Siberia) – is the successor of the Horde.

In the political science of the 1930s, the red Horde line of Russian statehood was described by Prince Nikolai Trubetzkoy as opposed to the Black-Hundred line of the philosopher Ivan Ilyin.

The scheme of the linkage of three forces in the collision of the current moment of the history of Rus’: the blacks (nationalists) overcome the blues (liberals) to the benefit of the reds (collectivists-Leninists). Thus operates the Law of Changes.

The family of peoples, whether it be the Horde or a Union of free republics, is a way to overcome schisms: racial, national, religious, ideological. For the family lives in an ethic that is higher than schisms.

Now, so that it is not Russia that is forced to follow China, but so that China sincerely follows Russia, Rus’ needs to return to its own ways. To stop the servility before the West, to recall the Scythian principle and declare itself a country-civilization of the East.

In order to be transfigured into a beacon of hope on the Chinese front of the war of meanings, Russia specifically should do the following:

  • Prepare and conclude a new Russian-Chinese treaty "On the Family of Peoples" (the term of the current treaty "On Good-Neighborliness" ends in 2026).
  • To lay the spiritual foundation of a family of peoples with reliance on the ethics of the Eastern right teaching (Orthodoxy), for which purpose to found near Beijing an Orthodox monastery with a Chinese abbot (to tonsure monks in the Chinese tradition).
  • To lay red tourism as the foundation of humanitarian cooperation, for which purpose to open for Chinese people on the motor ship “Lenin” along the Volga a route: Moscow – Lenin Center in Ulyanovsk.

  • To show the conceptual foundations of a family of peoples of non-Western civilizations, beginning with the twinning of the Russian prince Alexander Nevsky with the Horde khan Sartak, in the Museum of Constructing the Future – the Temple of the muse of history, which grants glory.

“Glory to our free Fatherland, the great stronghold of the friendship of peoples,” was sung in the anthem of the USSR.

It is fundamentally important to make not a Museum of the Future – an EXPO of advanced technologies – but a place of the birth of the urge to realize the abilities of the non-material sphere (goodwill). Where, without noise, having put order into signs and symbols, to open the sky (a channel into the invisible world).

The theory already exists – it is practice that remains!
