The Triumph of People's China in the Geopolitics of the New Era

Whatever is said about multipolarity in politics, war is always a clash of two sides (coalitions).

WWII was a clash of the united nations of the anti-Hitler coalition: Great Britain, the USSR, the USA, China with their allies against the coalition of the Axis countries: Nazi Germany, fascist Italy, the Japanese Empire and their satellites.

WWIII of a new hybrid type is a clash of the countries of the coalition of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) with the coalition of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). 

At the same time, the SCO is not a military-political bloc, but acts as a geopolitical association of Eurasia, assembled by China as the leader of the Asian cycle of capital accumulation of the new era of the information society, and linked with the Atlantic bloc of the departing industrial society by the "one belt, one road" strategy: the Economic Belt of the New Silk Road (from "dragons" to "Teutons") and the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road. 

The pinnacle of military art is victory without the use of weapons. Weapons must be demonstrated, they can be rattled, but they should not be used, replacing combat use with the diplomacy of cunning.

According to the Law of Changes, known to the Chinese since antediluvian times, the Center of the Celestial World (China) on the turns of development overcomes the North. Hence the secret doctrine of the PRC, "Three Norths, Four Seas."

The "Four Seas" is a global scale from the Arctic Ocean to the Indian and from the Pacific Ocean to the Atlantic. And the "Three Norths" are the North American United States, NATO and Russia.

It is noteworthy that the conceptual basis of the RF's geopolitics for interaction with the USA (the Alaska-2025 summit) is the manifesto of the creator of Kremlin meanings, V. Surkov, "The Birth of the North." Which exposes Russia beyond the Urals to being overcome by China.

China's development of the resources of Siberia and the Russian Far East is conducted peacefully, in the embrace of friendship, and is confirmed by the proud statement of Russian media that the RF is the main exporter of oil, gas, and coal to the PRC, with prospects for increasing supplies (Power of Siberia-2, Arctic LNG-2, etc.). 

China's expansion into the USA and the EU is also conducted peacefully on the commodity and monetary fronts of WWIII. And if the PRC's annual trade turnover with the SCO countries exceeds $500 billion, then the trade turnover with the USA and the EU is almost $1.5 trillion a year. At the same time, the PRC acts as the factory of the 21st century, the USA and Europe as the main markets for the products of the Chinese factory, and Russia as the supplier of raw materials and fuel to the factory.

Since Russia, as a supplier of raw materials, acts for China as a strategic rear in the PRC's trade expansion into the markets of the USA and the EU, Chinese-Russian relations are characterized by the formula "comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction."  

Here it should be emphasized that the rear, regardless of the situation on the front of the PRC's "constructive cooperation" with the USA, is that on which one can rely and which is never surrendered. That is why Xi Jinping so tenderly and reverently "courts" the president of the RF. Whereas US President D. Trump openly stated that the goal of his foreign policy is to tear the RF away from the PRC, break their partnership and, thereby, deprive China of its strategic rear.

In the linkage of three forces, Trump, who has set out to "make America great again," takes an active position. China is passive, like a cunning monkey above the clash of two tigers in the valley. Russia is active, conducting combat operations on the Ukrainian theater of operations. In such an arrangement, the linkage of forces turns in favor of the PRC: (1+1)+0=0. Which is exactly what China needs.

For the triad of three forces to turn in favor of an active USA (1) with a passive China (0), Russia must be shifted into the passive (0). Then: (0+0)+1=1. This is the reason why the USA is diligently pursuing peace in the armed conflict between the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Trump is playing out the scheme of US victory in the Great Game on the cards of a promise by the PRC to stop supporting Taiwan (then the PRC remains passive while peacefully returning its uterine brothers to the bosom of the motherland) — in exchange for the PRC's help in forcing the Russian Federation to peace in Ukraine (the Russian Federation shifts into the passive). By the law of change in the triad of three forces, Trump ends up the winner, plus he gets the Nobel Peace Prize — complete success.  

For the triad of three forces to turn in favor of the Russian Federation, the Kremlin must go into the passive (and this means ending the SMO, ceasing to instill fear with the threat of using nuclear weapons, and rolling back the rhetoric of confrontation with the USA and NATO) and push the PRC into an active position of competition with America for the place of global leader. Then: (1+1)+0=0. However, no one is a prophet in his own country.

Such is the Russian Federation's way out of the "zugzwang" on the Great Chessboard, and the prospect of entering the new world order by the natural course of things through playing out the current round of the Great Game at the card table of history together with China, on China's shoulders and at China's expense.

According to the Horde wave of "return to the old ways" with a period of 726 years identified by the Sky Politics theorists, the current grandiose SCO summit (31.08 – 01.09.25) repeats the consolidation around China (the ulus of the Great Khan of the Yuan dynasty) for a short term (until 2032) of the peoples who are the heirs of Genghis Khan's Horde. And 2025 repeats in the cycle the return of Kyiv to the composition of the Golden Horde (1299+726=2025).

But what does India have to do with this? It was not part of Genghis Khan's unified state. The answer is given by Lenin's political testament, in his article "Better Fewer, but Better": "The outcome of the struggle (for socialism throughout the world) depends in the final analysis on the fact that Russia, India, China, and so on constitute the gigantic majority of the population... however (for the final victory of socialism in the military clash with the world of capital) this majority must manage to become civilized."

A short definition of civilization is a set of technologies. 

The immediate task of realizing the Chinese dream of reviving the greatness of the yellow people's nation is the PRC's complete technological independence by 2030, and by 2035 the PRC must complete modernization and become the leading state of an innovative type at the head of the community of a shared future for mankind.

That is why, moving along the Leninist course toward the victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, Xi Jinping, in the development outlook for the SCO under Beijing's technological leadership for 10 years, until 2035, placed the linkage of China with Russia and India.

Now about the parade for the 80th anniversary of China's victory in the war of resistance against the Japanese invaders and in World War II on 03.09.2025.

WWII on the Euro-Atlantic theater (1939-1945) was a clash of the anti-Hitler coalition (Great Britain, the USSR, the USA) with the Nazi bloc.

And on the Pacific theater (1937-1945) — a clash of the anti-Japanese coalition (China, the USA, Great Britain) with the countries of the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere (大東亜共栄圏). 

So then, the 80th anniversary of China's victory in the war of resistance against the Japanese invaders pertains to the Republic of China, whose administration is now located in Taiwan (the instrument of Japan's capitulation to the United Nations aboard the American battleship Missouri on 02.09.45 is kept in Taipei).

The capitulation of the Kwantung Army in Manchuria, and then of all Japanese armed forces in China, on 09.09.45 in Nanjing was accepted by the command of the Republic of China. The PRC did not yet exist then.

The real heir to the victory in World War II, through its indestructible aggregate power 80 years later, became the People's Republic of China. This is evidenced by the grandiose parade exclusively and only of the troops and forces of the PLA of the PRC on 03.09.25 in Beijing.

The greatness of the world victory over fascism on the scale of the coming community of a shared future for mankind went to Beijing.
