A captivating idea for the Russian pioneer

The global transformation of industrial society into an information society, ongoing since the beginning of the 21st century, is taking place in a conjunction of three forces: the USA – the PRC – the RF. At the same time, the captivating motive – the pull of the aspirations of the minds and hearts of peoples – is a dream. The American Dream exists. The Chinese Dream exists. There is no Russian dream in official political usage.

The American Dream has an individual character: in a country of rights and freedoms of the individual, everyone has the opportunity to prove themselves and become rich, for in the creed of the WASP – white Anglo-Saxon Protestants – wealth is a sure indicator of one who is pleasing to God. 

The Chinese Dream has a collective character: the country and the people, under the leadership of the CPC, are reviving the greatness of the nation of yellow people, for the “century of humiliation,” which began with the Opium Wars of the mid-19th century and ended only with the formation of the PRC in 1949, over the following 100 years, by 2049, must be transformed into the “triumph of the will” of China as the leader of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.  

The task of finding the Russian idea was set by the first president of the New Russia, B. Yeltsin, immediately after the adoption of the Constitution of the Russian Federation in 1993. However, this task has not been fulfilled to this day. Besides the official authorities, patriots of A. Prokhanov’s Izborsky Club also engaged in the search for the Russian dream. However, their efforts, too, did not receive official recognition or broad support from the masses. 

According to the assessment of Sky Politics theorists, the reason for the failures in the search for a mental guideline for Russia’s capture of the future lies in the fact that activists of party-political work sought the image of the Russian dream in what was – in the heroic past (the Immortal Regiment), but not in the “tectonic processes of global transformation” – that is, in the coming New World Order.

Sky Politics is a new Russian word about power from heaven, copied from no one, in which Russia’s destiny is universality, attained through supra-worldliness. It is the doctrine of a time filled with spirit, with high humanitarian technologies of development management.

To overcome the most fundamental crisis of our time – the crisis of the future – what is needed is a supra-worldly, clear, bright and truthful captivating dream, capable of creating the spiritual pull of the development of a new epoch and thereby impelling the people to titanic accomplishments.

Sky Politics holds that in the new epoch of the information society, the dream of mankind has moved from the material sphere of prosperity and comfort – the satisfaction of the needs of the body – into the sphere of joy and gladness of the spirit from the realization of the mind’s abilities to imagine, construct and create – to create the unprecedented – inspired by the muse of history, who grants glory.

Glory, and not power and wealth, becomes the priority value of the new epoch of mysteries, codes and algorithms of the cognitive sphere of being.

To manage creativity, it is necessary to decipher the codes of the noosphere – to find the “keys to heaven” (the interactions of mind and cosmos). At the beginning of this path, the pioneers who anticipated the coming anthropological transition into the life of the age to come were the Russian cosmist thinkers: N. Fedorov, K. Tsiolkovsky, V. Vernadsky. 

The genius who unlocked the code of inanimate nature – the periodic law of chemical elements – was the Russian scientist D. Mendeleev.

The genetic code of living nature was unlocked by a group of scientists, in which the initiative in 1953 was after all taken by the Russian theorist Georgy Gamow. He was the first to suggest that DNA codons must consist of three nucleotides (triplets).     

Thus a bridge to understanding the essence of the universal Law of the Universe was also laid by the Russian scientist S. Petukhov, who in 2000 unlocked the correspondence between both the number of protons in the elements of the periodic table of inanimate nature and the set of codons of amino acids (proteins) in the genome of living nature to the barcode of changes known to the Chinese since antediluvian times.

It is noteworthy that the creator of the binary numeral system – which became the basis of modern digitalization – the German G. Leibniz also received his hint from the Chinese notation of even and odd numbers (yin ; yang = – – ; — = 0 ; 1) as a barcode.

And the Russian mathematician V. Maslennikov, studying the code of changes, created a theory of the historical process as a sum of waves of different periods, divided into code words of 12 years each. 

It was no shame either for the Sky Politics theorists, who undertook the reconnaissance of consciousness and time, relying on the barcode of changes, to create a methodology of historical intuition, to find the codon (triplet) of the spiritual sphere of being (jing-qi-shen) and to describe the “time machine” using the example of the double helix of Rus’ development in the 20th century.

And although the barcode of changes was given to the Chinese, over 3,000 years, by force of a concrete-symbolic type of thinking that fixes meanings with pictorial hieroglyphs, they were unable to decipher and interpret it as a universal record of the Law of the Universe.

If, however, the question is now posed: why are new horizons of universal supramundane knowledge being mastered by pioneers who speak and think in Russian, then our answer will be connected with the paradoxes of thinking that arise as unexpected insights contrary to dogmas, logic and common sense by force of the absolute freedom of flexible forms of expressing thought in the Russian language.

Whereas the analytic English and French languages are a deft instrument of orderly abstract-conceptual thinking. The German language ensures strict order in technological regulations and classical German philosophy. And the isolating Chinese language gives a unique possibility of brief generalizations.

And so, for Sky Politics, the Russian dream of the common good for all humanity of the information society consists in becoming pioneers – a guiding star – of the spiritual sphere of being, as the supramundane cover of the earthly processes of metabolism, energy and information.

However, no one is a prophet in his own country, and the only way not to be forgotten is to show a convincing example personally as capable managers and holy doers – do as I do.

For the realization of the guiding dream, as the dream of all humanity of the information society, the project of a “Great Sovereign Conservative Power” announced by the Kremlin in 2021 is not suitable. Nor is the foreign-policy doctrine dear to the Kremlin of the chimera of a multipolar world, which condemns Russia to strategic solitude, suitable.

He who holds on to what is inevitably loses it. For a captivating dream, a project striving toward a bright future is needed.

In the worldview of the Sky Politics theorists as a Battle of six projects of global domination in the new era of the information society, the civilizational project striving toward the future, on the cosmic grounds of “returning to one’s own circles,” would be the project Greater Eurasia – the Third Horde. However, in the public opinion of New Russia, a rabble of liberals is preferable to a horde. Just as the model of social order proposed by Sky Politics, “Monastery Russia,” is not considered a bright future.

The point is that in the transition from the old world order to the new one, the class structure of society changed. In Russia there are no longer any proletarians. The peasants turned into farmers. And as a result of perestroika, a new creative class was born of young clever fellows of information technologies, robotics, genetic engineering, quantum computing and so forth.

This new class of young innovators opposes the ruling party of old conservatives from “United Russia,” constituting the main contradiction of the current moment in the history of the country of the new era.

It is quite obvious that innovators in the Russian Federation joined the race of technologies of the 6th mode of the NBIC convergence late. Russia’s historical gain, which will be, is possible only by the method of overtaking without catching up. And that is a bet on high technologies of the 7th mode at once.

Backlogs of such technologies, brought to experimental design development in Russia, exist. There is only no state will to bring these developments to practice, for they will cut off the incomes from what exists, destroy balances and counterbalances, and confront the authorities with the unprecedented.

The specificity of the technologies of the 7th mode of the economy is their all-human civilizational scope. This is, for example, the technology of artificial weightlessness (anti-gravity field) developed on new physical principles, granting humanity the energy to develop near-Earth space resources

With the mastery of the universal technologies of the 7th economic order, the discussion will turn to the harmony of the world and a new communism of the common good. Thus Rus’, by the natural course of the change of generations, with the coming to power of a creative class charged for success, under the pressure of the force majeure circumstances of global transformation, by 2037 will be transformed into a beacon of an alternatively possible globalization.

There will be no civil war in Russia; there are no opposing sides. 

As for the path to victory, the young hackers of the creative class, with the paradoxical thinking of innovators who think in Russian, will easily sweep away the digital barriers of those upholding the old order.

The talented poetess Svetlana Daurskaya, who shares the views of Sky Politics on the theme of the Russian dream, wrote the following lines:

The Dream

From rags, as from a garbage heap,
From the fragments of various isms,
I retrieve, once mighty,
My dream of earthly communism.

They tried with verbal heaps
To smear, to torment, to batter, 
They tormented you so cruelly,
They feared to leave you alive.

Yet equality and justice
Do not let many sleep peacefully,
You are needed as a healing force
For all the rightsless, the sick and the wretched.
