On the cultural belt of the Great Tea Road

Red culture is something that has never existed and does not exist in contemporary Russian-Chinese relations of partnership and strategic interaction.

But it is also what constitutes a powerful potential for practical cooperation between Russia and China in the humanitarian sphere of the coming era of the Community of Shared Future for Mankind.

New historical opportunities for mutual benefit are offered by the project of the Cultural Belt of the Great Tea Road, capable of linking the peoples of our countries through an ethic of what ought to be, what may be, and what must not be, above interests and ideologies.

A practical expression of the cultural belt of friendship could be a tourist route for Chinese visitors along the Volga River: Moscow – Kazan – Ulyanovsk – Moscow, embodying the spirit of Eurasianism and Red culture

Visa-free entry to the Russian Federation for citizens of the PRC will fill the project with tourists.

The only thing left is a small matter: an authoritative tourism company must lease from the Moscow company “Vodokhod” the cruise motor ship “Lenin” for the route Moscow – Ulyanovsk – Moscow specifically for the implementation of the Russian-Chinese red tourism program.

The year 2026 will mark the 25th anniversary of the signing of the Russian-Chinese Treaty on Good-Neighborliness, Friendship and Cooperation and the 30th anniversary of the establishment between our countries of relations of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction.

This glorious date should be used to give political resonance to this commercial project of high humanitarian content.
